Not a bad location, just a typical Courtyard. Staff were pleasant and rooms was clean.

The desk clerk named Stephanie did not help at all. Customer service was bad. We been here since 7am. I do not understand.
We had an unexpected overnight stay in Orlando, due to missing our flight. Walking in to the Courtyard Marriott, we were in poor spirits. We were greeted at the front desk by a cheerful Alyssa R., and that all changed. She was so nice and helpful, quickly setting us up with a room and also bowls, spoons, cups and napkins for a quick breakfast in our room so we could leave the hotel at 4 a.m the next morning (which is before their breakfast bistro opened). Alyssa made a great ending to a terrible, horrible, no-good, really bad day.
We were disappointed when we checked in and the staff changed their story about onsite parking. I called the hotel before our stay to confirm that we could park onsite for free. After we arrived, they said that we had to pay a higher room rate to get parking. It would have been ideal for the staff to have been trained on their protocol, as we would have made a different choice.
The stars went down as there was no complementary Water or breakfast. Fast Check in and out . Friendly Service. 3.5
Went there for an interview... So I can't really write about the hotel itslef. But the people there thatvibspoke with before I had my interview and during it were amazing
It was fine. A plug in the bathroom would be nice. Everything seemed clean and tidy. They provided a playpen with a clean sheet, which was nice.
I brought my mom to the hotel because she had an early flight and we live about an hour away from the airport. I didn't stay long maybe an hour but at check in the service was fast and friendly they showed her how to get to her room on a map even asked what area she preferred to stay in. The hotel also provides a shuttle to the airport they asked at check in what time she wanted to leave she said the time and that was that so very easy. In her room you walk in and the bathroom was on the left and the soaps and stuff they provided was paul mitchel brand thats is a good brand. The room had a desk to set up laptop ect and also a 2 person sofa and a small balcony hers lloked out to a parking lot but thats to be expected. The beds at this hotel are extremely comfortable I layed down on it for a few minutes and didnt want to get up. My mom said she stayed at another location and she remembered the beds being extremely comfortable and that is actually why she decided to stay there. We took a walk around to check it out before i left and the area outside to get to the pool is really pretty it has nice seating areas where you could bring food out and relax outside. We took a quick look at the pool and it was clean but not very big. Oh also when you first walk in there is i think a bar where you can also get food but im not postive.
I normally am excited to stay at a Mariott hotel, but this one was different. I loved the location and was thankful to get a room at the last second. However, the A/C was loud for the entire night and did not cool at all. Rebate of $30.00 taken off bill. Dek clerk didn't seemed to interested in hearing the issue. This may be one I will think twice before booking again
It was a nice room and service was ok but breakfasts weren't free. Apparently you have to buy a pack with a room which cost 90 dollars it was ridiculous.
Didn't have a bad experience here, it just didn't blow my socks off. Having a balcony was nice. The staff was also very helpful and kind. May try another Marriott property during my next visit .... but it wasn't terrible. Lol.
This is not a good review. The mattress in room 147 was soooo worn you had the sensation you were rolling to the sides. The center was 1 inch higher than the sides giving you the feeling you're in a boat...listing. Bad for an $$$ hotel. The sheets and towels had a HEAVY smell of bleach which interrupts sleeping. Not picky...just facts. Wi-Fi was offered by hotel but could NEVER connect. Message was "Try again later." Amenities were a candy-bar size soap...one time use. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pump bottles. Low budget operations. Don't get caught confusing the name COURTYARD for across the street another hotel with same word in title. E careful which Courtyard you're choosing. Parking area very drab and low light. Good for daylight but scary after sunset. Bottum line--you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay the extra 20 bucks!
We stood in room 133 and it was an excellent room that has plenty of room and located next to the side entrance. Antonio at the front desk provided us with fast and excelent service. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself had plenty of space.
No a/c, phone in room didn't work and the other group we were with got eat up by bed bugs.
Close to airport, rooms were good, no free breakfast.
Not amazing...but not bad. When I went to check in, however, the phone rang and the gentleman about to check me in had me wait so he could answer the phone. That turned into about a 15 minute wait just to check in...never experienced being a paying customer in person forced to wait for a phone call before. Customer service could use a polish is all I'm sayin'.
It's a very clean environment, staff is super friendly
We had a very nice stay as usual with Marriott. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. We got a good night's sleep as the bed was very comfortable. Late checkout allowed us to have a leisurely visit with our friend over breakfast (in the on site restaurant) before taking him to the airport.
Nice service. Clean hotel. Good morning breakfast. Courteous shuttle to/ from airport and local restaurants.
The best hotel in Orlando, excellent rooms, good service, close to everything and they do not charge the parking lot at night
Average room, interesting layout, and close to the airport. Nothing amazing, but it got the job done. Good price.
I was asked to leave while waiting for my wife to finish a conference. When I explained that to the manager he stared like I didnt say anything. I didn't know what time the conference ended just that she would be in break soon. Over all not planning on staying in any courtyards anytime soon.
