Liars and Crooks, do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a $1600 sawstop from their website which did not mention the product not being in stock. After lying to me and saying the item was being shipped I received an order saying it was indefinitely backordered.

When I asked for a refund they lied again and said it was being shipped. Shortly after I received the same backorder notification.

When I emailed again they copy and pasted the backorder notification.

Finally, after requesting a refund again they double charged my credit card, resulting in my having to dispute the charges.

This company will lie to you and steal your money. Beware.

Horrible company to order from if you need to cancel an order. They give you 30 minutes to cancel (found that out after calling the cancellation number). I called a little over an hour later since they were not open yet. I was told there was nothing they could do since it was already "in the system". I will have to wait for the product to be shipped/received then pay for return shipping. Really?! What kind of policy is that? I will never purchase from them again.

The worst customer service . . I never had a issue buying online . Them system lacks , after a purchase the sale didn't went thru but they put my money on hold like a was good . After calling repeatedly times , the problem still unsolved and my money hasn't been credit to my account .

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it made me so I could leave a review to WARN YOU !!!.. Lousy company. Sold us a broken power washer and they been putting us through hoops for over 10 months to get a refund when there is a one year warranty. CROOKS !!! BEWARE !!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT IS MADE or SOLD BY THEM !!!

I bought a Makita combo kit from them, December 2017, the purchase was efficient and I got the kit as promised. The Makita kit was faulty, the drill burned out immediately on its first use, I called CPO and was told to call Makita, which I did and was directed to a repair center, the repair center took a month to repair the drill and told me if it happened again they probably wouldn t be able to warranty it again! One of the battery s also is faulty and even though Makita brag about a 3year warranty the service center wouldn t replace it.
I ve tried calling CPO on numerous occasions but the customer service department does not answer, if you call the sales they of course answer and direct my call to customer service who does NOT answer.
I ve used CPO for several years but this was my last purchase. They offer zero customer service.
Makita service is also terrible, they do at least answer the phone but seem to think that their products can never go wrong and that it s ALWAYS the customers fault.
CPO has turned into a company that offers no customer service selling products (Makita) that are inferior and also offer no service and don t honor their warranty.

As a patent attorney, I am very particular.

CPO has great bargains on tools. I have purchased mostly reconditioned items, which arrive looking brand new.

Good communication and zero issues. Highly recommended.
