Had a custom cover made and although I didn't expect it to fit like a glove it was far off! After sending it back insisting someone contact me to confirm measurements, for which they didn't, cover was received wrong again! Their rep Charlie Watson was less then helpful to say the least!

i ordered a cover that did not fit my car in sept. returned item and only asked for a replacement universal cover that would fit my vehicle still hassling with them emails telling me all kinds of incorrect info still no replacement scratch them off my list of vendors to do business with !
My 2nd dash cover on two Rams & my 2006 Ram sold for twice it's value. Bought a windshade & cover for my 2016 Ram & it sits in the sun & heat every day 7 days a week & my truck is cooler than the outside!!!
I got a dash cover for my Tahoe! I was amazed how well it fit my dash. I didn't put any of the tabs under it that stick to the dash. Stays put! I am glad I got the color swatches before I ordered. The taupe matches perfect but looked pink in the pictures. Satisfied!
I recently purchased an Evolution - Outdoor cover for my 1998 Porsche Boxster that i park outside during the summer. (I garage it during the winter) and couldn't be more pleased with the product. The cover is extremely well made and the materials used, do as advertised: Block UV and is waterproof. The rain beads off keeping the car completely dry. Covercraft stands by their product with a warranty to boot. Thank you for a great product. I have gone to the trouble of writing a review because it's so difficult as a consumer to buy things online without input. This is a great product.
Horrible customer service. Estimated ship dates have changed twice and still have no clue when my items when arrive. Tried contacting customer service with luck. After reading thru other reviews this seems to be a common problem. Shop elsewhere!
waited forever for my window shade. when i go it i was expecting something high quality for the money i paid. in my opinion its cheap. i dont recommend purchasing from them. if i could get my money back i would. sorry i purchased it.
The car cover I ordered was received within a reasonable timeframe given the COVID19 sheltering issues, but the day it arrived I discovered the antenna pocket was sewn into the cover at the wrong place. As a result, I have to remove the antenna prior to installing the cover. To have Covercraft address this issue, I called them on their only listed number and spoke with a sales rep who tried to connect me with their customer service department. After waiting a long time for customer service to pickup my call, the sales rep came back on the line to confirm my phone number and said their customer service department would call me right back. They never did call back nor was I given a phone number to call them. I will live with the cover as is, but cannot recommend this company.
UPDATE: After some back and forth with customer service, my issue with the antenna pocket was addressed. They had to reposition the antenna pocket to accommodate the addition of a front splitter on Mustang GT Premium convertibles with the PP1 option that Ford made available on these models in 2019 and 2020. That same splitter is also used on the 2019 and 2020 California Special convertibles. The "new" cover is now a perfect fit and CoverCraft handled the whole exchange at no expense to me. I give them a 5 STAR RATING now.
It is a quality cover, made of good material. But it was advertised as exact fit. It is a kind of close to exact fit, but not what I expected. I have used other markers and recieved an actual exact fit in those instances. Very nice cover, but disappointed that I didn't get what I expected to receive for the money I paid.
Covercraft car covers are the real deal. The site is both deeply informative and easy to use, and I have had two great experiences ordering covers, as well as a great experience getting help prolonging the life of an older one. I am on my second cover for my S2000, and both of them fit perfectly. The first one lasted until the end of the warranty period, and then the sun had done its work on it. I ordered the heavier version and I fully expect it to last at least five years. It has been through one hurricane so far with no damage.
I m very happy with the car windshield sun shade I bought from Covercraft. It s a great fit for my Honda Civic 2019, easy to assemble/fold away, and protects the interior from direct sunlight. It took a while to be produced due to Covid impacts and because it was custom fit, but overall worth the wait.
I've owned an original dashmat for every car I've owned since late 80's. A MUST HAVE in the AZ desert climate. After velcro adheres to the front section, will finish the back harder to reach area later. These Dashmats last as long if not longer than the cars. Never had one wear out, tried noth original and velour ones. Would not trust another company to make one for me.
I have multiple Covercraft windshield sun screens and they are awesome. The one in my truck is six or seven years old and still works and folds great. We have them for Both of our other vehicles as the temperatures are so much lower with them in place. The fold easily which makes storing them a breeze when not in use
Excellent quality dash mat. I ordered mine at the start of the pandemic, and when it didn't arrive on time I called customer service. They were very friendly, and kindly explained to me that it would take longer because they were forced to shutdown factories due to COVID-19 protocols. This is totally understandable, and I accept that this was out of their control. However, they should have notified me of the delay after the expected shipment date had passed so I wouldn't need to call. Had they done this, my review would have been 5 stars.
Terrible customer service. The representative was actually the owner of this business and treated me as though I were an idiot for not reading the entire manual of how my expensive car cover should be used. Find another company to do business.
Called about my order and the person was acting like I was annoying them for calling, should have posted on your website that it would take 2 months so I would have been informed before I ordered.
