Customers service Jarrod & Alex from Covercraft Rouse Hill were so rude with handling the warranty part, the products advertisement of the video was misleading and when I explained to them that I made a wrong purchase with the order a day after receiving. They ignored my reason by being rude and I took the matter further to fair trading which they also weren t helpful, it s a 30 day money back and 3 year warranty. Written in there booklet. Instead I went to there competitors to get there opinion and they said that you should return with your receipt. I emailed Covercraft and they said that car detailers and Car Auto shop is like going to a Kmart store with no experience about car covers. I realise there s no case with childish staff. I kept the product and after today managed to sell the product online. This review is just for future customers who are stuck without a guaranteed warranty, please stay away from purchasing from these guys. I understand if you make a wrong purchase but it s the after sales that matters to every customer.
