I would finally see the reviews and ratings after having an account with this company for 5 years. Never again will I open up an account or refer anyone to this finance company. When you know better you do better. Poor customer service , so I m out. I called and asked about my account balance and options for refinancing, they don t offer anything. I have been paying off my account on time for 5 years. I am so glad I am close to paying off my account off, I will never do business again with this company.
