The room was clean, the AC unit was quiet and unobtrusive. The blinds actually block out the light. We woke up at 10AM, and it was still pitch black in the room which I find very nice. The only downside is the pillows are absolutely terrible.

Great location and service. We were up super early and Justin R took great care of us. Thanks for going above and beyond Justin!

Further on day 2 the cafe POS went down and the staff really did a great job with a plan B, to get everyone served! Job well done!

Marriott - please get to this location to help these wonderful severs out!

The hotel is well kept and conveniently located if you are doing business downtown. The only negative I observed at the hotel was with Justin, the front desk representative, who was rude, abrasive and not customer focused which is surprising for such a nice place.

I applaud to you all. Very professional, very courteous. Made me feel welcome and homebodied. There's a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport in La Crosse and the hotel is just off the lake which the back yard is as stunning as relaxing. Just a lil caution that the doors to the rooms are very heavy and a lil force is needed to open them. But otherwise, the stay was great and if I ever came back to La Crosse, I would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

The hotel has amazing views of the Mississipi river. There is also a good range of restaurants around it. Nicest and most informative receptionist ever! He gave us tips on the highlights of the town. Highly recommended.

Nice experience overall. I was upgraded to a suite on the river, which was awesome (but keep in mind there are some wildlife sounds. Breakfast and high speed internet available for fare, on part with most other Courtyarfa

Our stay here was brief, but enjoyable. The room was very nice and cozy. The lobby had plenty of seating and delicious food at the bistro. The night staff was very kind and provided me with additional pillows and ear plugs (to block out the snoring of my boyfriend's mom). We had a great stay and would return again.

Love this hotel... The patio is amazing, right along side the Mississippi River, sitting by the fire and enjoying a cocktail from the Bistro... A lovely way to wind down before a hot shower and crawling into their super comfy beds.

The front desk person was bland when I arrived for my stay. Not very welcoming. I had to bring all the "nice" to the conversation. The server at the restaurant counter for breakfast was annoyed at having to help me the first day. Again, I tried to be nice but she wasn't having it. I figured that it was just an off day, but when I came down for the next morning she was even worse. It was a little busy and she didn't bother acknowledging me until I had stood there for five minutes. Again, she was annoyed at having to do her job and answered my smile and friendly questions with gruff curt responses. This has made me not even want to have breakfast here. I chose the Marriott because even though the rooms are a little dated, the service usually makes up for it. Not in this case.

We stay there every year and it seems to get better every year. Staff is friendly and responsive, amenities are good, Riverside patio is great and it's close to good restaurants and downtown Lacrosse. Can't ask for much more out of a hotel in Lacrosse, WI.

Hotel seemed to be in a bit of an industrial type area. Didn't seem to be the best area, but I was only at the hotel after dark. Room was clean. Lights all had an orange tint to them, so room felt old. Bed was comfortable for a hotel bed. Staff was extremely friendly. Would stay there again if in the area.

The hotel Lobby was recently renovated and is ideal for work travel. The rooms are nice, sufficient, but not overdone. The staff and check-in process was friendly and efficient. The location is ideal as its right down town and plenty of parking.

A recent stay was a disappointment. First, no room was ready at the 3 o'clock check-in time. Could we just wait and have a drink in the "Bistro?" No, it didn't open until 5:00... on a Saturday afternoon. We eventually got our room, and found two comfy beds, one chair, one desk chair (no sofa or second comfy chair), and a ridiculously cramped inadequate bathroom. Oh yes, and a TV that took several steps to simply get to a free TV station. Everything looked new as if it had just been re-done, but anyone at the tiny sink blocked the closet door AND the door to toilet and shower. This was a room with two queen beds, but the tiny bathroom had only one towel rack --so extra towels were piled on the tub as there was no counter or any other place to put them. Very poor hotel room design and amenities.
In the morning I headed to the lobby expecting breakfast included in the $200+ room. No such luck! Instead the "Bistro" was taking orders for overpriced breakfast food, but only until 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning. I'll give the hotel 2 stars because everyone we dealt with was helpful and polite and the beds were comfy, but this hotel did not live up to my expectations, nor do I consider it a good value.

Nice location. Easy walking distance to points of interest, river walk, number of restaurants. Not too difficult to drive to after understanding one way streets and route around bridge.

Double Queen room was very roomy which made it comfortable for my travel group. TV included Netflix app so I did not have to connect computer to watch Netflix.

Hotel was clean, elevator was centrally located, and hallways were quiet, even near the elevator and ice machine/break room.

Bed not was comfortable unfortunately, and suspect was a broken mattress. Also the refrigerator was making noise so I simply unplugged it. Front Desk apologized and was also going to address both issues.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. I have spent a total of 6 weeks in La Crosse. They do everything I expect, and then some. Always have great attitudes. I make sure I review the good more than the bad.

Great room. Double queen was very clean and cleaning staff was great. Awful sulfur smell from near the railway station that permeated the hallways all weekend. Our card was also charged $50 more than what our bill had stated for a 2 night stay.
