Creative Dentistry of Atlanta Review

Met today with by far the best dental hygienist I've ever had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by.

They just want your money!!!! I'm 24 and have never had a cavity in my entire life. I went to Creative Dentistry for the first time and they told me I had NINE cavities. They kept pushing me to schedule to fill them in the next week, but I didn't have $1,000+ dollars lying around to do that. I went to the trusted dentist my family has been seeing for years (Brookwood Dentistry) for a second opinion, and turns out I only had ONE BABY cavity. He said it was so small I could wait a couple months to save up money for the eventual filling. Moral of the story, they just want your money. They try to sell you on extra x-rays and whitening and obviously don't know what they're doing. Go somewhere else and save your money :)

I'm so happy I chose Dr. Reddy at Creative Dentistry for my first major dental work. Dr. Reddy put 2 permanent porcelain crowns on me....on the same day. While we were waiting for them to finish "baking", they cleaned my teeth. As a nurse, it is very difficult to schedule time off. I was so impressed that Creative Dentistry was able to do EVERYTHING in a few hours. I found the cost to be very reasonable.
The thing that make me happiest was their attention to keeping me comfortable. I was very nervous and being in that chair with 2 people in my mouth was really hard for me. Dr. Reddy is simply wonderful and I trust her completely.

Dr. Reddy and her staff always take care of me and make sure I m comfortable. All of their equipment is new and their new X-ray machine is very comfortable.

Agree with other reviews there is a lack of professionalism and ethics from this office. I rescheduled an appointment and canceled the one I rescheduled before 48 hours. I received a bill in the mail for a $50 cancellation fee although I gave over 48 hours notice. Shady and unethical practice. They have lost my business!

In response to your comment that is an out right lie this is a perfect example of your office having no professionalism and ethics... I gave more than a 48 hour notice on the appointment I rescheduled. Thanks for your consideration.

I love Dr. Reddy and her entire staff, from the front desk to her dental hygienists. Everyone is always very professional and nice. Dr. Reddy does excellent work. I have been going to her for more than 5 years. It is quite a commute to get to her office but it is well worth it!! If you are looking for a great dentist, I would definitely recommend Dr. Reddy and her awesome staff!!

I think a fell asleep during my appt . Guess that's how comfortable all the drilling and stuff was.

Today was my first time at Creative Dentistry and I had a great experience. The office is very modern and clean. Kimmy was the dental assistant who helped me and was super sweet. Dr. Reddy stopped by to welcome me and it was very much appreciated.

Per usual, the staff was always amazing during today s cleaning. The hygienist and dentist were both friendly, professional, and caring. And great conversation during the cleaning always helps pass the time. The receptionist and billing staff were friendly (and hilarious), as always!

Great staff and great providers. I did not wait at all for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile, and treated so well. I would recommend Creativity Denistry of Atlanta to everyone!

Today is my third time visiting Creative Dentistry Peachtree Dunwoody office. Dr. Reddy and her staff I have encounter Shanice, Kimmy, and Courtney have all been instrumental in assuring each of my visits were exceptional.

Initially, I presented for a cleaning at Creative Dentistry. I had known I needed additional work done but for years I put it off. Thus experience was different. Dr.Reddy was honest with what treatment was necessary. She prioritized my treatment plan and educated me along with her staff what exactly needed to be done and why it was imperative. I would recommend Dr.Reddy and her team to anyone but more importantly those that have hid from dental visits. No matter how long it s been Dr.Reddy and her team can get your oral hygiene where it should be!

I just moved into the area and decided to get my cleaning done at Creative Dentistry because of the close proximity to my apartment and my office. First off, since it's difficult to take time off from the office for appointments like these, they scheduled me for a 7am appointment. (AWESOME! made it to my meeting on-time at the office at 9am!)

The facility is amazing! The team is so friendly and they make you feel at home. I have a complication with one of my teeth, and Dr. Reddy made sure I understood the possible paths to getting it fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CREATIVE DENTISTRY FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!

Every single person I've worked with at this office has treated me like a personal friend, from reception to cleaning to dentist care. The medspa is also wonderful! Not only are my teeth now in excellent form, but the guidance and products I've received from the med spa side have my skin in the best condition it's been in years!

Everyone is so warm and friendly; they make me laugh, and they actually listen and get me when I explain my concerns and ask questions. They give enough detail and instruction to make me feel empowered (vs overwhelmed) in my dental and skin care. This group makes me legitimately look forward to going to the dentist - which I'd have never thought possible before meeting the wonderful ladies at Creative Dentistry and MedSpa!

I love this office! Dr. Reddy and her team go out their way to make you feel comfortable. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but my anxiety has lessened since going to CD. Valerie is also very professional! She eases the stress of having to deal with insurance companies. Glad to have found them!

Most of the staffers were nice and friendly, I especially enjoyed the services provided by the hygienist and the lead receptionist. However, I did find issues with the professionalism of the young receptionist who refused to answer questions when asked nor was she ready to accept her ineptness. Further, it was surprising that a place with such class will forget to date a prescription. Overall, pricey but a nice environment and I think a lot of aspects of their customer relationship management has to be improved upon.

The staff is professional and understanding. The office is calming and beatiful. It makes for a pleasant experience.

The office is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, organized and impeccable maintenance! The professionalism of the staff all the way from the front to the back is great. Dr. Reddy s work is flawless. She is not only a perfectionist but also very caring and sensitive to her patients needs. My entire family goes to her and we all love her! I highly recommend this practice anytime!

I always enjoy coming to the dentist to visit Dr. Reddy, she s always pleasant, takes good care if my hygiene, always gentle and knowledgeable and of course her assistant Shanice is always there for my dental anxiety. I recommend this office to anyone.

I absolutely LOVE Creative Dentistry. It is from experience as a patient and a previous worker in the dental industry that this practice is honest, talented, compassionate, careful and the best at what they do. The team here is amazing. It started with Sabrina greeting me and helping me with a smooth check it. She also did a great job explaining all of the fees and things covered by my insurance. Jaime was also great while cleaning my teeth. She did a great job explaining the process. :)

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, the process of getting paper work done and being seen was awesome.. The doc. was very sweet and informative, she did not rush at all.. Would highly recommend..

My experience at Creative Dentistry was excellent. Dr Reddy was intentional in making me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Simone was relatable and cared about having an abosolute good follow through in the procedures. The hygienist Jennifer was a real joy as she helped me through my gagging. Jennifer you made my day. You are so varying. Abby the Treatment Plan Coordinator has been extremely skillful in walking me through my treatment process as well as mapping out a payment plan that worked. I am grateful for the entire staff. JulieAnn and Paulette have been truly professional in ensuring that I keep my appointments as well as constantly walking everyone through how to stay safe and keeping each other safe during this Covid pandemic when visiting the office . Thank you all again for making my dentist visit a unique experience.
