They goofed up my automatic payments early in the loan but I caught it and called them. It got fixed without a ding to my credit. Good enough for me and the sole reason I didn t give them five stars. When I went car shopping they offered a better rate by several points than any one else. I ve had car loans with second chance lenders and the way people talk you would think this was one of them. But it s been far better.
