We can't say enough about Freed photo! Bryan and Tatiana were fabulous! My husband and I met with Bryan a few weeks before the wedding and loved him! He was honest, to the point and funny. We knew he would be perfect and we were right! On our wedding day, Bryan was with me and Tatiana was with my husband while we were getting ready. My girls and I loved Bryan's calm demeanor and the way he made me feel at ease and not rushed. He was appropriately "bossy" with our family during the family photos. Everyone loved him and Tatiana! They had such an artistic eye and I felt our photos looked beautiful and not cookie cutter. We got the digital copies of our photos while we were on our honeymoon not even 2 weeks after the wedding and loved all of them! Freed is the best in the biz and I would highly recommend using them!
I had such a wonderful experience at Freed Photography. The staff is so lovely as well as the owners Carla and Neil. The photographer who took my senior photos, Bryan, did such an amazing job. I truly felt confident and more beautiful after the photo shoot, he was creative with each shot and made sure I was happy with each set of photos after they were taken. Freed is definitely a great place to get your photos taken at! I highly recommend!
Not good at all. Head is twisted and not natural looking, lighting is terrible, and ANYBODY has access to EVERY photo because they're on the web - all you need is a pass code and you can access ANY child's photo!!!!! Even photos at other schools!!! How is that safe???? TERRIBLE process!!!!
My daughter had her senior pictures done this year & while yes, the photos are good, I'd need to get a loan to buy them. I'm disgusted at what Freed is charging! What's even worse is they know parents will feel obligated to buy them because they're "Senior Pictures". Well not this parent. I'll take pictures myself, thank you.
Tatiana was my wedding photographer, and she was amazing! She is very hardworking, and my photos turned out gorgeous! It s been two years since my wedding, and I m still obsessed with my photos! They capture my husband and I s love for each other perfectly. I cannot say enough good things! My mom gifted the photos to me, and she loves them too! Worth every penny.
Terrible lighting and image quality, as other reviewers have noted, and poor customer service.
HOT MESS! I received my daughters school photos and they were bent which i'm not upset about b/c things happen. What was disgraceful is i emailed Freed photography and left 2 VM , both with details and no one called me back. I called a week later and someone picked up and spent almost 10 mins trying to find my daughter in their system which was ridiculous to me. I'm giving them a low rating based off bad service, not the actual quality of the photo.
We have used Freed (more specifically Pablo) many times in the past for family/friend's weddings. So when it was time for our wedding we of course called Freed and booked Pablo. Well a couple days before the wedding we get a call that Pablo is sick and they would replace him with someone else. At this point it was too late to find someone else. The photographer they sent us was TERRIBLE!!! He was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. He kept referring to my husband's step mom as his mother-which I told him MANY times not to. He didn't want to take the pictures I wanted and rushed everything. All my pictures are awful. I am so angry with Freed that now I urge people not to use them. The owner did nothing to solve the problem after the fact even though I have given them a ton of referrals and my family alone had used them 5 times. I am so disappointed when I see wedding photos from other people. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Freed did my headshot years ago and I loved it as well as the quality of the service. We have been repeatedly trying to reach them to schedule 12 headshots for my business and they do not return calls or emails. When I did speak to someone he quickly put me on hold then hung up. Wish the business was run like it used to be or else we would have been repeat customers.
School photos of my 1st grader were fairly awful. Lighting was terrible (whose idea was it to take individual school pictures outside?!) No one bothered to make sure my 6-yr old's hair was smoothed down or that his shirt wasn't a wrinkled mess, etc...typical little things that would take literally 2 seconds to correct and are so very appreciated by the parents who pay for these photos. We do what we can as parents, but by the time the kid has their pic taken, their hair and clothing will def need smoothed out again, and I feel some care could have been taken with that. Also, the poses were unnatural looking and just overall a poor quality photograph. When I had my child do re-takes a couple weeks later, I was told they were not on the site yet even though at that point it had been quite a while since they'd been taken. I was also given no help when I had difficulty getting back into their site. Not a satisfactory experience. I hope my son's school uses someone else next year.
The PERFECT Wedding Photographers! Tatiana and Bryan are fabulous. Tatiana took the time to make sure that she surveyed the winery/outdoor venue where my daughter, Brooklyn and her now husband, Levi, were married last summer. It was an evening wedding so the colors of the sky were ever changing; she had all the special equipment for this. The photos are stunning. There are so many perfect ones to choose from! We Are still in awe of the artistic details that Tatiana was able to capture. A year later and we cannot stop smiling! Our family has used Freed Photography twice for Weddings - 2010 (Bryan) and 2018. I recommend them to every bride and groom! Thank you for turning my daughter s wedding into a tangible moment. Bryan and Tatiana s talent are unmatched!

Unbelievably uncooperative when you have questions or concerns (like sending the wrong portrait to the wrong person). They sent me my daughter's photos in October, but when I opened the email, it was full of photos of a guy who does not go to her school. Their average Google rating tells it all.
