Courtyard by Marriott, Orlando Airport Reviews

Very nice and comfortable with friendly and professional staff. I was upgraded from a king room when I asked if any upgrades were available during checkin. I ve included pictures of the various rooms. A couple when I had just checked in and the rest the night before I left (ignore the mess).

There is a balcony with a sliding door with a screen. 72f (21c) and no humidity could make one want to live here. Until June....

Microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge make the stay very easy. Coming back next month for a couple of days.

My only wishes that would have made it 5 stars, the restaurant not being open for dinner, and the water pressure. Everyone was beyond kind and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location to the airport and the shuttle picked us up quickly. The rooms were nice as well. The only negative was that their breakfast isn't included and our ice machine was broken on our floor (fixed that evening). The staff were friendly and professional.

Previous review posted erroneously. I was treated more than graciously at the Courtyard by Heather and Moesha. My flight had been ping ponged between Tampa and Orlando due to bad weather. I could not drive down to Stuart at that time if day and tornado warnings. As a Marriott member they made room at the inn, hiwever, I am certain that all their clients are treated as well. I apologize for the original review and I am very happy to rectify its status.

The hotel is on the better side of good. Room was good, nothing spectacular but did it's job. Queen bed with a pull out sleeper sofa. The cafe was better than I expected it to be and the staff was nice and courteous. Overall, it was a quality hotel, especially for the price.

The location has its pluses and minuses; It is really close to the airport, which makes it very convenient to get there and back. The downside is that you're not close to any of the things you probably came to Orlando to see. The staff here were excellent: helpful, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The pool here looked nice and was well used. The hotel does feel a little dated in the rooms (old tvs, ratty couch cushions, old fixtures, terrible plugs), but the bed was clean and comfortable.

Small rooms, but comfortable bed. Good for an overnight before an early flight.

The Courtyard is in an excellent location. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants and has a free shuttle to the airport. The room is nice. The only problem is the amount of noise the AC makes. It is extremely loud and difficult to sleep with it on.

The skinny and short lady in the breakfast time is so rude all the time.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Lots of food options close by.

We only used this as a place to refresh and relax after a day in the parks before our late flight out of Orlando. Staff was nice and the airport shuttle was prompt and convenient.

Our only complaint was we picked a room to sleep five and had two towels total in the bathroom. This made it rather inconvenient for everyone to wash up.

The TGI Friday's was closed for work, so we luckily tried the Longhorn Steakhouse. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice dinner within walking distance of the hotel.

I am hoping to revise this review, but right now I've been waiting more than 30 min for shuttle. My husband just called again. Really not happy about this arrival situation.

Revised- the driver arrived just as I posted, and he's very friendly and making us feel at ease with our trip.

I stayed here for one night due to business trip. The customer service was good.

Grimy, in need of renovation. Large TV for small room. They renovate the lobby, but the rest of the hotel is a pit. Bugs living in the coffee maker. At least no bed bugs.... I think. Nice staff.

They were friendly even though I came late with no reservation.

Could be a lot better. No microwave in the rooms. You have to pay for parking $6 a night. No continental breakfast or fresh coffee unless you pay for it. Don't like the penny pinching for how much this place was.

Pretty run of the mill Courtyard by Marriott. Clean, friendly staff, etc. They did have a heated outdoor pool which was nice, and a reallllly nice gym, which was way bigger than most courtyards. Nothing wrong with this place at all, but it didnt exactly blow me away either, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I'd stay here again, and recommend it.

Nice hotel close to the airport. There's a small refrigerator in the rooms.

I am giving this 2 stars due to a couple of things that do not involve the staff, but rather the room itself. The staff was great. My concerns were for the bed made of stone and the pillows that lacked any form. The other area of improvement would be to make the rooms with a bit more of a sound barrier to the hall. It is a hard enough time to get comfortable in a different bed than your own, but having one that was made by the Flintstones along with being able to hear everything outside of your room make for an almost impossible combination for restful sleep.

Stayed for five hours on June 12-13. $20 charged on my credit card over and above the hundred-odd dollars charged for the room itself. Supposedly for 'incidentals'.

Was told I was to get a refund of that. Still awaiting refund of the same. Rather poor business practice.

After the hotel forces mask policies on customer's to maintain cleanliness, wouldnt you expect the hotel to return the favor by actually cleaning and inspecting your room?
Hotels like this make it hard for people to trust

It has everything you want in a hotel. A pleasantly comfortable room with a huge TV. The wifi is fast and free for the guests. The food is pretty good nothing special. They have a swimming pool and a clean too. Altogether a place to stay.

Marriott continues to slide down to average with above average room prices. The hotel is sandwiched between multiple restaurants with little or no apparent security presence. The lobby is updated but the rooms are so 1999. Rooms and hallways are loud. I'll move to a Hilton next time.

The hotel is an awesome one. Staff is the best. Very attentive and caring. Super clean public areas and rooms. I would recommend this hotel to all. You have the TJ's just walking distance. Took some pics too.

The staff was very helpful & my room was clean, and nicely appointed. In tge sunmer the pool would be great. Shuttle from the airport was great, too.

Got a great package for airport parking with our stay. Convenient to MCO with free shuttle service. Great room! Very clean. Friendly staff with easy mobile app check in that even gives you an electronic key! Only complaint is that bath towels felt like sandpaper. Need to use some fabric softener!

Quiant atmosphere and location very convenient. Ambience is underwhelming.

Front desk was very helpful the minute I stepped into the area. Kind, courteous and always having a smile. They made my check-in process smooth. There room is a very good size and and comfortable. There is a little restaurant inside the hotel that has a good selection food and drinks to order. Definitely getting this place again whenever I come to Orlando and visit.

Loved the staff everyone was so pleasant and made my stay exceptional. Samual from Starbucks is amazing he made my drinks exactly how I wanted with an amazing personality and smile. Gave me ideas on some places to go and about the hotel. It was confusing on how I could tip him, the jar was hidden behind the counter??? I asked why he said policy.. Why isn't there a tip jar out in the open would have been alot easier on that end. Besides that room was nice and I love the lobby. Great staff!!!!

A dated building that has been nicely renovated, although they should install a blower on side entrances to keep the smokers toxic fumes from entering the first floor hallways

Just your run of the mill hotel that s close to the airport. Friendly staff, clean lobby, breakfast and all that... but the rooms could use a little update. Very drab and bleak. Nothing you would want to write home to your mother about. The sink was clogged and would take about 10 mins to drain if water was running for the 20-30 seconds that it took to get hot. The towels felt starched because they were anything but soft. The bed tho, now that was heaven. Soft fluffy pillows and nice linens. I slept like a baby. I also enjoyed the 1pm late check out time as well.

Convenient to get to airport; walking distance to Chili's and TGIF and shuttle to airport. Getting through via phone was slow.

Worst possible service. This place has really been going down hill in that area
