Poor quality. AD Surgical offers much better products with edurability. I would NOT recommend products used by this company to any Veterinary!

I have had an terrible experience with company this is not a place you would want to work if you are looking to avoid bad management, frustrated employees and a simple job description made very difficult. Within a month of me being with this company in the quality department alone I have watch an employee be fired and one leave. The first employee left the company out of frustration. I have heard she always made comments about preparing to leave the company because of unassertive, unsteady, and incomprehensible rules, polices and work instructions. The work started to become more trouble than the compensation and she decided to leave the company. But before she left she trained the next employee that was fired. This employee was fired for voicing their complaints to HR. She told me her complaints we re she was not being trained properly which she wasn t because the employee that trained her was counting the two weeks before her departure. She felt she was being forced to learn on her own and other employees were not treating her properly. These comments made there way back to her superior and she was fired. I have also witnessed an employee fired for sexual harassing employees for months. I witnessed this employee making inappropriate comments to females and it came to light he has also followed some of the women home and this was going on for months before he was let go.I was fired within a month for chewing gum. At the end of shift I forgotten to remove the gym for lunch and my manager walks behind and puts his arm around me and says are you seriously chewing gum I responded yes I forgotten to remove the gym after lunch. The my manager with a bright red face said are you serious!? And then stormed off. Later that day I received a call being told no to come back to work for breaking the food and beverage policy. I am very grateful for this company for freeing me and forcing me to look for what I deserve. Please do not work for this company. Your worth more, the management is bad, the employees are frustrated, the company has a lot of things they need to fix that are going to cost this company.
