I've been a customer 4 years, Dr. Reddy does great work and her staff for the most part have great bedside manners and are careful while working on you.

My issues stem from the usual:
1) My time like yours is valuable. I'm sent constant reminders of making sure I'm on time for my appointment and being reminded that last minute cancellations have consequences. Yet I'm not given luxury of a phone call if they're running behind. Could be first thing in the morning or in the afternoon.

2) I don't see why anyone should pay for services they haven't received, in almost every doctor's office you pay after your appointment. I believe the office knows I don't believe in paying for services not rendered so I no longer deal with this, but no one should.

3) Spell out the charges. I literally have a charge from my recent visit that says "unspecified" yet when I was asking for the detailed print out I was told "everything is there and clear what you're paying for".

4) I'm often curious that even though I go to the office 3-4 times in a year, my dental hygienist is almost never the same. Makes you wonder...

Overall, I do trust this dental office and their work. If something isn't right they will investigate and correct, but what I've listed above have been the same things I deal with every 3-4 months I go in.
