I went to the hotel on business mid September 2016 and there is a huge construction taking place next door to the hotel. DO NOT stay in the south tower unless you like to be woken up by very loud construction at 6:00am. I will not be staying at this hotel for the next two years! I was charged full price to have a very bad experience, no parking - only valet and poor service at breakfast. With all the hotels in Toronto to choose from - no reason to stay here.

Very nice hotel, food is good in the morning but very expensive especially for the buffet. Nice rooms with a good view of the city. People are welcoming and sweet, they even pick up your car right at the entrance and move it to the parking lot for you which is very helpful.

I'm staying with a Marriott family for the first time and the bedding is very comfortable. The location was great in downtown and the bucks on the ground floor were comfortable. There are many restaurants across the street and the front desk was friendly. When the trip came, the weather was a bit vague, but the air conditioner heaters were all well. Just fixed shower head was a bit uncomfortable.

There for a business meeting, great facilities. Food options were very good, and a/v support was effective. Good location right downtown. Parking was by valet, but price was ok for the day.

We were warmly greeted and had a fantastic welcome by the front desk Manager; Henry Ng. A bigger surprise greeted us in the room which was beautifully decorated specially for my daughter's graduation . A very special and heart warming thanks to Marriott for the special treatment and upgrade.

Super clean and so close to the Falls. I haven't stayed in the rooms or even know the rates but I did attend a seminar in one of their boardrooms. The reason why Google maps caught me there a week ago is that my wife needed a bathroom and I was walking near there to take some photos of the Falls thanks Courtyard Marriott for very clean washrooms and good seminar service.

Have stayed at many courtyards (albeit all in USA) and this one was a bit disappointing. Room was small and extremely oddly laid out, with sink next to closet and as far from bathroom as possible. Really wish they had real glasses in the room instead of plastic cups.

My room was pretty noisy between 5am construction and being located next to the service elevator and getting a lot of cart and maid traffic all day. Room was clean and everything else was fine. Bartender is a cool dude so give him a big tip.

The courtyard by Marriott is centrally located in downtown Toronto near Yonge and Carlton streets so it's within walking distance of the major tourist spots in the area which is great for the convenience of visitors.

Nice place too bad walls are paper thin. Can easily hear the streets and what's happening next door if you catch my drift. Other than that beds are comfy, rooms are really clean and staff are really helpful.

We were told at 4 p.m. on the day of check-in that our room was not ready, and they did not know when it would be ready. They went on to say if we wanted to shower we could go to the locker room in the pool. Seriously?

So i wrote a review, and it got taken down....

This hotel is honestly has the worst customer service and has so many other issues. I had to go to 3 floors before finding a working ice machine, the don't use douves for their beds, just thin sheets. When i turned on my t.v at 1am, the sound was not working, and all the channels were fuzzy. I had to call maintenance too the room very late.

Also they told me they would charge my credit card 50 dollars in case of any damages too the rooms, which isn't a problem.... When i checked in i checked my credit card and seen that they charged 150. When i called down to speak to a manager, she was rude and told me that there was nothing she can do.

Today i was getting lunch at subway and found my card was froze, because Marriott tried to get ANOTHER 150 and my credit card company was suspicious. I am so furious.

Whenever i call, i am put threw to voice mail. When i checked out i spoke to another manager with blonde hair at the front desk, she was very rude and argued with me. I was barley given an apology. I have not stayed at a worse hotel.

The rooms are outdated... the service is terrible. I am a very unhappy camper. Just a heads up for all of you, do not spend your money here.

Great Marriott right in the heart of Toronto, it was near everything, the In and out parking was clutch and the staff was great. The rooms were very new looking, spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Toronto.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and true to the pictures! The Bistro area is beautiful and spacious, the coffee is fantastic. The downside however, the internet- poor even when we paid the extra $5 for "high-speed".

The location is great, the rooms are great. Only reason I don't give 5star is the bracelet policy to get in the elevators. A pain to wear and I witnessed people without bracelets go past security so not even effective.

Rooms are modern with "IKEA" look. 24 hour fitness center was convenient and well equipped including free weights. Laundry facilities are complementary. Parking in the entire Toronto area is at a premium so the fee of $35 for overnight is typical. Room did not have a microwave but did have a refrigerator. The pool is well maintained. This would definitely stay there again.

Nice comfortable bed. Great view. Friendly staff. Concierge very helpful. Only thing wrong: elevator wait. Saw reviews of more than 3 months ago and still haven't been repaired. I suppose they're not planning on repairing them.

The room and bathroom were well furnished and clean. For two people there was a double bed with only one blanket. The breakfast buffet was typically American, that is very poor stocked. There was not enough seating in the breakfast room. The location of the hotel is good. Restaurants, diner's and shops are within walking distance.

Stayed in North tower 7th floor. Loved the hotel. Fantastic location. Nice helpful staff! Loved the beds and room was very clean. Only complaints are: bad smell in bathroom. It was a very strong musty smell. Reminded me of mold/mildew. Yuck! Very unpleasant! I also asked for a room with a bathtub in the bathroom. I got one but it was not usable. Yes all hotel tubs are small but this one had straight back with no slant at all. So much for having a relaxing bath. Lastly the room didn t have any strong lighting. Lots of lights but all dull mood lighting?!? Hard to put makeup on when you can t see properly. You d think bathroom would at least have one bright light!
