There is a guy named Luciano Sabatino who is really a sexual predator, he chooses girls from the office and talks about them in public

Pretty much the worst paying contract center in Barcelona with a horrible business philosophy.
It's great, there I met the great Abdou. I love you Abdou :)
Very relaxed multicultural environment.
The several social activities are a great way to meet colleagues and get to know Barcelona.
Fab place to work with amazing mix of people from all over the world. Great atmosphere and now a new terrace too!
Amazing work environment. Multicultural with awesome People.
I was not paid a few hours because I did not register them.
They lost the contract with Airbnb and informed us 2 months later. They also waited 2 months to fire us ( complete silence) just to avoid the state of alarm in Spain and pay less money (indemnity) we had to fill in a form to log in and another one to log out. (For 2 months)Avoiding the state of alarm they saved 1 million. I ve worked 3 years in the company and they just paid me 20 days per year worked. It was 33 days during the state of alarm. Cpm is the most horrible and dishonest company in Barcelona.
Worst company when it comes to pay! They do not pay you! Over the end of the year
Regrettable treatment of their workers ... I know not one, but several cases of unfair dismissal.
Worst place to start your career in Barcelona.
The only good thing is that you have colleagues from different nationalities and backgrounds,
Poor benefits and salary, mediocre management who tends to micromanage. The company doesn't invest in their own employee's, that's why you have a lot of people coming and then leaving after the training period (3 weeks). If you resign in the probation period (1 month) you will get no salary. If you like a call center position, work Saturdays and Sundays, finishing sometimes at 22pm, this opportunity might be for you.
I do not understand why this company is seeking native staff who speak French, Italian, Spanish, German etc. for the customer service of their countries and then they ask you for a native level of English and also answer English-speaking calls ... well it's worth it to hire only English speakers and that's it! In the interview (group, in English and also outside the offices they take you to a nearby hotel in a room on the ground floor ... seriously?) The interviewers go from chulitos and chulitas (also with a very unfriendly aptitude) and even without a native level of English they make you doubt the knowledge of the language. When you ask for more information about the company they almost refuse to answer you and what they usually say to the interview almost does not match what was written in the offer and then on your own you find out that services like Airbnb have nothing to do with them ??? Forgive? Well another call center of Bcn to avoid!
Let this be your last option when looking for work. Only if you are very desperate
By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for: errors in making the salary wire transfer, receiving pay slips after months and , more in general, no one really cares about you, you are just a number in a company of hundreds of people.
Be careful being hired by this company once you get to Barcelona, they offer you the quick option of making money within little time, but everything they claim in their presentation of the company is absolutely not reflecting the reality.
Their turnover is extremely high, even though I do not know the numbers exactly, and guess why?
Because people get so frustrated of working there and they just misbehave to be fired or just because they can't take it anymore.
Rules are not the same for everyone, so please avoid it.
This post is not meant to offend anyone, but to express the reality of working in this place after more than 4 months. Everything I have expressed here I have also stated it in the internal survey, so do not be surprised.
Terrible work place. Left the job on 1st October and still haven't been paid. It has been already over 50 days and countless emails - company is still "calculating" the sum.
Hi,
The CPM company gave me the opportunitiy to grow personally a lot & I feel very grateful that they believed in me and my qualities.
Young, modern and super kind individuals, each of them! The working atmosphere just put a smile on your face :) I also liked the interior design, a lot of natural light & someone really used his brain , because the bathrooms are the bests I've ever seen in Spain!
And, I developed my soft skills there, which I can use daily now and makes life a lot easier. Thank you CPM
Thanks, I hate it. One shouldn't expect a lot from companies like this anyway but CPM is really one of the worst.
Based on the aggravating recruitment experience as well as the other reviews and high-turnover, I wouldn't recommend dealing with this firm. I'm happy I did not meet their so-called "requirements". I dodged a bullet and was offered a higher paying position at a company with more professional practices.
A great place to work, very friendly and collaborative environment.
Great place to work and grow both personally and professionally.
The company is not profesional. Each month they make mistakes with salaries. I had to send a lot of emails to get the error fixed. They only reply when you say that you re gonna make a complaint.
They treat employees very badly. After they fired more than 1000 employees, I had to send a lot of emails to get the certificate to get the unemployment help. They are lazy and want you to be perfect and productive. They control you all the time. I complaint because the OM was bad but they did not care. I don t recommend.
The worst call center in Barcelona and anywhere else so far for me.
Bad management, bad air con, bad salary, high level of calls and even late pay. Cannot be compared to Booking or any other decent Firm.
Great place to work. Cool colleagues and management. Love it.
Very poor recruiting process. Inaccurate group interview, poorly done like the interviewer was in a rush. There was no chance for us to ask questions, to talk or to show our abilities. Less than one hour after the interview, I received a rejection e-mail.
I wonder how they treat their employees if this is how they recruit.
Horrible management. I don t recommend it. You have better call centers in the city. It s not difficult to be better than cpm. They are a mess.
Very bad experience They advertise in infojobs as airbnb and they called me saying they were from airbnb. The position offered had a salary of 15,000 euros gross per year in the after-sales department. I asked them if there would be promotion possibilities and a career plan (thinking that the company was airbnb) and the girl on HR said yes. They sent me an email confirming an interview and since I live in Alicante and the interview was in Barcelona, I decided to do a little more research and prepare well for the interview. Surprisingly I saw that airbnb does not have offices in Barcelona and therefore I contacted the central. They told me that "Airbnb outsources CPN services to alleviate demand and meet the local needs of the company in Spain but under no circumstances are they authorized to offer career plans or promotion opportunities on behalf of airbnb." Of course, calling CPN to ask them more, they told me that "it was a misunderstanding", and what I offered was "career opportunities at CPN". I said clearly in the interview by telephone that although the salary was very low I would be willing to go to the interview because I liked the philosophy of airbnb and its way of working ... they never identified themselves as CPN by telephone. Then they send you an email and in the email newsletter you see that they are from CPN. EYE CPN is a call center sub-contracted by Airbnb that pays very badly and will tell any lie to accept their conditions. It is all false. Do not fool yourself.
Very good working environment. It''s really nice to be part of CPM family. At the moment they are having some problems with payroll and structure the promotion and rewards criteria but they are making their best to solve those issues once for all.
very bad recruitment and salary payment problem.!!!!!! forget this work...
Customer service office with very good work environment.
They have applied a collective dismissal to 900 workers
Cpm in Madrid has already closed its doors without paying many people. But in other cities they continue to work to do the same. They have the nerve to put on their LinkedIn profile Merry Christmas when they have left many people without charging for several months.
The most unorthodox "interview" I have ever attended and that is saying a lot considering the location and industry.
I was the only native English speaker present at the "group interview" , there were no interview questions. We had a pretend debate and nobody wanted to participate mostly because of lack of understanding of English and after all of my input and almost leading the group I was emailed saying my "attitude" was not what was expected.
This was all held in a hotel and afterwards I was the only person who wanted to see the contact center but we all ended up going to have a look. When we went there everyone looked like they were having a party rather than actually working. Typical really, don't go here if you want to actually work.
Horrible Company. Custoner Service Dpt is just horrible, but not the Agents working there, just because of Management in this horrible company. Management is INCOMPETENT, RUDE... Just avoid those people. If you don't know whether work here or not.. JUST DON'T.
