I took an appointment 3 weeks in advance by internet. The counselors are not at all nice. They have only one desire, to make us leave, even if we will be forced to return. The appointment normally must last 30 minutes, up! in 5 minutes they have already finished with you and are discussing with each other.

I received my maternity leave almost two months after giving birth. Knowing the security, I deposited my file directly in the mailbox a month before the start of my leave so as not to find myself in a pain. Result they "lost" my file as very often, it will be necessary to explain to me one can lose a mail put directly in the box. I found myself without income with invoices to pay so agios on my bank account because of this late payment. I had to manage this after giving birth when I had many other things to do. Being an optician myself, it is a disaster to obtain payment from third party CMU or RO standard payers.
Either the files are "lost" or they do not receive the documents when they are deposited in the mailbox directly.
Huge bad faith or serious lack?
Poorly managed establishment with no follow-up in the files.
This year 2020 promises to be even worse because of the RAC 0 Optique, with a lot of problems on the arrears of the CPAM.

4 stars just for their responsiveness 2 times due ...

4 stars just for their responsiveness 2 times due to the incompetence of my box to do the necessary administrative, which has fucked me twice in the m *** 1 time for the recalculation of my IJSS and 2nd time for my leave mat (papers never sent I had 2 times 1 month 1/2 without payment so 0 !)
