I had a great experience at Crestmont Hyundai, I recommend working with Kate Reshni, she was amazing. I was at the dealer three times, 1st to look at the Vehicle, 2nd to test drive and 3rd with my final decision. Kate greeted me with a smile every time, and was knowledgeable about the vehicles. Even when she was busy she made me feel welcome in the dealership, and I didn't feel pressured at all. Great Job Crestmont Hyundai and Great Job Kate.

We got an amazing package deal: 10 year/ 100,000 mile Bumper to Bumper Warranty, Gap Coverage, and great customer service on a Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Hyundai Sonata Turbo SE. Amazing customer service, actually. The salespeople and financing were outstanding, patient, and accommodating. Victor is the best for a reason. He puts customers FIRST and works hard to negotiate the best deals and packages. They work with your credit and get you excited about building it. We couldn't be HAPPIER with how were treated or with our amazing new Hyundai! We will be LIFE LONG CUSTOMERS. CRESTMONT HYUNDAI IS THE BEST!

Improve the service department. It's easy to smile and shake hands when everything is going well. They had a chance to provide service when things didn't go right and brushed me off, ignored my situation and treated me with no respect. This is from someone that has purchased/leased 3 cars from them. Find another Hyundai dealer - Go somewhere else.

Went in to get a new car and was greeted with a huge smile by Paul Brazie! Was taken on a long test drive and was given a thourough walkthrough of everything the car had to offer. If you need a car, Paul will hook you up with a car within your price limit won t pressure into higher. He respects his customers and I would go back to him anytime!

Jay Valentine was my salesman and I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied! He was very personable and I didn't feel like he was "selling" me at all through the entire process. The staff at Crestmont Hyundai was amazing as well. Everyone that walked by me made sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed water, etc. I highly recommend this dealership!

Sure wish these places would stop taking deceitful pics of vehicles and putting them on their website. Drove an hour to look at a vehicle that looked exceptionally nice... Except for the two area behind each rear wheel that are almost rusted through. I understand it's a $5k vehicle or so but why not mention it in the description or maybe take some close ups and be transparent. It leaves a terrible taste in one's mouth to drive an hour up there after working 12 hours only to have that happen and drive an hour back. Why waste someone's time? I've seen the same vehicle, comparable miles for less money and zero rust. Unfortunately in those cases the vehicles had already sold. However the salesman, Joe Yun, was very pleasant and cordial. Such a shame, nice vehicle other than the rust. I literally could have pushed my finger through the driver's side spot had I forced it. After this upcoming winter I can guarantee both sides would have been rotted away.

This is the second car I ve leased from Crestmont, and the sales team has been excellent both times. This last time, Justin helped me, and it was a great, hassle free experience. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find a car with those features within my price range. I really appreciated how he didn t push me into buying the car and gave me some time to think about it. He also really helped me to get the best deal possible. Worst experience ever, I purchased a car for about...

Worst experience ever, I purchased a car for about $15,000 and after 45 days, I did not receive my car title. I kept contacting them , the salesman was rude to me. After thousands tries, they called me back and said that the original title might have been lost or delivered to a wrong address so that they would get me a duplicate title. I have been living in my address for more than 3 years and guess what? I have NEVER EVER lost or missed any package or mail. They do not care about their customers. The car should be a couple of thousands off because we have not been told the truth, which is that the car has NO title. Before I pay for the car, I asked the salesman many times "does the car have clean title?" and he kept saying "yeah yeah" and he was so fast to fill out the paper work
I believe they took advantage of me because I'm a woman.
Anyways, I received a duplicate title WITHIN TWO DAYS. I`m wondering why it was not LOST this time!

I would give a zero star to this business.

Any one looking out there for a car salesman that you won't find anywhere else? See Dave Choike and you'll get to meet the best salesman you've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was at 6 previous dealerships looking at a 2015 Hyundai Tucson to buy. They were awful to deal with.
Dealerships should take a good look at Dave and see that he and his personality is and should be the industry standard on how to treat the customer. I will definitely look Dave at Crestmont up on my next purchase in the future. Crestmont Hyundai has a great guy working for them. Love the atmosphere at Crestmont Hyundai. Very comfortable hanging out with these guys buying the car we were looking for! Thanks a million!!!

I highly recommend Crestmont Hyundai! The minute my husband and I walked on the lot, the salesman Joe helped us find the car we were looking for and made the whole process easy. He took all the time we needed with the test drive, showing all the features my 2011 Sonata 2.0T has. He didn't rush us at all, explaining all the options we had with our payment plan and warranty plan. The finance team explained the breakdown of our payments and made everything so simple to understand. You can tell they care about the customer and their wants and needs in an automobile. We'll be coming back here for future car purchases.

