Courtyard by Marriott, Orlando Airport Review

Only a brief overnight due to airline trouble. Nice and clean, airport shuttle was easy, and the bed was comfortable.

Be prepared for the worse spring mattress ever at a courtyard! Very courteous staff butt rough night at sleep. Not something I expect from a Marriott hotel chain. Very convenient and proximity to the airport.

Great location near airport, 24/7, shuttle and nice rooms

We waited over 1.5 hours for them to pick us up from the airport. When we got there they put us in a room with only one bed even though we had reserved a room with two. When we're finally got the right room, there shower head had a leak that was gushing out the back that made it unusable.

Stood here 5 nights and don t have any huge complaints.
Pros: The room was clean, the location is great (close to the airport and a strip of restaurants and other conveniences at walking distance), they have parking available and they give one free night, the check in/out was quick and the front desk staff was friendly.

One thing I did notice was that the walls are very thin so I often times heard things from the hall or room next door. Luckily it wasn t anything crazy so I didn t really mind.

Some things about the room: there s a desk for working space, we had a balcony which was nice (not big but big enough), there s a small fridge and complimentary coffee. One thing I always look for in hotels since I travel often is a safe, there was none so that was my only big con for the room.

Poor service and high prices. Had lots of troubles with their shuttle to get here. Room was $185. One counter person/server, 8 in line at 655am ahead of me and all I want is a coffee which I'll pay for. I believe you/I can find a better value.

Reserved room for total of three occupants. The room had two towels. There were very little amenities. No cups for water. This is all hidden behind the facade of being more environmentally conscious. The housekeeping lady knocked on door and woke us up before 9 am on New Years Day. The redeeming factors were the friendly desk clerk when checking in and coffee barista in the morning.

Very nice property with friendly staff. Silver airlines fell thru with my flight as well as my booking for hotel, but thank God they did. Check in was smooth and professional, room was clean and up to marriott standards, and drop via hotel shuttle was pleasant and timely. GOOD JOB COURTYARD TEAM!

Room not ready at check in, had to drive around for more that 2 hour, clerkwould nit even take my number instead said "well if you are around here, we will find you"; never got a call to tell us room was ready. Once we returned, my friend was told she would have to stay at a sister hotel more than 10 mins away because they did not have a room for he despite us booking a room over a month in advance!

Great room, clean and comfy. Disappointed breakfast wasn't provided but I could have checked that beforehand.

Haven't stayed a night just been there for conferences. But it's clean and really close to MCO.

Hotel is what you expect from courtyard Marriott. Extremely friendly staff. Hotel is clean and looks like it was upgraded or renovated recently.

This hotel has the worst shuttle service from the airport! It's only 4 minutes away from the airport, which is why we choose it and we waited for 25 minutes. When I called to inquire he said, "traffic is bad tonight." Disappointing start to our vacation. Hopefully they'll step it up. The Embassy Suites shuttle came and went twice while we were waiting. Updated: they just arrived 42 minutes later after 5 calls to the hotel.

My stay was perfect great staff wonderful accommodations and they even offer shuttle service to the airport!

It was clean and the staff was ok. We didint get the type of room we reserved but overall it was clean with comfy beds and pillows. Which at a hotel that's all that truly matters imo.

The location is great for people who need a place to stay with lots of things to do very close to the hotel.

Good hotel. I got complimentary breakfast, which was much better than I expected. It was a buy pricey, but most of the other hotels in the area were almost fully booked as well.

Marisabel was spectacular. Very friendly and provided first class service at check in and throughtout our stay. Hotel was very clean and shuttle transportation was fast and friendly too. Definitely will return and recommend to all.

Overall, really great.

Nice lobby although the door is a bit small if you're lugging two suitcases. Friendly reception and good information. The pool is outdoor and caps at 5'9" which is still low for 6'4" me but still better than average - very chlorinated.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Big TV with option to log into your own Netflix and such. Well furnished overall; as always needs a bigger garbage and recycling.

Got a coffee at the bistro in the AM. They ran out of venti so gave me two grande - sweet deal.

Very nice and has shuttle service around the area (2 mile radius) and also Airport.
They are very accomadating especially Dillon at the front desk.

