I just moved to Texas and found Crest was the closest dealership near me.
My experience was great.
I set an appointment a week ago, and when they discovered they would not have enough loaner cars, they called me and asked if I needed to reschedule. I appreciated that because not having transportation would have been a disaster.
My care was in and out in a day and they also took care of a recall item that I was unaware of.
Great job!!!!!

Made appt for loaner car and was told I d have to ...

Made appt for loaner car and was told I d have to wait til one was returned. Waited 15 min.
Most questions were answered although no one could explain what WiFi hotspot was used for/only that there were no error codes.
Got in car to leave after service and found the seat positions had been deleted and nobody bothered to even tell me and then had difficulty setting one of them correctly. Next oil change sticker said 5k miles although last one said 7.5k. Which is it? And is my %remainin going to be based on the 5k or 7.5k as I was told was the recommendation.
Granted all my whining is about inconsequential items but if they can t get the small items right what about the important stuff

Great experience at this dealership, The building is spotless the show floor is very appealing, the staff was fantastic, I love the real no pressure sales approach, the deal was done and I was in the car and gone from this dealer in less then 45 minutes, they valued my time and I appreciate that. I can tell you I am one of the hardest car buying customers out there to try to please. I am that guy your average sales person don't want to deal with, I will fight for every penny for the best deal I can get, The people at Crest far exceeded my expectaions of the total buying experience. I am very please with the pricing on a beautful car and customer service from start to finish, They did what no other dealer within 500 miles would or could do on pricing. They have earned a customer for life. 5 stars for this team of truly professionals, and hats off to the General Manager, there is a lot of pride at this dealership to be the best.. again they nailed it.

Crest Cadillac did an excellent job repairing my car. Quick diagnosis of the problem. Very friendly and helpful service advisor Greg Vetrano went above and beyond to assist us. Vehicle was ready when promised, repairs done properly. Gave us a loaner car to use while they had ours. Highly recommend them!

Nobody cares about you!

Nobody cares about you!
I had an appointment for detail and oil change.
I was supposed to get a loan car at 1100.
My wife came with me to go get some shopping done after dropping off the car.
However, they waited out time and we were waiting until 1240 with no loan car!
Primarily, I asked the guy who was in charge of loan cars named Garrett about a loan car as I was supposed to get one. He told me that there was none at the time and it would take half an hour or so to get one.
So, we were sitting and waiting. After 40-45 minutes I checked with him again. This time he told me that he did not have any idea when a car would be available. Meanwhile i noticed that there were 2 other customers in front of me in the line for a loan car. Guessing that it might take a while before It come to my turn, I asked him to just get us home by a shuttle service. He said that they could not provide a shuttle as they have fired all their drivers. Then l asked him to provide us at least with an uber service. He said that he would talk to my advisor. After 15 minutes I checked with my advisor named Brent who had no idea about this!
I told him that other dealers would get an uber service for their customers under such circumstances. He said he would talk to the manager. He apparently never did!
After another 15 minutes I checked with him. He said that we would be at the mercy of other clients to return a loan car!
At this time around 1240, after being completely disappointed and tired of waiting and waiting, I used my own uber account and my own credit card to get an uber service. 5 minutes later we were eventually on the way back home with waisted time!
Nobody at the Crest Cadillac apologized for this fiasco that they had created.
To add even more assault to the injury, the next day nobody bothere to call me to let me know that the car was ready. I called at 1315 to check on the status. A young girl who did not sound very smart, asked me so many irrelevant questions instead of connecting me to the advisor. She said that the advisor would call me back. He never did!
I had to call again after 20 minutes and request to talk to a manager as I never heard from anyone.
The manager told me that the car was ready. However, he did not offer a pick up ride or delivery!
I went there only to find out that my advisor was off on that day. No surprise to me that he did not check out to any other colleague about my car!
After asking those guys, I noticed that my car had been ready since the evening before!
This never happened to me with any other services at any other dealerships. Given that my wife and and I have had different cars, this was a terrible experience with a dealership that dealing with luxury cars!
I would not go back there and take my business somewhere else next time.