I have purchased two sunshades for my vehicles. The purchase experience was absolutely first rate.. The sunshades themselves are great products but the one flaw, if you could call it a flaw, is that when these sunshades have been sitting inside the windshield of a vehicle sitting directly in the sun of even an 80 degree plus day, and you go to remove them, they get extremely hot to the touch, particularly the side exposed to the sun, enough to cause discomfort to your fingertips. For this reason alone I can't give them a 5 star rating but would hope that Covercraft addresses this issue in its products.
I did have a long wait but due to Covid 19 issues I can't complain. The dash-mat I received fit perfectly and is a quality product. Your product came recommended to me by a friend and she was as happy with her's as I am with mine.
Placed an order on August 3rd. Estimated shipping date was 3rd week of August. Emailed when date came and passed. Now est. date is the end of September. I've sent 3 emails and no response. I ordered something that was to be a birthday gift. That birthday has already passed over 2 weeks ago. They say on their site they're delayed due to COVID19. Then why would you give me an estimate of shipping in 3 weeks and now it's 7 weeks? What's next? Another month delay? Don't order anything custom from them. They don't have their business in order.
I placed an order for the dash mat for my car on March 1st the receipt said I will receive my package March 13th I received nothing I gave the company a call to find out what's going on they said I will receive it March 14th I received nothing and as of today March 15th I just finally receive a tracking number to track my package now they said I will receive my package March 19th I will never order from them again....

I just spoke with a customer service representative (refuse to provide her name). She was very rude, unprofessional and impatient. No interpersonal skills whatsoever. I have purchased from this company before but I have never been mistreated in this manner. She needs to be fired because there are other people that would love to have her position and do well by satisfying the customer.
I purchased a car cover from the dealer. Within a month it began to deteriorate and tear. I exchanged it for a new one only to find it didn t cover my car properly and strong winds Blew it off the car. A service advisor told me to check out Covercraft. The Covercraft was so much superior to the cover from the dealer and it covered my car perfectly.
I ordered a sun shade for my SUV on July 26th. I called and never got thru to see when to expect the shade and wrote customer service and never got a reply. Shame on you to treat people this way. They spend good money thinking they found the right company not realizing that you do not care at all about your CUSTOMERS My husband and I have been in business and would never think of being so sorry to the customers. I'm sorry I didn't find these reviews before i ordered anything from Cover Craft. Your company is a joke.
I wasnt quite sure which seat covers to get but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Told them I needed them for my F250 work truck and they were able to give me great advice. Got them delivered within a week. They fit great and I dont get shocked everytime i get in and out.
I run a landscspe company and needed some heavy duty covers that can breathe especially with Virginia summers. Love the Polycotton SestSavers in light gray. Great job Covercraft. Ill be back for my other trucks.
I'm sorry that I did not check the other customers reviews. It's going on a month since i placed my order and the est. date of delivery said Aug 17. I sent an email asking what is happening with my order and still have not received a response.. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with their service.
Good quality when it finally showed up. Very disappointing that repeated requests to customer service for delivery updates and other info was without response. Suggestion: take some of the time and energy put into sending junk mail and repurpose that to timely response to customer questions.

If there was a minus star , I would give it. In July, 2017 I ordered a custom fit LeBra cover for a 2016 Ford Taurus. I used it one time and drove only approximately only 30 miles. The bra tore and damaged the paint on the hood of my car. I requested to return the cover within the 30 day time period since it was defective and did not fit the car properly. I sent pictures of the cover and the damage to my car. I have called and emailed with no response from the company. Buyer beware. Customer service is very poor.
"THE BEST SUNSCREEN MONEY CAN BUY" Covercraft UVS 100 Premium Series Custom Sunscreen is simply "THE BEST SUNSCREEN MONEY CAN BUY" I have them on all 5 of my Vehicles and will only use this product because it is custom fit to fit that specific car and lets the least amount on damaging UV through the front windshield. I put 560,000 miles on a 1993 Lumina Euro sport and used this shield from when the car was new until I traded it after commuting 200 miles a day for 15 years and parked it in an open parking lot all day long every day. The interior and dash still looked like new. Every time I trade for a new vehicle, I order a new Covercraft UVS 100 the same day. I have one on my CTS, my H2, my Corvette, and my wife's Civic LE. Come on people get realistic, the company clearly stated that there would be delays due to Covid-19 slow downs in production, YES I had to wait several week for the last one I ordered in May, but I knew that before I ordered because if you bothered to READ on the website, you knew that. Long wait due to the COVID scandal of 2020, but the seat covers fit perfectly. Seem like a heavy, durable fabric. Only time will tell. Wait time should be expected for a custom product anyway. would buy again....
My Covercraft dash board cover fit perfectly and my custom embroidery was excellent. My delivery was was a little long,but with the COVID nightmare quite acceptable.
