Very bad experience They advertise in infojobs as airbnb and they called me saying they were from airbnb. The position offered had a salary of 15,000 euros gross per year in the after-sales department. I asked them if there would be promotion possibilities and a career plan (thinking that the company was airbnb) and the girl on HR said yes. They sent me an email confirming an interview and since I live in Alicante and the interview was in Barcelona, I decided to do a little more research and prepare well for the interview. Surprisingly I saw that airbnb does not have offices in Barcelona and therefore I contacted the central. They told me that "Airbnb outsources CPN services to alleviate demand and meet the local needs of the company in Spain but under no circumstances are they authorized to offer career plans or promotion opportunities on behalf of airbnb." Of course, calling CPN to ask them more, they told me that "it was a misunderstanding", and what I offered was "career opportunities at CPN". I said clearly in the interview by telephone that although the salary was very low I would be willing to go to the interview because I liked the philosophy of airbnb and its way of working ... they never identified themselves as CPN by telephone. Then they send you an email and in the email newsletter you see that they are from CPN. EYE CPN is a call center sub-contracted by Airbnb that pays very badly and will tell any lie to accept their conditions. It is all false. Do not fool yourself.
