Purchased a part and sent in the requested Vin# vi...

Purchased a part and sent in the requested Vin# via email and after they verified part was correct, part shipped two days later.
The part sat on a shelf in my garage for a year due to all the pandemic mess, finally got around to opening the box and the incorrect part was sent by Crest Frisco Nissan.
Contacted them to let them know of their mistake and the situation, but was given the not their problem response.
Won t get my business again and do not recommend !
