It has bad attention. The receptionists are pedants.

The hotel is good, the restaurant is so-so. Steaks like soles. The waitress is really dumb: instead of 2 steaks, she brought one 2 times fried! This must be thought out! 2 people order 2 steaks, and she brings one 2 times fried! Idiot, when I got down from a palm tree?

Would give it 5 except two faults. Ridiculous bar prices and free wifi only in the lobby. Other than those its an excellent hotel. Luckily good food and drinknoptions nearby.

It's good but the place where it's located does not help

Tested the seminar and restoration part. This is good in both cases. The service was very efficient and the group of 35 people we were took less than an hour to eat at the table. The room, however, smelled of sewers ...

To be a four-star toilet products are missing in the bathroom, they do not clean just order the room and the letter is limited

Paying WIFI! Really out of time. Traveling every week, I have not seen that for years.
The catering staff is trained to look after customers, you will increase your sales which will allow you to remove the forced sale of WIFI.
The rooms are ok, the only reason to possibly come back.

Rooms were not ready even though we arrived at 9pm. Our triple room was missing towels and pillow for the third guest. Even though it was their negligence, we had to collect the items from their reception.

The breakfast items were not replenished timely. We ended up with cereals only. No utensil set on the table and table was dirty. Staff did not assist even though we asked for utensils. As a guest, I had to look for forks and spoons in their drawers.

Not recommended!

The location is not good if you want to be in Paris. There is transportation nearby to get to the city. The rooms are comfortable

It a beautiful hotel, serves breakfast in morning and has cash bar in lobby. If you looking for a bed and breakfast in Paris this is the place. Staff is pleasant.

Very basic hotel. The best part is the gym but otherwise, I would not stay here again. Breakfast was very blah, always the same- no changes. It's close to a tram stop which makes it easy to get around. There is sometimes a funky smell in the lobby. Room has a mini-fridge.

Service is ok- I asked the front desk for a shower cap and soap, which they didn't have and said they would get it to me but never did.

A correct establishment. It is visible from Station Victor Basch, T2 ,. A well maintained hotel, pleasant, friendly staff, the services offered to the guests are correct. It has rooms all the same large, suitable, beds also breathing comfort ...

Hotel a little out of the way, but up to expectations. Very large rooms, ok bathroom, well functioning air conditioning and an average large breakfast. Good dinner at the restaurant. The wifi works well (though for a fee) and the staff was nice.

Service is superb. Especially when there are special circumstances to manage during a vacation stay, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective.

They had acceded to my multiple requests on separate timings for a medical situation, such as arranging transport and late check outs.

Yes, the food serving during peak period might be slower and Internet is chargeable in the room, but they did fantastic on the important stuff.

This is the most pathetic hotel I have ever seen. There's no service at all in this hotel. They don't have staff and when you call for any item in your room, they will say, you have come to reception to take it.
The staff is ride as well.

I spent a week at this location and I have been a member for over 10 years with Marriott, and Ritz Carlton . The second night as I was walking in to go to my room the receptionist told me to sign for the post card which I had none in my hand it was a picture of my family and I on a river cruise picture, after I tried explaining it to her twice,I had to turn it around to show her it wasn t. They were hesitant to give toilet paper, and they didn t want to bring fresh towels also we asked numerous times for face towels and they only gave them to us once in a week! They had a attitude every time we asked for service. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever frequented . It s bad enough that the people were blatantly rude but the hotel is not up to standards of a Marriott hotel or our family let s just say we didn t enjoy our stay and we checked out and asked to speak to the manager he was not there!

It doesn't feel like a 4 hotel. I can't recommend it's restaurant neither, better looking for something else around.

The services are not proportional to the price.
In 2017 (in such a hotel) even wifi is paid.

The hotel does not have a parking lot for buses!
The surroundings are not very safe! Like Paris. The lady at the reception acts as the hotel owner. The last time we slept here with the group. Average average breakfast when compared to other hotels in another state is very bad. In front of the hotel you have a problem loading and unloading a group, because of the cars standing in front of the hotel, although they can not stand there especially at night. Not suitable for groups.

It is a great location for tourist. Close to the train station. Serve breakfast till 10am. Rooms are specious for European standards.

Well placed near Oracle, well connected by tram, enjoy a BBQ in the garden, away from the crowd and noise.

Keep your expectation low, don't over exited with the Mariott name. This is more of any good standard hotel. Wifi is paid
I would rate Crown Plaza better than this. Anyhow hotel is good to stay and has amenities, breakfast if u pay. No complimentary water bottle
Given wardrobe is so small even the hanger are facing you means 30cm depth wardrobe that too just 1 row to hang clothes, no other place. So u have to keep clothes packed in your suitcase.

Good convenient conference rooms on the ground floor next to the restaurant which makes the lunch break quick and easy.

A comfortable and practical room, it is on a small scale, the staff very welcoming, a hotel that I particularly recommend for a business trip.

The staff are nice and friendly. The restaurant is also nice. The breakfast is good, they have also some nice desserts. Tram runs front of the hotel. La defense is only minutes by tramway. There s some mini-markets and restaurants in the area.

Good hotel located in colombes-paris with restaurant and gym. Rooms are good size with wardrobe and iron. Hairdryer in the bathroom. There is also a fridge, safe and a small coffee pot to make coffee or tea. The TV is quite large and has channels from various countries, including Spain.

The bathroom could be a bit more modern but it fits perfectly.

It does not have free wifi, only in the hotel lobby. And to put a paste the doors do not isolate much from the outside and the corridors are heard. In my case it was near the elevator and you could hear chatter as you passed. But overall pretty quiet. At night it sounded like a dripping or clicking noise that I think was from the heating ...

There are several bus and tram stops near the hotel. The deffense station is nearby. There is also a Leclerc and several shops in the area ... There are restaurants but especially fast food and pizzas, some are saved but little.

The hotel breakfast is good, it is 12 for the continental one and 19.5 for the full one that includes hot dishes ...

In summary, a good hotel near the office area to spend a few days or visit Paris without paying the price of the more central hotels.
