I recently purchased some products and I am quite satisfied with the quality and performance. The website cpsproducts.com is easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth.

Bought an in line oil injector that leaked straight from the package. Contacted CPS, left a message, no response. Contacted them again, left a message, no response, and again and again I tried a dozen times. 1 time I got hold of a rather rude employee. He asked whether this was within the USA or outside. I replied within USA and I was transferred back to the same voicemail box that I had left my previous dozen messages. So I contacted the vendor which normally doesn't provide returns/exchanges and they made an exception after I told them this story. So I received a replacement, and it too leaked straight from the package! Vendor was kind enough to replace it with a Mastercool injector the 3rd time, which works flawlessly to this day and it was $5 cheaper. I told them to keep my $5 bucks. It was a cheap price to pay for the knowledge that CPS will not back up their product.
