What is the point of having a customer service phone number if you never answer the phone?! This company really pushes you to just use their online platform and set up reoccurring payments. By doing so, you probably won t run into so many issues/headaches which is ridiculous. I don t want automatic reoccurring payments setup! Answer your phone!
These people are terrible. If u get behind on even one payment they will start calling everyone in your family. These monsters were seriously bothering my grandmother.
I would finally see the reviews and ratings after having an account with this company for 5 years. Never again will I open up an account or refer anyone to this finance company. When you know better you do better. Poor customer service , so I m out. I called and asked about my account balance and options for refinancing, they don t offer anything. I have been paying off my account on time for 5 years. I am so glad I am close to paying off my account off, I will never do business again with this company.
DO NOT USE!DISHONORABLE CONDUCT!!Extremely poor experience, ended up with a mark on my credit because of the company did not apply my double payments one for that month one for the next month .they now changed their name to Mechanics Bank Financial to escape liability/bad reviews. DO NOT USE THEM TO FINANCE, will repeatedly say they fixed the problem and they DONT. Will charge fees ERRONEOUSLY!
Not a bad experience, pay on time and they won't bother you. This like any other business if you borrow you have to pay. Only 3 stars caused several times the reps would not documents conversations and you would have to repeat yourself to different reps the same information.

They just took my car! Without warning in the middle of the night. Especially this past year everyone is going through a hard time. Is this what humanity has come to? All our stuff was in the car. No human decency to knock on the door and let us take our stuff out? Everyone out there assuming the worst like we re going to put up a fight. All you had to do was knock on the doo, let us get our stuff and give you the keys and wave goodbye.
They goofed up my automatic payments early in the loan but I caught it and called them. It got fixed without a ding to my credit. Good enough for me and the sole reason I didn t give them five stars. When I went car shopping they offered a better rate by several points than any one else. I ve had car loans with second chance lenders and the way people talk you would think this was one of them. But it s been far better.
Everything about this bank is terrible. They make sure they tack on Atleast 50$ a month in service fees. I ve been paying 480 a month for 3 years of my 4 year contract and paid less than 12% of the loan they are a SCAM
Terrible bank, I made my last payment and had sent bank statements over showing paid. Still they can not find it and want more money. Strongly do not recommend this bank for anything.
