Great location, good service, their membership system is good and effective.
The staff are good too.

The room was amazing.. The front desk incompetent.

I spent a night at the property as I had a flight the next morning. When checking in I asked the attendant for a wake up call at 6, knowing the shuttle would leave at 7am, on time for my flight. He wrote it down right in front of me

So I went to sleep normally, trusting the guys in the front desk. The next morning I wake up at 6:55 with my girlfriend calling. I jumped out of bed and got dressed.

I arrived at 7:10 to the front desk. I asked them why didn't they call me and they said they tried once and gave up. I'm not a heavy sleeper, Specially when I gave a plane to catch. From a Marriott I expected a little more service and less excuse.

In the end they made me pay a cab to get to the airport.

Well... Service level was not Marriott level. And that almost costed me a flight. Take that into consideration when thinking of staying here

It is a nice and high quality hotel, I bring passengers every other day, as we work for hotel support, captain.

Good breakfast and the Rooms are nice and clean the location is ok location.

We attended the New Year's gala dinner on 31.12. With a group of 10 friends. The program, which should start at 20:00, had not started at 21:30 yet. There was only dry bread on the tables. Neither hors d'oeuvres, nor soup, nothing was given until 21:30. the service was disgraced in a word. You want water, you want a drink, it doesn't come, you want red chili peppers, they say NO. when the drink comes, it comes with a used dirty glass. the last bomb main course is being served. One of our friends was told that the food was finished and the main course was not given. In one word it was disappointing.
The only noteworthy thing was the program of the lady who took the stage was good.
I would never go again, recommend it to anyone ..

Checking-in Staff very abrupt bordering on rude. Have a tendency to speak down to people. Will definitively not recommend to people. Even when wanting to go to dinner we were treated as pheasants and were told to wait.... this whist restaurant was empty with only one other patron. Dinner was paid by ourselves amounting to TL 500.
The Turkish connection appears to be a hinderance and a major interruption of their work. They make it abundantly clear that they are assisting one against their will.

Hotel well located for business, free shuttle. But the only downside non-functional pool, while I booked aside for her, my daughter was really disappointed !!!!

Nice hotel but a little far from the center of the town. Aksaray is a better place to rent hotel. My only problem is the distance. Choose a place near a metro station as it is difficault to transport without knoledge of bus maps

Although I stayed in the SuperDelux room, it was no different from a standard hotel room. The breakfast was simply nothing but the crappy food. I often stay at the hotel, there is no difference from an ordinary hotel, they are kissing the dollar.

I missed the second plane because the first plane had problem from Prague to Istanbul and Turkish airlines made reservation here. Dinned was excelent, room is great and workers are really helpful and full of smile :-)

This is my first time transiting via Istanbul airport, and I find my experience very satisfying. The airport is huge, so it does take time walking to and from gates. Their food court has variety in taste, ranging from pizza burgers to Asian food, and Turkish cuisine. They provided me with free hotel for a 13 hour layover. This did require me to get a visa for $30 fee. But it was worth it. Both the airport and hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Friendly staff but it is far from the new Istanbul Airport. Approximately 30 min ride with NO traffic, perhaps more with traffic.

Nice location, try to confirm your room reservation before arrival.

At first I was near the airport, so I visited unexpectedly. However, the staff who greeted me at the front desk was really nice and the breakfast and the condition of the room for the price was excellent. If you do not expect high quality, it is a good hotel with good value for money.

The hotel is very bad, the service is bad, the air conditioning is hot and the windows can not be opened and people are surprised to say they are a wonderful place

Had some issues with the room and the shuttle but staff went above to accommodate and save the rating. This hotel is not close to the new airport.

Bathroom, Rooms etc. new and clean. The employees are concerned and friendly. We stayed for 3 days and we were very comfortable as a family.
