Very good food. Best tomato bisque soup ever. The Cuban and the asiago steak sandwich were amazing.

Full Spring flatbread salad is my usual. This place is one of the fiews where i actually enjoy salad, here it is an art. Only complaint is sometimes its so busy the bathrooms can get messy and i think they should have more employees but food and service are 100% cleanliness is 98% but you know they care and are trying.

Good soup and sandwich...did pick 2. Sandwich half was very small though.

Love the pick a pair meal. Yummy. Fresh salads and sandwiches.

The gellato shakes are amazing! Especially combined with a brownie!

Excellent customer service always, great location to work remotely (WIFI) and have a nice lunch, dinner or snack!

Grown-up grilled cheese arrived flaccid and cool. Hostess misheard our order and overcharged us for a pick-two, which (when making orders off-menu), didn't alarm me until two full-sized platters arrived.

The Crab Chowder is fantastic and I love their Reuben! For soups, salads and sandwiches you can't do better!!

Got there Sunday afternoon 1/2 hour before closing. Yumm, if you like a good sandwish and a bowl of soup, you'll enjoy this place.
Quick, clean and efficient, the wait staff will take care of you. They did us!!!

Prices are kind of high but they have quality ingredients and large portions. You have to wear a mask to walk in and order which is ridiculous. You take them off to eat and breathe the same air you did with it on. What sense does that make?

The large salad was so big! Great to share. And the salad with the berries was amazing I wouldn't have put all the amazing ingredients together it was a wonderful salad! My favorite, yet!

Wish there was a location on the north side of Lakeland. Much better than Panera

Cook was rude to other staff when asking for my order to get completed. Very long wait!

Lots of choices and what we've tried, so far, have been really good.

Always great food, plus kids eat free on the weekends!

Great food with a good atmosphere, the only criticism I have is the person who took my order got it wrong so I had to send it back.

I was very disappointed when I saw that none of the wait staff or cooks were wearing masks. And, the only employee who had on gloves was the cook. The plastic ware is not plastic wrapped and wait staff were handling it with bare hands. I was told that it is not policy to wear masks. I wear a mask out in public to protect others. I am shocked to see servers who are in direct contact with customers food performing as if there is no pandemic. Needless to say, I will not be eating at Crispers any more. It s plain to see that they don t care about their customers safety or even their employees. One star is too good for the service and quality of the food at this venue.

Met my expectations. I have bern disappointed before with the store in Winter Haven. I was at the Lakeland Crispers. Much Better

Found parking space on the street in front of Crisper. Had a bowl of Kickin.Krab Chowder and Caribbean Flat Bread. Good Stuff. We are outside on the street.

The sandwich was tasty and bread was fresh. It's like a Panera Bread but less pretentious.

I like crispers, good food and excellent service, if you are in Lakeland i recommend this location

Great Salads - fresh! Kids menu really only for 8 and under as portions pretty small. Fast service & pleasant workers. Pick 2 to me is best option for me . . Salad & soup or flat bread Yummy

This is a great place to dine and do a bit of work. Today's lunch, in particular, was amazing! Counter service, awesome! Food runner, very polite and warm. Food? The best I've had. The cook was very speedy and plating was great!

Crispers does hav some very good salads & sandwiches. U can eat inside or outside at this particular Crispers.

The food was delicious and the manager was so friendly... in fact all the staff was very amazing. I'll be returning soon.

Crispers is a good healthy option, but can be a bit on the pricy side.

I ate there 2 days in a row. Food was wonderful both days, but the staff and service was very different. First day, it was outstanding and friendly. Second day, not accommodating or even friendly.

Good food nice staff, enjoyed the outdoor seating as the temperature has finally dropped enough.

Crispers has fresh salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. It is a casual atmosphere. Their nibbler cookies are SO good! You have to try them.

I'm sorry; I was not impressed in the slightest with this place. Nothing really bad, but nothing particularly good either. The epitome of mediocrity.

Food was okay (Carribean flat bread salad), horrible acoustics! Way too loud! Great location, but don't come here during peak hours...you'll go deaf!!

I love the kickn crab chowder just wish servings were bigger for the price of the bowl when it's actually the size of a cup. have good selection of sandwiches. Great place for a quick lunch. LOVE THE FOOD

I was there at 2:38 pm in the afternoon (not busy) to pick up take-out order. It appeared to be setting there and ready, but nobody was monitoring the "to go" counter. After waiting a few minutes, I walked over to another cashier place where I waited again. Then some kids ran up from a nearby table to buy some cookies, and an employee showed up to take their order first! Disappointing service!!!
Then, after paying for my food and getting to my destination, I discovered they forgot to give me any salad dressing... more disappointment!
I don't plan to go back to Crispers.

Kicking crab soup is delicious. Salad was delicious. Soup trios are great.

Picked up order 5 minutes before closing. Got home and it was the wrong order! No napkins or straws either of course.

Food was ok but the store was dirty. Multiple employees walked by the mess and did nothing about it. When I said something I was given an excuse why only one of the 7 employees was responsible for cleaning and she was busy. I am sorry but last I checked ALL the employees are responsible cleaning especially at a place that serves food. This used to be a super nice crispers but it will be a while before I return.

A very lovely place for lunch with family and friends. Staff they are awesome.

Where to start? The 15 minute wait to order with no one else in line, how nasty the floor and some of the tables were or the fact that the manager seemed to act like one of the teenagers working there. Can't believe how downhill this place has gone.
