When booking you must make a deposit of 70.00. Customer-friendly service can be expected for this. Unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case.

Upon arrival I logically have to declare that I am healthy and that I adhere to the guidelines because of Corona. I take that very seriously myself and I expect that from Crazy Pianos. However, they could not provide this. The hostess did not keep a distance of 1.5 meters from me when we received and pointed out my table. The table was in the middle of the aisle of the ministry who constantly walked past me. The 1.5 meter rule could not be guaranteed here and mouth masks were not used.



By the time the drinks arrived, 30 minutes had already passed. When the drinks were served, nothing was said or asked what I wanted to eat. Again I made vain attempts to make eye contact.

After 45 minutes I walked to the bar and indicated that I was not satisfied with the customer-friendliness and service offered with regard to time and guidelines of the RIVM. I was referred to the hostess.

In conversation with the hostess, I indicated how I experienced my visit to Crazy Pianos to date and indicated that I wanted my money back. That's me after I stuck to my position finally pledged and settled.
