2017, I've gotten Mr. Ben Hart as a family's American attorney to apply ACS (Brith abroad) for my niece. This case is very difficult because the baby's farther past away 5 days after she was born and without marriage certificate. Then we have to go for a lot of processing and finally Ben has successfully gotten an baby American Brith Abroad.

I highly recommend Ben Hart as a foreign attorney because he's follow his work and reasonable price.

I have dealt with a fair number of law firms. There is typically a no-fee preliminary interview where the parties decide whether they can work together, and if they can, what work is to be accomplished, and what the fee schedule will be. In the case of Integrity Law the managing partner, Benjamin Hart, demanded a whopping fee just to have an initial interview. I declined. Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality of his or his firm's work. I can tell you that you'll pay a steep toll just to decide whether you want to work with this firm.

7 years ago I hired Ben Hart to obtain a fiance visa for us, he did it fast, perfect and it went through the first time. I was in the USA, and they were so kind and helpful to my wife, even sent a Thai lady lawyer to assist her when she arrived in Bangkok from the outer province. They were fantastic. I am a lawyer, and I took one look at the forms and the scrutiny and knew we needed someone there who knew what they were doing. And Ben Hart's firm was it!!

Ben Hart and I met in June of 2019 in the Hope that Integrity Legal could assist my Fiancee and Myself in Acquiring a K1 Visa. Ben did all the Heavy Lifting for us. All we had to do was Supply him with the Documents that He Requested and then Integrity Legal took care of Compiling the Package that USCIS Needed. Everything went Smoothly until The Pandemic Hit and that is When the Saying You Get What You Pay For comes into Play. The Embassy Closed Down 2 Weeks before My Fiancees Embassy Interview and that Part is Understandable but Our Dreams Were Shattered. During the Next 7 months there was constant Communication Between Ben Hart and Myself. Ben would always respond in 24 hours to any Question I had which made the Wait Tolerable because the Worst Part was the Uncertainty. By the Middle of September 2020 the Embassy in Bangkok Began Conducting a Few Visa Interviews. Ben Hart requested an Emergency Interview on Our Behalf and The Embassy Honored His Request and The K1 Visa Interview was Granted for 2 Weeks Later Amazingly. When My Fiancee was Interviewed by the Very Professional and Courteous Consular at the Embassy the Visa was Approved Mainly Because my Fiancee had all the Required Documents Needed. Within 10 Days of the Interview she Landed in the United States which was one the Happiest Days of My Life. The Stewardship from Ben Hart and the Legal Team at Integrity Legal was the Reason Why the Process was Sucessful.

This guy named "Ben", is intentionally making TVC his competition look bad. That logo makes a lot of sense "ZERO Integrity Legal".

Hopefully people see right through what he is doing. I would get many additional quotes if i were even thinking about using this mans services.

The managing director is an American and understands Thai immigration law. He and his firm is well suited to assit expats with all of their immigration and business needs in the Kingdom of Thailand.

From the other reviews and my experiences, I really cannot review him and his work. The first contact he was too busy and didn't seem to think or want to help. (long time ago and old and foggy memory here- he also replaced a good and honest guy that could not get us there her thought, with like the govt no real explanations just guesses and ???) Now after numerous struggles with a system that is obviously undergoing and needing repairs he is not answering or responding either? Not sure it is worth the cost, which we will see? Performance guarantee? But then I see some one star reviews with little or no comment? Afraid to post on a lawyer, but still trying to figure out the law with Thai lawyers and others that employ or retain them too?? As always a work in progress, but why is it getting more complex or so it seems?