I placed my order months ago....I was sent my WeatherTech Floor mats within a reasonable amount of time. They fit perfect and look great! Thanks! As for the seat covers for my Nissan Frontier, those did take longer to receive. Original date stated August ??, 2020. I received towards the end of July!!! Thanks! They were very easy to install, the quality of materials used were good. I'm not happy with the fit, they seem "loose" and not as tight as I thought that they would have been. I've tried a couple of times tightening up the Velcro straps, they still look sloppy and ill fitted. I think at almost $300 for the set they should have been just a little more fitted. I do realize they are not custom nor are they fitted by an upholsterer, but I just thought they should look better then they do. Good thing that this is my everyday truck and not my more expensive vehicles. Overall happy with COVERCRAFT!! I did not mind waiting for the shipping.
The front bra for our Cadillac SRX fit perfect, now I have an order placed for our new car, a Lincoln MKT. I just hope I get it sooner than the target date of late November.
When looking at purchasing seat covers I chose covercraft because their online order system said I would receive my product on or before Aug. 18th. Now we are well past that date and I learn that they will not be delivered until October 9th. The only reason I paid 3X more than the competition was to get my product before my move to Phoenix at the end of August. Do not purchase from this company. They promise one date to get you to order and then once they have your money change the date to months later.
These seat covers are junk the $300 seat covers are thin fabric with foam backing. The so called custom precision measuring is too small for the seats and the foam tears off the back as you try to wrestle them onto your car seats. The headrest covers are 2 inches too small to fit over your headrests. Customer service gave me the run around for 2 months and on the last call the rep just talked over me , and when I asked for a supervisor he hung up on me.
I placed an order in beginning of August. Now this is the end of October, they have cone up with so many different excuses of why they haven't sent my dash mat. The only reason I haven't canceled yet is purely to see how long and how many lies they can come up with. I bet I'm going to wait 6 months. I'll probably pay off my 70k truck before I get my dash mat... if you place an order be prepared to wait indefinitely. This seems to be a very common problem with this company

Ordered 8/7/2020. 9/11 status still not shipped and 9/26 now expected shipping date...4 weeks after original shipping date and 3 weeks after being told would be shipped in days.
Just got my Carhartt truck seat covers, I couldn't be happier, Shipping was great, showed up in two days in Canada from US, all duties and fee's incl in the shipping at a good price, I'll be back.
This company is a total shxthole. Bottom of the barrel employees. Illegal immigrants and convicts. Incompetent department managers and the plant manager is a feeble, sickly old man. He sleeps most of the day, in his office.
While it took a rather long time to receive our dash cover, it fit perfectly without any modifications or mounting strips needed. Our car is a new body style of its model, so it makes sense that they would need to take measurements before making it. The length of time between ordering and shipping was only disclosed after the purchase was made, but ultimately, we're very happy with the product. Just exercise some patience, and you'll get a quality item.
I ordered two Sunscreen windshield covers for my vehicles and from the order date to the shipping date it took 22 days to get two windshield Sunscreens. I mean really? I called after 2 weeks to check on them and customer service offered little information; like they just wanted me to hang-up. Also one of the covers was for a 2016 Honda CR-V and the fit for my windshield is terrible. They say that they are not engineered to fit tight and block all sunlight on each edge of the windshield. Well,why not? After all they are a sunblocker. I think what they did is use the same windshield pattern for a 2015 CR-V and the 2016 CR-V windshield is not the same size. While I am disappointed in the fit, they are 10 times better than the one I had to return to WeatherTech. WeatherTech sunscreen fit and ease of installation was horrible.
Bought a set of the seat saver covers and when they came in there were 2 seat covers that were both passenger side covers. The lady I spoke with asked me to give her the serial numbers on the covers. I was told who sold them, and all that. I asked her if one of the serial numbers was for a driver's seat and the other for a. passenger seat and she confirmed that the serial numbers were for a set one for passenger and one for drivers side.. I said something this clearly is a mistake that was made by the factory. They put two of the same seats in a set. The tag with the serial number says that it's for the driver side and it's not. No body put that tag on the wrong cover, or the cover in the box with the same serial number except you guys. They refused to make it right. Beware. Quality Control is sub par. along with their standing behind their products. I got these as a gift, but not much you can do with a set of seat covers for the same seat.
I have a collection of cars dating back to the seventies. Ihave used covercraft covers for over 40 years. different materials. One of my first covers was made from Noah material ( durable but hravy abd bulky) ,all cotton on my 73 450SL (still going after 40 years, I prefer Sorm shiel now because they're light and durable.. My only gripe is that they're a little slow on delivery, but good people to work with.
Wished I had read the reviews before purchasing! If you like waiting MONTHS for your item, then by all means order from Covercraft! Still waiting and trying to cancel with NO luck. Horrible company. NO excuses for bad customer service!!