I usually don t post reviews because I like for everyone to have their own experience and opinions on the service that they may have received. But I wanted to go online and talk about my experience at Crest. The mechanic shop that I took my vehicle to before could not locate the issues that was causing my vehicle to remain out of service. With the very knowledgeable master mechanic on site, they were able to solve and fix my issue expeditiously. And my vehicle is still running fine after 2 weeks .

Never going back to this service place again. Woul...

Never going back to this service place again. Would have been a better choice if I would have get service/repair at another dealership where I brought the car. My car was showing check engine light around 13,000 miles after regular maintenance 2 months back at same place. I was asked to drop of the car and they took almost 3 weeks to get the parts and return my car. I was provided with a loaner and while returning it back I realized, there was a crack on windshield from before. But I was asked to pay the deductible. When called in next day to ask for explanation, I was keep on told that someone will call me but no one ever called for a week after multiple follow ups. Finally, I had to call again to speak with loaner car manager and he mentioned all I can do is call my insurance company and ask them to process the claim.

Never going back to this place ever again. Don t recommend this to others.

Thought when we bought the car the pitch about service was a lot of hype. It s for real and not just talk. Great experience!!! I give them two thumbs up!!

Jordan did an amazing job of helping us find the car that we needed and helping us get a great deal. The rest of the staff at Crest also helped to make the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Crest.

Service after the sale is excellent as well. I brought in our Cadillac after a tire had picked up a road staple. All the staff was very friendly and the service and waiting areas were immaculately clean. My tire was repaired very quickly and I am very pleased.

This is the best experience I could ever have envisioned. From start to finish the servant attitude and respectful treatment were superior. Tux is wonderful! As unaccustomed as I am to buying cars (I usually keep a car for 10+ years), Tux walked me through every aspect, answered all questions and made it all seem so easy, knowing without any doubt that I was in the best hands possible! ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Called about a vehicle for two days. The first car salesman never called me back after sending me a quote for the vehicle. The second salesman DID call me that morning alerting me that it went through inspection and that i would be notified if not i could call back. (Which was wonderful and nice i understand they can t always call back). I called that night and spoke with used sales manager and he told me he would hold the car (since I live three hours away). I asked if i could hold with $500 deposit and he said that wouldn t be necessary since we would be there. My husband then drove three hours to location and they said car was sold this morning. I called personally and they explained same thing! Unacceptable business, no communication and un-excusable behavior on ALL departments. Never in my life would i recommend this place!

Andrew Calvert followed up on my internet inquiry and we met him to look at the new 2019 models on sale. He was knowledgeable, attentive, caring and able to answer all our questions. The dealership moved further away from us years ago but they are worth the drive.

I purchased a used Mercedes in January 2017. Service since the sale has been horrible. They sold me a car that cannot be titled. I am on my second set, of now expired temporary tags. At this point, I just want my money back and return the car. I am very tired of constantly calling for temporary tags, with out getting any of my calls returned and now driving my car illegally as I don't have a choice at this point because it is my daily driver. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern they show. I also bought an extended warranty and it is starting to have sporadic A/C issues, so I called the service department to schedule an appointment and they said I need to take it to the Mercedes dealership to deal with. . Obviously they treat their new car buyers far better than their used car buyers. Beware of buying a used vehicle for them! What is the point of an extended warranty if they don't honor it?

I went on Crest Cadillac web site on my computer on May 19th it was time for a upgrade for a new car, for some reason I always go to Crest Cadillac when I'm ready to purchase a car because they've always had good cars . I've been buying cars from them since the 90s. After I found the Cadillac I wanted online I soon had a call from a salesman. There are always on point, I schedule an appointment on May 20th and looked at the vehicle I wanted, we did the process it was so quick and fast I drove home in my new Cadillac. The salesman went above and beyond for me and I drove my new Cadillac home . customer service is awesome. If you're ready to purchase a upgrade on a new or pre-owned car you need to go to Crest Cadillac. Quick, final great price no changes no surprises. Of course I love Cadillacs but they have almost any vehicle you want, if it's not on the lot they will get it for you.

