A shame ! I am not surprised by the previous bad reviews.
Being an optician myself, it is a disaster to obtain payment from third party CMU or RO standard payers.
Either the files are "lost" or they do not receive the documents when they are deposited in the mailbox directly.
Huge bad faith or serious lack?
Poorly managed establishment with no follow-up in the files.
This year 2020 promises to be even worse because of the RAC 0 Optique, with a lot of problems on the arrears of the CPAM.
