High pressure sales people are relentless in unsolicited calling, day after day. Lousy company.

I meant to put 1 star. If there had been Zero, that is what I would have given them. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!!!!!!!!!! It will end up costing you 1,000s of dollars. Don t have the time to tell all, but trust me, you DO NOT WANT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! Horrible Customer Service. That is just the beginning. As one of their technology people said, they don t know their right hand from the left!!!!!!!!

Shady business practices. Salesman promised us the world. We were supposed to save $12,000 a year and there was no contract for their services except for the equipment. Turns out there is a 3 year contract, we pay more than we did with the previous company, and they keep throwing random charges on our bill that we have call about almost every month. 3 year contract terms were hidden on a document that was "available to you had you requested it". Salesman is MIA now the he collected his commission and the company could care less that they were misrepresented. Stay far away from them! Do not do business with them!

As a small business owner, I have better things to do than be bothered by this company every damned day.

very shady business practice - would not use existing equipment or allow my business to purchase. now leasing equipment that has been obsolete for 12 or so months. The lease agreement is for 48 months and there's no option to cancel or return equipment.

These guys are horrible. They called us with b.s We told them that they couldn't integrate with our software. They promised that they could and had a similar business. We wasted a few hours to find out that they were full of ***&. Further, they lied about the company that was allegedly integrated. The sales person in Texas never followed up on his promise to call. I even left a v.m for him and still nothing. Very poor service. I can't imagine what would happen if we became a customer.

This company is not somebody you want to do business with.They called my business and asked to send out a rep to review my account.I declined.This was followed up by call after call of them wanting to argue why I needed to set up a account review.This is stalker phone sales.If i followed customers around being pushy and rude.Everyday showing up at their business asking to review their tires I would be given a restraining order by local law enforcement.This phone sales man by the name of shawn is insane and needs to be removed from this company A.S.A.P.!!!!!! I have never been so passionate about a complaint or review ever. This company is not a stand up company.Dont give them the time of day.

Our old processor had us using an older machine, Capital hooked us up with a new terminal that works online, so we aren't getting any busy signals and can throw out the manual imprinter.

Our credit card machine won't print. It is showing a print error. After spending 2 hours on the phone and being disconnected once, they decided we need a new machine. I am on my 3rd day of waiting for the new credit card machine to arrive. I find this to be a little ridiculous as it is effecting our business income. The sad thing is this happened to us last year around the same time and it took them a week to get us new machines. We will be switching to a new processor at the beginning of the year.

High Pressure Telemarketing tactics give the industry a HORRIBLE reputation and show incredible disrespect.

As a small business owner in Indiana, Capital Processing some how found my business phone number and called this company. I stated that I have merchant services that I am happy with and was not interested in their services. Since then they have been calling my business 1-4 times a day almost every day except sunday, most of the time no one will respond even if I answer the telephone. This has been going on for the better part of a year now, I exhausted all attemps to get it stopped, with out this bad review on them, I would'nt want to harm a business being a business owner myself and would gladly remove or edit this review if they would show any since of good business ethics, and stop harassing my company. I have called and ask if they would remove me from their calling list, they say they will ,but the calls keep coming. This has turned into total harassment but there is'nt anything I can do. I would advise that anyone should not do business with a cruel and relentless company that would harass people to no end if they don't get what they want.

We have used CPN for a few years now. Rates are better than what we were paying with last 2 credit processors. Rep can be reached day or night, holiday or weekend. I always get someone, even if its a text that says "got it I'll follow up in the morning" and that in itself is worth a lot.

They are still doing the unsolicited call thing. Just turn them over to the SAG and let them pay the fines.

Total TOOLS!! Telemarketers that don't get the fact that they are TELEMARKETERS. When you are told to BUZZ OFF and don't call again, TAKE THE HINT AND DON'T CALL BACK. Talk about hire the mentally incompetent...wow, MORONS.

Unsolicited sales calls that keep calling back after I say I am not interested.

SCAM THEY CALL SAYING NOT TRYING TO SELL ANYTHING AND THEN TRY TO SELL YOU CONTRACTS. AFTER TELLING CHRISTY I WAS NOT INTERESTED SHE CALLED ME AGAIN TRYING TO SAY SHE WAS NOT A SELLS CALL COMPLETE LIES. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I RATE THEM A ZERO

This company has Erin call me almost every day. I tell them I am not interested and hang up. They immediately call me back. I put Erin`s phone number in my caller id so I won`t answer it. Today they switched to having someone else call. I again say please leave me alone and she tell`s me not to hang up like the other people. She get`s that a lot. I tell her we hang up because we are busy and should not have to tell you every day to stop calling us! I am zoned residential and am on the do not call list so now I am reporting them.

Rude and annoying people who evidently dropped out of high school keep calling from this place. I wouldn't do business with them if they were the only lender left in the world.