I bought a XT4 four weeks ago from Crest Cadillac in Dallas Texas. Then I was told to replace the whole transmission control module by Cadillac service. ??? Surprise!
Then I went to the sales office, they let me waiting there for one hour while they just joking and laughing in the office! I can see and hear clearly with standing outside! With 3 times pushing then finally talked to the guy Hussain Jafri, he called himself the MANAGER of Crest Cadillac. But you can feel it from the very beginning, the person Hussain is uneducated at all. I asked him why a new car has such a major problem in just 4 weeks after buying, and I suspect the car he sold to me is not a good quality car, cause I just remembered they showed me a report before I signed which stated Transmission update on xxxxxx , but they explained to me that each Cadi car needs to do this before selling, and it s just a normal process of selling car. He reacted just rascally, and seems this transmission error thing happened everyday just like you found a rotten apple in garbage. He told me All Cadillac cars has the problem, you just need to get it fixed, and the fix is free of charge! What a mercy I received from you! I asked him what if the issue comes back in another 4 weeks for this new car, and I can t trust its quality and I don t have time to always come back to get car fixed. He said this to my face: All Cadillac cars have the problem! You spent two weeks for buying the car, why you don t have time to get the car fixed?!! The fix is free! ??Seriously??!! I spent two weeks for the first month when I moved back from NYC to Dallas to buy the car, I don t even have time to compare and pick a good quality car! I made my time to come to this Crest Cadillac twice in total (this one is close to my office), then I bought it! One time to try driving the car and one time to sign the contract buying the car! A total of twice visiting! Now you are asking me to get the new car fixed for two weeks every month???!!! Are you crazy or I am crazy?! It s such a shame to ever talking to the guy Hussain Jafri! It s a huge shame of buying the car from Hussain Jafri and Crest Cadillac! Also, it should be a shame for Crest Cadillac of hiring the sales manager Hussain Jafri! Will consult the lawyer with returning the car!

UPDATE Jul 2020. Still doing great job oil change and car inspection UPDATE Apr 2020 Still great service during the virus crises. Our service advisor recommended new tires in near future a few weeks ago. I was thinking of May 2020 or later when we needed next oil change and annual TX car inspection. Get it all done at one time. He came back about a GM tire rebate program that expired 4/30/2020. So we got the tires early to save $$. Nice of him to tell us before option expired. UPDATE Dec 2019 I had engine service light come on and trouble msg on dashboard on Sat afternoon. My regular service advisor was off so I got one who was covering for him. We discussed the problem and he advised me to bring car in to be worked on Mon. And he arranged for a loan car for the weekend which was provided in a prompt and efficient manner. Other than the inconvenience of having to go to the dealership on Sat it was handled in an excellent manner. Its nice to be taken care of. The loan car was a SUV UPDATE Jan 2020 ; AT4 model for next 27 days. Sweet ride! Nice to treated so well with loan car. SHE who cashes my retirement check is getting ideas. We put 670+ miles on car before repairs completed due to shop backlog and getting all the needed parts. Repair was covered by extended warranty (SHE was smart to buy it). Well done all around. UPDATE: May 2016. I made an appointment online and took the car in for an oil change. The new facility is really really good looking. And the service is great as well. The dealership was long overdue for this new facility to compete with other luxury brands in Collin County. I posted photos of the new location.UPDATE: Mar 2016 Dealership has relocated to northwest Plano to location west of Preston Rd on northside of Sam Rayburn Toll road (Hwy 121) to a new facility. 1st Review: May 2015. We have been buying and getting our Cadillac serviced here since 1996. Excellent sales improving over the years to include internet selling. The best part is the service department. I've only had two service advisors since 1996. Dealership website is improving and you can now make routine appointments online like an oil change. that makes it very convenient. UPDATE Apr 2018. Purchased our leased car which went very smoothly once the bank got their act together. Crest did the best they could with the long-delay caused by the bank.

