Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Candolim Goa Review

The most beautiful and hospitable staff ever! Nice place and great for families...

Have stayed for 4 nights, nice ambiance, the sumptuous buffet breakfast,the swimming pools and the warm welcome from hotel management along with welcome drink.

I had gone to Goa in October of 2015, the weather was pleasant but a little on the warmer side. My mom had decided that we should stay in this hotel because it had good reviews in the past as well. The hotel has a great ambiance. The veranda area or the swimming pool area is really good with trees and flowers around. The visit to Goa was totally worth it and 50% of that goes to the hot. The staff is very friendly, but they gave us the wrong information about the water sports. The food could've been a little better, like the chicken wings and french toast were cold and i didn't enjoy it, you should consider eating in the other restaurants around Goa.

I don t understand why Radisson is running a hotel in such an old building. The room was fine but the washroom was very dirty with worn out tiles. Had to check out in a day as we didn t want to spoil our vacation.

Stayed for a team outing.. nice cozy place near Candolim beach.

Signal reception is a problem

Overall experience was average. Rooms interior was good but feelling was below average due to overall conditions. Food was good. Extra facilities are very less, only swimming pool and gym.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. The hotel is situated in prime location of North goa. U will get everything around this hotel the location is fantastic. The service of the hotel is now a bit slow. Hotel needs an renovation.

Good one but not easily accessible to New comer or visitor

Bad management of the property. Slow service. Very uncomfortable bed. Worst recreation room. Only thing good was pool. Absolutely not recommend unless you are only looking for pool.

Nice as expected property by Carlson. There was an issue with phone reception while we were there and the WiFi wasn't working as well. About 500 meters front the beach in a bit of crowded part of Goa. Rest everything upto standards

Hard to check in for corporate customer hotel staff believe in tourism business have no proper approach for corporates even system is not in place... By focusing customer satisfaction totally money oriented hotel not happy about policies and staff approach...

Best stay in Goa. Mouth watering BF including more than 30 items. All the staff members are always ready to help with smile on the face.

A great place with a great staff !!! Located strategically. It s very close to busy areas but yet calm and peaceful. A good breakfast spread. A well maintained pool. A little trouble with the WIFI but that s the only downside to this amazing property.

Excellent place for weekend gateways and for business purpose also. Rooms are very spacious.
Food quality is also good and for breakfast there are numerous stuffs, overall food is delicious and service is also very good.

Expect the same Radisson group's hospitality, delicacies and exceptional service. Very close to the Seaquarium beach, shopping centers and eatries. If you are a family go for the suite.

Good looking hotel although a bit on the noisy side. Could just be that we had a poolside room. Breakfast plenty of choice and helpful staff in whole of the hotel.

Room service was good hotel insight are very good. But the room if provided with king size then it will be good but if it's executive room with two beds attached then it's not good and especially when the same is shared by couple enjoying honeymoon.
Hotel location is slightly inside from main road so it feels quite insecure while night timings.

6.Room services are very poor,if you give order for dairy whitener then you might have to call 5-6 times.

I stayed at Country Inn for 3 nights on a personal trip and loved the experience. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The food was delicious. The staff was courteous and polite. The property is nice, and you can spend some good time inside the hotel in addition to exploring the city. I strongly recommend this place for a luxurious stay in Panjim.

The property is good but has been managed by customer unfriendly staff. Radisson has to change the top management of this property in order to inculcate customer service which is essence for hospitality industries. So if people looking for good property and not bothered about the customer service, then they can go ahead & book rooms in this hotel.

Very comfortable, clean and well maintained landscape. Although it is in the interiors the prices are quite reasonable.

You can find better options in the same price bracket.

Only mosquitoes hovering over our heads in the lobby. That's what you get with lopsided development.
Came for an interview but we were hassled like anything by mosquitoes.
