Creekside Inn Review

Nice hotel compared to others in the area. Not just a motel. Has a nice creek and patios to sit around. Very nice and helpful staff.

Creakside inn is perfect for school fieldtrips. It has nice rooms and beautiful garden views.

Stayed here while in town for an interview. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and modern looking. They even had a free wine tasting that night, but I needed to keep a clear head. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was and will definitely use it if I need a place in the area going forward

Very comfortable rooms! Despite being right next to El Camino Real, the noise from the road nearly doesn't exist as the rooms are situated away from the street. The lobby is small and a little hard to find, but you really only need to go there once. Fitness center and outdoor pool are great for the location. The room is pretty spacious with a generous size bathroom with a rain showerhead. The bed is fairly top notch. Service is excellent. I ordered a package from Amazon and it was delivered right into my room while I was away for the day! No breakfast included but there are pastries and coffee in the lobby in the mornings so it's like a free trip to Starbucks.

Hotels are generally expensive in palo alto and whilst the creekside inn is dated, the rooms are clean, neat, and tidy. Plenty of parking

If this place was cheaper then it would definitely get 5 stars, the free taxi service in a Tesla was particularly good. However for the price I would expect much more. The bedroom I stayed in had the microwave and sink in it so I would class this more as a motel than a hotel. Grounds were nicely maintained but lifts were out of service when I was there. Similar priced rooms in the same area are much nearer "quality hotel" standards.

One of my favorite places to stay. Nice, clean rooms. Generally quiet. Nice views with the creek running through the grounds.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay when in Palo Alto. The rooms are clean, well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. All the staff is ready and willing to assist you with anything. Most wonderful secret is they have a shuttle from the hotel to any location within 5 miles and it's free!! No driving! Standford University is just down the street and so is the American Girl Store and a wonderful outdoor mall. Great little Deli in the parking lot of the hotel with a small grocery selection. Nice to be able to grab a sandwich or snack. We will definitely be back and will stay here again!

Rooms are updated/freshly painted and CLEAN. Service is excellent.

Very cool Inn, super clean room. Staff is very friendly and when I checked in there were 5 staff members in the lobby to help guests. Free parking and WiFi is always good not to mention the in room meal I had was very good, delivered promptly and hot.

Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff, but kind of noisy from adjoining rooms and the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Great location next to Stanford University. Comfortable room with plenty of room for clothes for a multi-night stay. Easy to get to from San Francisco and San Jose airports.

Service and cleanliness has gone down since my stay last year. I used to love this place so much

Facilities are decent, but the room and service is just so awesome. The room makes you feel really relax and it is very clean especially in the newer building. This deserves to be 4 star hotel
