Great rooms, service, and facilities. The food options at the Bistro are quite limited, though.

Solid place. However, there were internet issues the night I stayed.
All in all a good stay. Unique view of the Mississippi River and pleasant staff. Standard room size with a separation between vanity and shower/toilet. Room had a very musty smell to it probably from the air conditioning. However, it wasn't insurmountable. Would stay again to check out the night life.
Very clean with excellent view of river. Food and beverage at Bistro a bit expensive.
if your hangin in downtown La Crosse, you can just about walk to any place from here. Right across the street from Piggy's. Right on the river walk! the staff went out of their way to make our stay nice. The only complaint I have is the beds are medium (a sleep number 40 if you are used to select comfort) and i like them hard.
Very nice room clean , the bed was unbelievably comfortable slept like a log. Design and lay out of the room perfect bathroom was awesome found a new home away from home definitely would recommend
I stayed here for an interview and was blown away by the service and friendliness of the staff. The room was great, as well. Highly recommend.
I was at Marriott in La Crosse for work and they treated me really well. I had stomach ache and they provide yogurts for me. When I was exhausted from my 12 hours shifts they didn't bother me at all. The rooms was clean and comfortable.
Great hotel. Room overlooked frozen Mississippi river. Breathtaking.
The toliet in room 230 leaks, and does not flush well. I found out about the leaking in the morning when I pulled my pants up.
The breakfast is not free and overcharged. A guest told me it was $8 for a muffin and coffee.
The pool was very nice though. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool toys (balls and pool noodles).
The room keys are RFI ID chips which is cool and nice. They don't fail like the magnetic versions as long as you out the card in the correct spot.
Conveniently located. Just a 10 minute walk from the fun La Crosse downtown restaurants. The Bistro has a beautiful patio with a firepit right on the river. Perfect place to spend the evening watching the sunset.
Marriott lived up to their reputation. Provided great rooms, great staff and the added bonus was the pool and super sweet patio overlooking the river and nice walking path.
Very nice property and staff bathrooms are small and not much for soap and shampoo
Amazing location right off the river and near the La Crosse Center. Small rooms, greatly furnished, nice staff.
Pool was closed and the hotel had a noxious smell from what they were using to refinish it.
Nice little hotel on the edge of the Mississippi river. Like a boutique hotel.
Nice, professional people.
Breakfast by Mississippi was great.
Not a great experience. First room they gave us had so much moisture in it (and bot sure why) they had a dehumidifier running in the room when we walked in. Smelled of mildew. I immediately had them change our room. Next room.....Beds were very uncomfortable. Manager said they are at the end of their life and will be replaced whenever the hotel is renovated. There was sand on the automan which tells me the room was NOT cleaned according to CDC recommendations. Overall, not the best night of rest. Won't be back until after the renovations.
My family recently stayed at the Marriott Lacrosse Riverside. I do not recommend staying there and if you do review your billing statement carefully. I was charged more than 300.00 over what I should have been and after five days of calls to the hotel it has yet to be rectified. In fact, no one can explain why I was charged more than 300.00 but yet I continue to be charged. We have called multiple times to rectify the situation, and have been told multiple times that a manager is not on duty and they will notify them to callbus. When the manager has reached out via email she said the experience was a teachable moment for her staff, yet at our expense and it has not been fixed 5 days later. I am a marriott rewards member and stay at many Marriotts, but i would not recommend staying at this hotel and if you choose to do so review your statement carefully. Staff has not been helpful and I get a different answer from everyone I speak to. At this point I do not feel staff has been honest in handling the situation. I highly suggest you choose other accomodations.
Great hotel with excellent service! Huge comfortable rooms. I and my wedding guests were treated with exceptional care and attention. Clean, modern, conveniently located hotel with beautiful views, awesome riverside outdoor lounge and fantastic indoor bistro. Great romantic or business purpose hotel! 5 star plus!
Pretty basic. Not as clean as it should be, but front desk staff were very nice.
Very decent hotel. Looked as if it had been recently renovated with its up to date, warm colors, warm feel and layout. Wish all Courtyards were this clean, warm and inviting, but glad this one was. Would come stay here again.
The rooms are immaculate and well furnished. Staff is friendly and eager to accommodate. The location is beautiful and serene. There is no continental breakfast. Pillows could be more firm but bed is deliciously comfortable.
Beautiful location, friendly staff and very clean rooms.
Great hotel right on the water! Near most everything and nice new and clean!
Good location. Staff was very nice and room was big!
I stay at this Marriott when ever I am in the area on business. The beds are comfortable, staff accomodating and everything is clean.
Did a wedding photoshoot and bride was getting ready hear. Great staff and nice venue.
Great spot to go and have a cup of coffee and study
Great hotel on the Mississippi River. Beautiful views.
Very nice rooms and amazing service. Beautiful view of the river as well.
Super quiet, clean ,morning front desk people very friendly. Mask issue sucked was hoping to get away from that for a weekend but overall great weekend.
All workers are very nice and professional. They were all polite and asked if we needed anything everytime we saw someone.

Pros: Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.
Cons: The only motel on our trip that wouldn't offer a gov't rate. They were not booked full. Disappointing. And no breakfast offered unless you wanted to spend more...
Sorry Marriot. Holiday Inn Express is winning my business and I have usually tried to stay Marriot in the past.
Jen and Yia went out of their way to make our honeymoon stay special! We are thankful for their efforts and would highly recommend staying at this location.
