I am going to be straight up, I'm giving it three and I haven't even been there! I have something to say and I base these 's in regards to current ratings you have! (Subject to change) To the patients, I get it, I feel you! My wife is going to be making an appointment here. A few years back she went through the same thing in a different state. This world moves fast and people move on quickly with their careers. I give them credit for the path that they have chosen! I also shed a tear for the patients trapped in the loop! There's no cure for mental disability only medication to manage your everyday life! I myself live with incurable diseases. (ms) & ( Factor V mutation) in this day and age, to find a doctor or even a counselor that sticks with you is a rarity. Patients like us hate change! But it is what it is. Instead of all that money going into finding cures, it in-riches the pharmaceutical companies instead. Basically take a number!!
Very disorganized. The turn over rate is horrible! In the year that I was receiving services at cpih I had two diffrent psychologists, two diffrent therapists, and two or more case managers. Only of which one case manager tried to speak to me, and none of them would return my call. I informed them that my insurance was renewed and was still un-inrolled due to the lack of communication in the office. Everybody seems to have a ' iit's not my job' attitude.
Had a great experience here with care for about 2 years. But now they made my therapist disappear and have refused to give any information other than they are no longer with the company. WTF is this??? Worse is they assigned me a new therapist who has a full schedule and could only get me in her schedule ONCE in 5 weeks. I'm not being treated with respect and as a valuable individual with health care needs, I'm being treated as a billable hour.
Save yourself unnecessary distress try another provider.
