Courtyard by Marriott, Orlando Airport Review

Staff could do with some training on being helpful. I stay in a lot of hotels and I don't think I can say I would stay in this Marriott again. Rooms are a little tired but still comfortable. The hotel is nice and local to a lot of food options. It is also very close to the airport.

Rooms were just ok. Used to a higher standard with Marriott.

The employees were friendly and willing to help any way they could. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no restaurant but their small cafe has wonderful food though limited in the selection.

Sheets were dirty & staff was very indifferent to the situation. It took awhile for housekeeping to come & change them. No discount or comp given.

Clean and convenient. The room had a musty smell, but engineering promptly came and cleaned our A/C which fixed the problem. The mattress may be nearing the end of it's service life, but is still adequate. Helpful staff is always appreciated.

Fairly standard. The menu at the courtyard bistro has been updated and it is pretty good. Doesn't have Internet enabled tvs. Bed is comfortable.

Hotel lobby was beautiful. Rooms could be updated carpet was worn by the door frames. Staff was super!!

Water in the tub wouldn't drain properly, other than that enjoyed the stay.

Friendly staff, they have a launch bar and food, big parking lot and a great service. A lot of places to eat waking distant 1 minute away, gas station 3 minutes away and 5 minutes away from the Orlando international airport MCO.

Don't even think about using the pull-out sofa-bed. That was the most miserable two nights of sleeping experience I have ever had. Miserable.

Front desk person was best part. Otherwise, rooms are not up to the standard of most Marriott locations. Components in room either sis not work or seriously warm out. Maybe ok for a quick night sleep before flight, but not very nice otherwise.

Convenient to the airport with complementary shuttle. Rooms could use some updating and improved soundproofing.
Edit: Thank you for your response. Issues were a minor inconvenience and would not hesitate to book a return stay.

Hotel staff was good and hotel overall was nice. Convenient to several restraunts.

The room is an odd mix of colors but still tasteful. Bed directly faced window, which is unusual. The TV was awkwardly placed next to the right side of the bed, where the nearby table had hardly any room for remote of other items you would naturally put there. Couldn't open balcony glass door. The lobby looked really nice, but be advised you have to pay for breakfast or pretty much any food items. The staff was excellent and made checkout a breeze. It had the natural mix of Marriott amenities and the rate was reasonable, but I've seen the hotel chain do better for the price

Open Wifi was decent in my room on the third floor.

Friendly service and convenient access to the airport make for a great stay on your way in or out of Orlando.

I only stayed for about 6 hours before my flight, so I don't have a lot of specifics.

The lobby is very nice and the shuttle and front desk personal were fantastic. The room was nothing special. I paid $159 for the room the week I flew out, and $223 when I returned. This did not include any form of breakfast. I did get one coffee pack in my room. It made1 cup. There is a Bistro in the lobby where one can buy a a made to order, breakfast however after viewing the prices, I elected to visit IHOP which was in the same area. The shuttle runs until 12:30 which is why I stayed on my return.

Not a bad Hotel, but not as I thought it will be. There is no choice for breakfast. In double room just one set of cosmetics.
Room is clean, but the towels are better to be replaced, not as white as suppose to be.

Friendly staff easy access airport shuttle with park and fly rates. Only negative is no breakfast included.

Excellent customer service but rooms a little pricey

Plus: Pretty, beds are comfortable. Close to dining. (Be careful walking, there are some rough chacters around.) Staff friendly. Minuses: There was some kind of gross yuck on the outside bottom of the toilet that should have been cleaned but wasn't. We called for a pillow for the fold out bed as none were provided in the room, and no one came. Called again after an hour and someone came a half hour later. No vending. The Shop is mega expensive. $3 for a Coke! This is a no smoking anywhere facility. NO FREE BREAKFAST.

Marriott brand is always my first choice when deciding on where to stay! Best associates with exceptional customer service skills in the service industry. They have IT!

Clean and decent parking bottom floor close parking access

Not very close to any fast food unless u walk a bit, but clean comfortable rooms, great layout and nice pool environment. Very relaxing and there are nice lounging areas w free access to interest and printer w paper. There were 3 large 23-25 Inch computer monitors at pretty fair speed. There is not gift shop but a small market shop with some wraps snacks and small salads. There is a microwave u can use w plastic utensils complimentary. The starbucks has food menu as well. About 30 min from MCO, some traffic. About 30-40 from u overall studios. Gym is small but not the smallest I've been.
Shampoos are Paul Mitchell products. Room layout has a small couch and coffee table as well as large tv. Front desk is very nice - almost 5 star.

Marriott brand fan. This is a clean and fairly priced airport choice.

Nice hotel near airport. The restaurant/bar is in the lobby and is over priced. Breakfast should be included since the rate for the room is $169-$200. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. If you plant to leave a tip in the room, ask the front desk for an envelope or put a note on the tip money that say it is for the housekeeping staff. Within walking distance to Friday's, Bonefish, IHop and other bars and eateries.

Room was pretty nice. Pillows could have been a little firmer, though.

Customer service was great. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast buffett was good as well.

Location to airport is convenient but property has yet to be updated to new Marriott look and feel. Sees alot of traffic and it's beginning to show. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even relocating us when or neighbors were noisy.

I stayed there a month ago. Room was ok, but guest next door was smoking so it was bothering us. When we complained nothing was done and felt that we were brushed off. The van transport to and from the airport was kinda filthy and driver kept speeding and braking hard. Overall, not very hospitable. Customer service was lacking. I should've read more reviews. Don't even bother!

Hotel was clean. I just stay for the night so couldn't enjoyed much the around. Restaurant are walking distance. Front desk was friendly. Gap of the door and floor is significant you can hear people talking in the hallway. Im a light sleeping. Location wise is great.

Room was nice. The only complaint would he that the shuttle took a longer than they said and we had to call bsck. The hotel is like 5 min away we were told 10 min and after 25 min called back and was told he was 5 min away

Not a typical Marriott all the other Marriott's I've stayed in have had complementary breakfast and at least have had coffee that you can have at any time of the day or night. This Courtyard by Marriott had none of that.

It was a very clean hotel with a great accomadating staff that was extremely helpful. Amenities we're all very clean and we were treated professionally.

Associate was rude, room is small, elevator is old.

I had an interview located in one of Courtyard's quiet and very clean conference rooms. It was a perfect location for the event. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable.

Elected to stay at hotel to get shuttled to early morning flight to airport. Room was clean and shuttle was timely.

Nice and quiet. located near food and the staff was polite and parking was good. It is right off the highway and the most important thing is that they serve starbucks

Solid courtyard within a very close proximity to the airport.

Employees at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was fairly clean but far from spotless and it is showing its age pretty bad. I would stay there again but nothing special

Spacious rooms close to many good restaurants and the airport. Has free wifi and computers to use in the lobby with a printer. There is a restaurant on site but I didn't try it.

Not very clean rooms. Breakfast is shameful. One night only