Also an older white woman that had been there the same amount of time seated next to me wasnt asjed anything. What a coincidence!
It is a wonderful place to stay. Well worth the cost.
Free Airport shuttle and standard Marriott feel which is good. Easy food options nearby--Just wish we had microwave in our room.
Love staying at Courtyards. Some are a little better and cleaner than others. They ve just been renovated or are brand new. This Courtyard was good, quick and the room pricing was fair. I only provide three stars because when rating hotels, a five star hotel is very rare. A four star is also pretty exceptional. So three stars is a good hotel and I ll return to this location if I need to stay in close proximity to the airport. It s close to all kinds of food locations, gas stations and literally about five mins from the airport.
Classic Marriott. Could be better sound-insulated against airplane noise, but that would depend on which side of the hotel your on. Rooms are reasonable size, and the towels are outstanding. Staff courteous & helpful.
Very nice facility. All employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Food prices were fairly high, but well prepared.
I would not recommend this hotel. We were placed in a room that was invaded with roaches! Horrible. Then we changed rooms, and the next room also had dead bugs. Customer service didn t help to resolve the issue. The sheets were also dirty. Very unpleasant stay, and will never stay here again.
Everything was nice except the carpet made you think that you were back in the 70s. It was a great contrast to the front entrance which look more modern and nice.
Close to airport, clean and comfortable rooms. It was a perfect choice while flying in and out of Orlando airport.
Great service staff. Convenient shuttle to the airport every half hour. Breakfast is decent, though a little pricey. TGIFriday's right across the parking lot.
Very rude employees, and rude general manager refused to provide phone number to file a formal complaint. Worst customer service ever. Certainly not something I would expect from a Marriott brand. Plenty of other friendlier hotels in the area
Very nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Room are well kept and clean. Breakfast was nice at their cafe.
Old beds and old hotel, shuttle from airport took a long time to arrive... Would not recommend
Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a good size.
Personally I did not like it at all, it shows that it does not have a good cleaning rates for dirty bathrooms
Went there for the night great service great place clean and quiet.
Stayed there for a day, horrible experience found bugs in bed and room was dirty. Never again!
Very good experience, very clean, comfortable, easy ride to the airport, 5mn with the courtesy shuttle. Highly recommended
Nice place. Great staff. You gotta pay for your breakfast though.
2 bottles of beer cost $14. Insane. Nice rooms though. Perhaps a mormon run organization should not price gauge on an alcoholic drink. Seems sort of discriminating in a way. Punishing me by charging more because I would like a beer. I probably will not go to another marriot ever again.
Nice place, clean, stay overnight between flights as it close to airport and have shuttle bus...food courts in a walking distance.
Wake up system wires crossed and phone rang all hours of night.
Thank you for the great service. I love how streamlined it was to stay at your beautiful resort and be minutes frome the airport.
Front desk staff was very helpful in getting us a good rate on our rooms and providing us information. The shuttle driver was also very helpful too.
It was a nice stay, but I recommend that u invest in tub mat so u don't have your guest slipping and falling, cause my husband slipped and fell out the tub, hit his head on the tub, I called to front desk they was like sorry, no I'm sorry he didn't want to go to hospital, thk you have a Blessed day.
Required a meeting room. They quickly mobilized and made it happen. Facility was great.
As far as marriots go this was pretty standard with a few things that made it just ok. All the usual amenities typical in a hotel room were stripped out including cups shampoos etc. In addition the staff were not terribly friendly either beeing more interested in their phones then checking me in.
The room was excellent and the Marriot cable set up is really nice. My critique with courtyards is the lack of included breakfast.
The best Customer service!!
Excellent Team!!
Checkin was easy, location near the airport was a bonus as we came in late. The room was nice as well. They have a starbucks in the lounge for all the coffee drinkers out there. My only complaint is , if you are going to advertise a complimentary breakfast for two (we were three). Make it a actually for two. One sandwich, one muffin, 2 drinks is not a breakfast two. In fairness the sandwich and muffin were very good.
Helpful staff and clean room. Good for a one nighter.
The shower is separated from the sink, making it difficult to wash your hands immediately after you have discharged the physiological needs, so I don't know how clean the door knob is. On the other hand, the room looked a bit old, I don't know if it was because of the colors of the walls or the lack of decorative paintings. The positive is that the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast very delicious.

I am a gold elite member at the Marriott and have stayed at many Marriotts around the globe. This one does not stand up to the standards. The front desk staff is not friendly. I tried calling from my room twice and was put on hold forever. Finally i complained and all she had to say was "how can i help you now"? there are no glass cups in the room to drink water and the condition was okayish. I would surely stay at a different Marriott or different hotel chain when back in Orlando. Disappointing!
Convenient distance to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Excellent selection of restaurants nearby.
This hotel is conveniently located, however it's in need of a more modern upgrade.
Nice stay right by the airport... the shuttle ride is only about 20 minutes. Good food options nearby and the room was big enough to fit my family of 5.
It is close to the airport, only lack was the A / C is very noisy
