My Job-search experience with Monique has been exceptional. Responding to a job-advert on seek, by Cox Purtell I have received the phone call from Monique within a time-frame of 3 days. She has asked reasonable number of questions over the phone to get an understanding of my job search needs and career aspirations and scheduled a face-to-face interview at the Sydney City office. On the scheduled interview day, Monique made the whole process so smooth. She is a great listener and provided ample time to pitch a case in regards to where my existing skill set is . She has very effective questioning techniques in such a way that she extracts the sub-skills or sub-skill set (which I am not aware of to be honest) and articulates a structure around the advertised and prospective job opportunities.
She has provided her business card and clarified the possible scenarios of securing a client interview in regards to my application to the advertised job. Within a span of 3 hours, on the way to home, she called me and notified about the client interview. Simply unbelievable. I have attended the client s first interview and fortunately also shortlisted and completed the second interview and awaiting for the outcome now.
Based on my job-search experience, I believe Monique is a Professional with exemplary standards and her commitment to the job is unparalled. She displays the dynamism, in her actions. She is very pragmatic, keeps the job outlook very realistic, and at the same time she works so hard for her clients to get the best outcome. I have met Monique only through this job-search expedition, because it is a very tough job market out there. To add, her persuasion skills, influencing skills to get the best outcome for the client (myself as a job-seeker) are unmatched. Monique provided all the guidance, the do s and don t s before the client interview and helped, guided, supported throughout the process in a highly dedicated manner.