Even before we visited the dealership, he had sent me a 360 degree video tour of the inside and outside of the car very proactive in my book. Super impressed! Joseph Pelto gave me a wonderful experience with my recent purchase! I got a brand new red hot 2017 Hyundai Elantra! Like most people who are looking to buy a car it can be very stressful and overwhelming. It was particularly stressful for me because my old car starting smoking and I didn't have a choice but to get a new car so I could get to work the next day. Joe made the entire process easy and explained everything thoroughly to me. He wasn't the typical car "salesperson" most of us dread. You know the people who try to rack up the prices and make you feel forced into buy a car but in fact he was the opposite. He was very kind and understanding with my price point and what I was looking for in a car. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't pressure me into something more expensive. He was even able to find me something better than I was expecting to drive away with! My overall experience was wonderful and I am very thankful for Joe! I bought a 2021 Tuscan and Terry Coggins is my sales person. He is AMAZING!!!! He even went as far as singing Happy Birthday to me on my birthday and continues to check on me at times. I have bought two cars from this dealership and have been treated so great everytime!!! When my last car was going bad, they built me an engine from scratch and all I paid was a small deductible! Then I got tired of it and was upgraded to a 2021 with no hassle!!!

Dealer had car on their website listed for 5288. When we started the paperwork to purchase the car, we were told the price was 6849 plus tax, etc. We had to prove to the salesman what the advertised price was by directing him to their website. He left twice to speak with someone, only to return stating that 6849 was the price. He stated they had problems with their website; the NADA trade in value had been listed as the purchase price.This was a lie. I checked NADA and the trade in value is 3737, the retail price is 5412, not even close to 6849. No apology from him or anyone for wasting our time. The advertised price should have been honored as many businesses do. If they are truly having web problems and not just using deceptive sales practices, each listing should be double checked. We are not the only customers to have this problem with this dealership.

Went back several times, and won't do anything about it, kept lying about how the problem had been fixed which was not. If you don't want your money to be wasted, NEVER BUY FROM HERE.

I was tired and needed to leave and come back the next day to finish up, but that's not the dealerships work. It must have taken 2 hours for all the paperwork. Ugh...

I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Genesis from Crestmont Hyundai. The entire team at Crestmont went above and beyond. Adam Mitchell was my Sales Consultant, not only did he take the time to find the exact car I wanted he spent more than an hour teaching me how to use everything in the car. A couple weeks after I purchased my car I recommended Crestmont to my Co-Worker, she also purchased a Certified Sonata from Adam Mitchell.

I highly recommend their Service Department, I've already serviced my vehicle their twice and each time was a pleasure experience.

I love my car, if you're considering buying a new or used vehicle I highly recommend you stop at Crestmont.

I was in the market to purchase a vehicle to replace my Jeep Liberty. I looked at Subaru, Honda, and considered Mazda until I saw the Santa Fe Sport in Crestmont Hyundai's showroom. Michael Halley went above and beyond to explain all the features on the test drive--to the point of adjusting the lumbar seat to support by back properly. He was patient. I needed that, as buying a new car is my least favorite thing to do. He even came in on his day off, adjusting his schedule to mine so I could pick up the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Crestmont Hyundai and love Love LOVE my new Santa Fe!

Integrity Issues in Service department.

Integrity Issues in Service department.

Let me start from the beginning. I live right up the road from this dealership, and it is a shame I can no longer trust them and use them. I took my Genesis in for an Oil change, and they asked if I wanted a tire rotation as well. I said sure. They said OK give us about an hour (a little long being that on the phone they told me it would be about 30 mins, but whatever i'll wait). Almost exactly 2 hours later my car is done. I pay and leave. When I get home I'm not sure why, but something made me want to look at the tires. That's when I notice the tires had NOT been rotated. I look at the service papers and it says clear as day that it's been completed. The reason I know this is cause I have a mark on one of the tires and that tire was in the same spot on my car meaning nothing was moved. I was upset but figured it was a lazy technician that just signed off that he did it, and the service advisors and management probably had no idea. I called up and spoke with the service manager Robert and filled him in on what happened. Of course he was extremely apologetic and told me if I would give them another chance my next oil change and tire rotation would be on them for free. I agree and we move on.

