I drove up from Houston to get another car, and it was a success. My sales consultant, Brian, was amazing! He was patient with me and broke everything down; plus he closed the deal with chicken as they detailed my car. I highly recommend Brian at Crest Nissan!!
Before you go to Crest Nissan, make sure you schedule with Jonathan Reyes. I bought my VERY FIRST car at this place and Jonathan made this experience the best that I could have hoped for. He was patient, honest and made sure to keep my best interest in mind. I left this place with the car I wanted and a fair deal. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase, Thank you Jonathan again for everything! You're the Best!
I don't normally deal with Crest outside of service visits, and those are usually good. Bought one car from them, but this time around, I decided to sell a car to them. I was told on Friday that the check for my vehicle would be ready by Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to verify that the check was ready, and was redirected to a voice-mail. I left one with my inquiry, and two hours passed and I tried again.
I decided to just make the trip over, and I was met by the person who handled the transaction of my car. He "was waiting on accounting" to get my payment done, and I was left sitting at a table for an hour, maybe more, and after I got his attention again, he was surprised that no one came to me. I guess I was someone else's problem. He leaves one more time and comes back saying that my payment would be ready for pickup on Tuesday of next week. They've got my car for five days and I haven't seen a cent. Now they want nearly another week to pay me?
I asked to speak to a manager, and after a couple minutes, he comes back and tells me their used car manager isn't even there. I don't see why that matters, since I thought I was waiting on accounting.. so I ask if there's anyone else I can talk to, which I know the answer is "no" at this point. Then I'm told that tomorrow the used car manager will be there and I can talk to him then.
At least he's sorry that I was inconvenienced and wasted my time there, and I got a free bottle of water. What a joke. They've basically stolen my car at this point. After (and if) I get my money, I won't ever go here again, and I recommend anyone that is looking to go here to reconsider.
The staff was amazing! They took care of my car easily and was able to find the issue. They fixed it no problem and they were super kind. The mechanic James was great at communicating the issues and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands. He was able to explain my car issues without making me feel stupid and was very considerate.
I felt like my service advisor was distracted by her coworkers. I also felt she was hesitant to disclose more cost-effective options. I had to ask a lot of questions and mention the amount I typically pay at Courtesy Nissan to discover there were other less expensive packages. I had recently been going to Courtesy Nissan and drove out of my way to go back to Crest because I always had a good experience in the past. I will definitely not be doing that again. At courtesy Nissan they are very transparent with the cost and give you what you need without adding in extra items to drive the price up. It feels like a much more honest business, which I appreciate and is the reason I keep returning. I'm sad that I ventured out and was disappointed. I was also disappointed you guys were no longer doing Lyft rides or loaner cars. The other dealership is and it is just more convenient considering the time it takes for the service. It was something I used to brag about when mentioning Crest Nissan. Overall I was disappointed because as I stated, I have always had a really great experience at Crest.

Purchased a part and sent in the requested Vin# via email and after they verified part was correct, part shipped two days later. The part sat on a shelf in my garage for a year due to all the pandemic mess, finally got around to opening the box and the incorrect part was sent by Crest Frisco Nissan. Contacted them to let them know of their mistake and the situation, but was given the not their problem response. Won t get my business again and do not recommend !

STAY AWAY! I just finished dealing with one of their salesmen when he tried to charge me $2,195 for dealer prep (see attached quote). This hidden fee raised the total price of the vehicle by 13%! This absolutely blew my mind. I asked what dealer prep was (see attached screenshot) and he said it was for replacing the fluids, wiper blades, the 167 point inspection, a warranty they put on all certified preowned cars, the keys, and floor mats. They are charging extra for the keys now! It says on the website they are doing/giving you these things, but do not have it included in the listed price. That makes ZERO sense to me. The salesman was nice and this is obviously just sketchy management which is why you should go somewhere else. The customer is always right and we hate HIDDEN fees!
Carson was friendly, professional, and was willing to go the extra mile in making sure we could come to an agreement on a vehicle. I appreciate all the time he spent with me while going through the entire process. Salvatore was also patient with me from start to finish and I'm thankful to have been able to work with a set of gentlemen that could get me out with a very beautiful Nissan Altima.