Front desk is rude!!! FYI if you pay with cash they want a $200 deposit

Great location - just off the Orl. MCO airport but park across the street, shopping and food choices nearby, planes in and out but quiet in the room, which was nice and comfy - Loved it ! Reccomend it !

The hotel was nice a little far from my venue.But the people were friendly and the rooms where clean.

Decent place to stay - nothing to write home about. Nice location to airport and restaurants, and great to have the complimentary shuttle to the airport. While the lobby area is renovated, the rooms are older and the carpet needs to go. Marriott needs to refresh these rooms. Squash-yellow walls? The slow draining toilet was a little suspect. Very loud AC units. Adequate for a short stays only. Pay a bit more and find a better Marriott property like SpringHill Suites.

The rooms are small and there are no microwave ovens in the room. The fridge barely holds water. Make another choice if you can.

Nice hotel. Good experience at the bistro and lots of restaurants very close. The staff had been extremely polite and friendly. Some of the rooms have balconies which makes for a pleasant evening. I'm returning to Orlando next week and I'll stay at the courtyard again!

24 hour shuttle is a great feature. Friendly staff and very helpful. We thought our driver's license was lost. Front desk staff checked room, lobby and shuttle . Excellent customer service.

Hotel is oldest building in area but one of the most expensive. Next door to TGIF that receives either early food deliveries or early trash pick up, so don't expect to sleep in. 2 out of 3 of the side doors (doors that go into the hallway instead of to the front desk) don't work at all. Not very convenient when it's raining out and you want to come in to the door closest to your room. Low water pressure in shower. Housekeeping made beds and took out garbage, but failed to replenish soap, shampoo, ice bucket liner and the paper coffee cups. Housekeeping also stole diamond necklace from bathroom sink area. "Bistro" has good food and has friendly service, though. In fact, it could be said that the only reason this hotel is worth one star instead of zero is because of the Bistro.

Great location for a quick exit to airport , especially if an early morning flight. Shuttle is convenient. Rooms are generous size and always clean. Staff always recognizes status.

The staff was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. My boyfriend had to go to the front desk and get me some feminine products and as uncomfortable as it was for him he came back to the room with an armful of stuff and with a smile he said "can we move here" they gave me all this for free lol. The eolms were clean and inviting and the bed was amazing. I wasnt worried my laundry would be stolen and was comfortable coming back for it in 30 minutes. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for the great service and amazing staff

Staff was excellent. However accommodations we're sub par. Bed was hard and made noises every time u moved even slightly. Shower head looked like staff was trying to replace the original with the cheapest one from Walmart. I usually trust Marriott. Will never return to this one.

This was the worst Marriott I ve ever stayed with. The customer service was simply, awful. The overall experience was a zero rating. I won t ever use this location again.

A convenient place, near the airport, restaurants accessible walking, there is a square with a Ross, Ulta and a couple of other shops. Nearby in uber there is a walmart. The hotel bus takes you to a radius of 200 miles around. Breakfast are starbucks options. Clean rooms.

My experience was not great. There was waste in my toilet upon arrival. Housekeeping left dirty wash rag on shower curtain rod discovered when I took my first shower. It took 2 calls to front desk and 2 days to get my door card reader working properly. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping skipped my room one night even after I called the front desk indicating they skipped my room. I did complain and the Manger credited me with 7000 points. There are probably better hotels in that area. I was attending a training course at this hotel and got a break on room cost. This hotel needs better Management.

Missed our flight from JetBlue and they gave us free accommodation here and it is similar to the one in Vegas, very good staff and shuttle drivers too

Rooms were a good size and clean. The hotel was kept up with. The rooms have a balcony accessed by a sliding glass and screen door which is a great bonus. The rooms had a small coffee maker, and a mini fridge. The staff was friendly. Only down side is no complimentary breakfast. The hotel is located close to the airport which was nice when we went to leave. The plane noise did not bother me during our stay. Also lots of dining options within walking distance or a short drive.

I stayed there for 2 weeks and requested for an email receipt as I have to get reimbursed for my stay even and called them once but I never got it rom them....worse customer service I have ever experienced. I feel it's very disrespectful for a customer to be treated like this. I will never stay in this hotel ever again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