He also arranged for me to have a loaner car that was fantastic. I took my vehicle in for routine service. I was advised that I needed a front end alignment and the change out my brake fluid. I agreed to both of those services. When I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my vehicle, there were additional charges that were never discussed or disclosed to me. I do not like this. I feel like they are being sneaky. If my vehicle needed the other items, I probably would have agreed to it if they had just asked me up front. So now I wonder if I can trust them in the future. Just make sure you read over your whole service agreement before you sign, they may have added additional services to you vehicle.

Color me unimpressed. I was looking for a Certified Pre Owned 2016+ CTS-V, and they had one (two actually). The first car didn't have Recaro's, so I wasn't interested. The other car did have Recaros, but the salesman told me as I began to look the car over, "I have to let you know we already have a deposit on this car."

My response was, "Well, call me if you get another one. I'm a play for the right car."

The sales person told me, "Well, the guy who put down the deposit isn't here, and you are!"

I was offended. If they were going to sell a car they had a deposit on from another buyer, they'd do the same to me.

The sales person even added, "Like my boss tells me.... It's not SOLD until it ROLLS!"

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Cadillac dealership. In fact, the following day I found the car I was looking for at another dealership and was able to make a deal the same day.

I'm glad these guys are on the other side of the metroplex & I don't have to consider using them for service.

I made a week advance notice to get my car service...

I made a week advance notice to get my car serviced! I got there at 8:00 am! Waited like 10 minutes for the service guy to get to me! There wasn't any cars in the service area! He finally comes and takes me to his desk! He does the paper work and says so are u waiting here! I was like no! I have to get to work by 845! I was like don't ya give me a loaner! He said you didn't say u needed a loaner! Well we always ask if you need a loaner and u said no! First of all I didn't talk to anyone! I did online! He said it offers it on there also. Well 2nd of all it doesn't ask you if you want a loaner car! The options you have is transportation: none, shuttle to, shuttle from, and wait! But I did it online on my "my Cadillac" app. And no where in there it offers if I need a loaner or not! So I told them forget the service and Ill setup another appointment for later! And so he said let me ask my manager! So he came back and said ok we will get u a loaner! So we finished up the paper work and took it back to the courtesy car desk! The guy there told me to have a seat! So I sat, sat, sat, and sat! Now it's like 9:00! It's been an hour since I got there! I told my service guy I have to be at work at 845! While waiting! He saw me a couple of times! But never bother to ask or even tell me what's going on! I went up to the desk and The was like uh can I help you! I wa like yea where is my loaner car! He was like oh can I get your drivers license and insurance! Unbelievable! That's not all either! I being the loaner car back to pick up my car! I paid for it for my car good job on the work! But the car wash! OMG they vacuumed some what! They didn't wipe anything down! Their was drink stains on the door they could have just wiped down with a wet towel! I will never ever goto this place ever! Oh they don't even have complimentary drinks there! Oh my bad they have coffee in those pump containers! Everything else you have to buy! I always goto gravevine! But my app had my location for the frisco one! I noticed it when I got my confirmation email! I clicked on confirmation and there website doesn't even work properly! Takes you somewhere else! Every time I book an appointment there in grapevine they always have a loaner for me ready to go! Never telling them I need a loaner! I'm in and out ! Their car wash is a real car wash! And they have complimentary drinks and little snacks and fruit there! I gave a 1 star for the service guys who worked my car! If it wasn't for them then they would get 0 stars!

I have been a Crest family member for over a decad...

I have been a Crest family member for over a decade. Every visit is an amazing experience; whether I am in for car service or leasing a new vehicle or more recently buying my dream SUV...the Escalade. I am always treated with care and honesty.