So now fast forward a few months when I return for my free oil change and tire rotation. This time I learned not to wait and just dropped the car off to them for a full day. When I came to pick it up I had to pay for a light bulb that I needed which was fine, and then was on my way. Welllllll.. As I am about to pull out of the parking lot I decide to hop out and check the tire placement and make sure they were rotated this time. I was APPALLED to see the tires in the same spot!! Like is that for real!? HOW? WHY? If this happened twice to the same guy (me) I am wondering how many people are paying for things and not having them completed?? Did you really even change my oil? I don't know if this is at the technician level, advisor level, or management level, but it needs to be figured out. Finding trust in a service shop is already a tough thing. I was under the belief that even though I spend a little more taking my car to the dealer I know its be serviced and cared for properly. Now I don't know what to believe or where to take my car, but I'm 0 for 2 with Crestmont Hyundai.

Resolution this time was that I circled back and they rotated the tires right then in my sight, and told me Robert (service manager) would be in touch. This will be a week ago tomorrow and haven t heard anything as of yet.

**Update 5/8/20** - Never heard back from Crestmont Hyundai. I understand I am only one customer but this is terrible customer service, and I am sure I am not the only one being lied to and treated wrong. STAY AWAY!

My wife and I had a great experience at Crestmond Hyundai.

Let me first say, I HATE the car buying process. The thought of going to a dealership gives me a slight case of anxiety. This experience put my mind at ease.

Jay Valentine was our car salesman, and I really appreciated his approach. There was never a point where I felt pressured or uneasy during the entire car buying process. He even encouraged us to look at the CarFax, which is unique to the salesman I've dealt with in the past. In the end, we purchased the car at a fair price, without any extraordinary fees tacked on.

I look forward to doing business with them again in the future, although I hope this car runs for a long time :)

The experience we recently had with Dave at Crestmont Hyundai was arguably one of the most unique experiences and speaks to their service to the utmost degree. Dave sold us not one, but two vehicles via text and e-mail. He was superb in sending timely video messages in which he thoroughly showed the vehicles details. Dave was always attentive and available; it was truly outstanding. Dealing with out-of-state customers like us, we appreciated SO much how readily available he was. Dave was friendly, patient, and excellent to work with. We had our vehicles here in our driveways the day after purchasing. I have never dealt with such outstanding customer service in any business before. They truly went above and beyond to meet our needs. Dave, go ahead and add "sold two cars via text and email" to your resume! Well-done!

I have been searching for cars for a little over a year now and my situation was a little different since I wanted to trade in a car with high interest, still a decent amount on the loan, and low value. Terry was able to work with me and find the best cost affordable solution for me in order to get me out of a car I had a strong distaste for. I'd recommend him to all car buyers.

He took time with us to look at new and used cars and explain everything. He was very patient with us. He had a customer walk in while with us and took car of both us without making us feel rushed or like he was busy with the other customer.

From my initial call into the dealership, Lory Arthur gathered all the information about the specific vehicle I was looking for and put me in contact with Sales Consultant Joe Yun. Joe did an excellent job showing all the features and benefits of the vehicle and handled all aspects of the sale very well. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in recent years.

Disrespectful! I have seen a steady decline in their services, since 2013, in two areas.
1) Twice now, my wife has walked in to check information on vehicles, and see about trading in our SECOND lease from them. She walked in, waited 10 minutes the first time, and 20 minutes, the second time, and no one offered her any assistance. No one even said "hi" to her. The guy we originally leased our car from, no longer works there. Anyone would have done.
2) The bearings in one of the tires had gone bad. It took me over a week to get the time in my schedule to get the car in. So it sat in my driveway. Of course, this lead to some rust on the discs. When I took the car in, the rust was already starting to clear off, but was still obvious. The mechanic stated I needed to replace them, and the pads, which even he said still had 80% life!
Because of this, we will be going to another facility, tomorrow. A shame, we were looking to buy/lease another car, from Crestmont, since it would be easier, paperwork wise.

I just picked up my 2nd Santa Fe from Crestmont and I couldn't be happier. My 1st Santa Fe I had for 9 years which is way longer than I usually keep a car. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. My salesman, Max Galang was very well informed and had answers to all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying a car. Everyone at the dealership worked with me until they were able give me the best deal on price and options. I'm very happy with the results.

Was looking at a particular vehicle that had been on the lot for months hoping to get a deal on it. Was informed by the salesman that I had to come in in order to negotiate a price. Made an appointment and was told the car would be ready for me which it was not ready or cleaned on the inside or out. So after the test drive I was asked if we would close the deal today and responded that it was up to him to get the best deal from his manager. He came back with the price that the car was listed for. I put in a lower offer (remember the negotiating) and was told the price is the price. Wasted 3-1/2 hours of my weekend. Bought from Carvana the following Monday. Edit:the car was lowered $500.00 6 days later.
