Only disadvantage is that it is a bit pricey, compared to where I live (North Brabant). Verders very well arranged in Corona time !!

When booking you must make a deposit of 70.00. Customer-friendly service can be expected for this. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case.

Upon arrival I logically have to declare that I am healthy and that I adhere to the guidelines because of Corona. I take that very seriously myself and I expect that from Crazy Pianos. However, they could not provide this. The hostess did not keep a distance of 1.5 meters from me when we received and pointed out my table. The table was in the middle of the aisle of the ministry who constantly walked past me. The 1.5 meter rule could not be guaranteed here and mouth masks were not used.



By the time the drinks arrived, 30 minutes had already passed. When the drinks were served, nothing was said or asked what I wanted to eat. Again I made vain attempts to make eye contact.

After 45 minutes I walked to the bar and indicated that I was not satisfied with the customer-friendliness and service offered with regard to time and guidelines of the RIVM. I was referred to the hostess.

In conversation with the hostess, I indicated how I experienced my visit to Crazy Pianos to date and indicated that I wanted my money back. That's me after I stuck to my position finally pledged and settled.



Once and never again!

Saturday around 17:00 for a drink. Directly said, just have a drink. No food. No problem, but only in the Rook Lounge or the high tables. The glass was not empty yet, we were urgently told to go off this place because of dinner reservations ?? To our response that we had taken directions. We (adults) were told repeatedly. "I'll explain ... And then how many people come to eat etc". I asked "are we being kicked out?" No, not that, but we had to sit at a bar (empty and no service). let me find this inappropriate so that mr walked away to get a lady in. Same message. To my question "can I still drink my glass?" she replied, "I can help you drink a little." We put on our jackets and paid. Then you can be big and busy. Say clearly, sorry now it is not possible, we had asked in advance! Never again. Company without time alone the money Too bad, the Big Bell next door is TOP.

It is now after the renovation and change of ownership not as cool as before .. miss the old staff and musicians / artists .. Atmosphere has changed a lot .. not such a good move

Very modern furnishings, toilets also super! Nice clean. Lounge corners, large bar. Very friendly staff. And live music all the time! Simply super! Really recommended.

If, however, for a pre-ordered menu for 55 euros per person. some olives, a few bread rolls and some slices of ham when asked, "Would you like some bread in advance?" cost around 20 euros extra (without being pointed out) this borders on rip-off.

We went to Scheveningen last weekend and tried to make a reservation at Crazy Pianos in advance, where we were told that only groups can book. If you want to have a chance as a couple, it is best to come around 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, we were told.

At kw before 6 we were taken to a place where there is nothing wrong with it. Because we were early, we indicated that we would like to eat a little later and start slowly. After insisting twice (the staff approach you every now and then), we decided to order directly from the very limited menu. If you are not a fish lover, you have about 5 options.

The main course followed fairly quickly and was, to be fair, doable. After dinner we had dessert and less than fifteen minutes later we (me and my pregnant wife) were urged to leave the table as more people wanted to eat and the bill was pushed under the nose. We could still sit at the bar, the waitress said, so that was still worth considering, but the bar was completely packed so that is not an option at all.

In short, you come for the music that makes this place special, but the music does not start until 7 o'clock. You have to come early because otherwise there is no place and the music has just started for fifteen minutes then you have to leave for the other guests.

Service is also worthless, they once at our table with a main course that is not for us, several times for food / drink while we have already ordered. The desserts did not go well either, we got 2 strawberry desserts while we ordered strawberry and vanilla cup without whipped cream. Then another attempt and then they came up with vanilla with whipped cream, third attempt was good.

When you eat in you also pay for the music, but if you have to leave, just when the music starts, then you pay way too much.

I will never go there again and I also advise against anyone to go here.

Excellent live music venue. A must visit experience in Den Haag. Very talented musicians, a lively clientele, and good service combine to create what is usually a great night.

Had dinner here last month. Reserved and paid 70 euros in advance. The atmosphere is good, music makes it cozy. Quite a lot of noise. You can hardly talk to each other. Furthermore, a pleasant and fun evening. The food is quite expensive and of poor quality. Small portions.

Nice bar and great performance on stage with love music. Good musicians play there and it is a great ambiance by the sea due to its wide layout.

Nice dinner with Valentine's Day. They played the piano while eating. It was a beautiful romantic evening.

Great atmosphere on Sunday night. The musicians are very good and always play titles! To do.

The crazy piano is the coolest entertainment bar I've met in the Netherlands. For comparison, I would call the New York hotel in Las Vegas. It's fun to always work 2 piano players, a drummer in the middle. Balanced man woman relationship, all very nice. Very good mood. I can only recommend it, man must have experienced it.

Really really nice place with such a good atmosphere. The artists are really talented and can sing, play piano and entertain at the same time. The stuff is also really nice and entertaining, by dancing on the top of the bar etc.. The food is also really fresh and good.
I would definitely come back to Den Haag again just to visit this amazing bar!

Disappointing visit, value for money search with a pizza with 3 slices of him from 15 (!!) Euro, service impersonal and at times arrogant. 200, - for 4 people (without extensive drinks or dessert) and a rude response to the question whether the air conditioning that blew straight into the neck could be slightly softer.

At first everything seemed fine, we were clear about just wanting some drinks, which was no problem and we got seated. About 10 minutes into our first drinks, some guy comes up telling us they need the table for dinner reservations, we need to relocate to the bar or smoking area. We don't smoke and nobody was sitting at the bar?? Far from cozy! The guy got very rude as if we're a bunch of spoiled youngsters? He got grumpy we didn't appreciate his situation about needing the tables for some many reservations that night. No, I do not appreciate being seated whilst having been clear about our intentions of not having dinner just yet, and then basically not being welcome anymore. We left! Went to Big Bell's, very welcome, spent the entire evening there.

Just go with a bachelor party! Great atmosphere, cozy groups and the music is also OK. At the weekend it can be quite busy. You can also rent your own tap at the bar. The toilet is a little awkwardly hidden away, then you have to go through the whole thing first.

Nice tent, nicely dressed and good live music. Okay audience and there is a nice atmosphere so we had a great party. Organically, things can be better. Paying 50 euros entrance fee and paying separately for toilet and wardrobe is not welcoming. Bar staff were not always looking forward to it. Different per bar. Sometimes a very long wait while the bar was not busy at all. Bar staff didn't have enough change up to 3 times, so you didn't get enough money back. Security was very helpful and friendly. Large covered terrace with heaters where you could chill. We will come back sometime .....
