Wonderful store with a beautiful assortment of clothes, shoes, purses and other accessories. I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse amount of brands and styles they had. Everything from beautiful dresses to country boots and backpacks.

Unfortunately, this order did not go very well:
DPD unfortunately lost my package, a big failure of them.

What was a big plus, is CountryHouseOutdoor: my jacket was foetsie, DPD was not cooperated, but CHO arranged that another coat immediately came my way.
Communication with CHO is clear and honest. In short: I will order more often in the future, I am very helpful!

And about the coat itself: it was nowhere as competitively priced as here.
In terms of shipping to the Netherlands: as long as DPD does not fail, it will be in your possession within 3 days.

ordered a barbour jacket it looked like it hadn't passed a quality inspection very bad stitching also some slight bobbling inside which suggests its been previously worn not happy at all

I could not find many reviews about it, but I must say that the website is super clear, the payments are safe (you can even pay with PayPal or Amazon Pay) and the shipping is very fast. I ordered from France and received the parcel in two working days, all tracked. I will buy again for sure!

Absolutely appalling customer service. When my coat hadn t arrived they were rude, unpleasant and refused to help me. Even though I was within my consumer rights that they were responsible for it as I had not signed for it. Be warned. Never using them again.

This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for any company but I feel compelled to because truely I have never had an experience so negative. I was sent a fake product and provided evidence to confirm this. The customer service was by far the worst I have ever experienced, rude, belligerent and personal Be warned: DO NOT Purchase from this terrible, terrible company.
