Costa Coffe Review

Nothing is cleared, cups stand in heaps, the surfaces and the floor are very dirty, you stick with the shoes, with the crowds overwhelmed, so it is now in many stores

A lot of space and nice and quick staff, but the coffee was very bad

They do a good food/drink deal after 11.00, with a decent vegan option but it's not a great place to sit, the basement was a bit dingy and wasn't that clean and there was a continuous queue for the toilet. The staff were friendly though, they gave the place a positive vibe.

Cosy ground level service area and mainly 2 seater tables. Plenty more seats downstairs.

ok but no glasses for your latte just take away cups but you have your cups for the flat whites etc... weird really not your usal thats for sure ???

If you just want the toilets forget it the vode for the day is on your receipt. Its a Costa you know what to expect.

good place to drink cafee, chocolate muffins delicious, good deal with the Spanish, and has nothing to envy with starbucks

Very bad attention of the staff, I do not recommend it at all, they laugh at you in the face they make fun in front of everyone and if you ask to take in the premises paying for taking in the premises they serve you More

Good coffee and choclate cake, but the staff has to learn some manners, and be more environmentally concious. They pressure you to drink your coffee in take away cups, although you want to sit down and enjoy your drink as you should, in a real cup.

Came on!! What is this coffee. My Uncle Bertino he make a special coffee. He crush the coffee beans with his bear hands. I love my Uncle he so nice!

Staff are great but it wasn't as cosy as other Costas.

Decent Costa in a good location. Ideal for a quick coffee and a snack.

Plenty of seating room, which is essential for such a busy part of London. Service was quick, and staff were friendly.

They have changed their Chai formula using liquid syrup, this tastes disgusting and I have given up tea and coffee as a result.

Am not much of a coffee drinker but' if I fancy one I prefer Costa Coffee. I like the taste more then other coffee.
The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Plenty of seating downstairs with sofas and armchairs. On a Sunday afternoon it was quiet. The place is clean and tidy. The drinks are as good and in any costa.

Being new to London, it's a relief to find a coffee shop other than the Big S. Coffee selection is ok and they have all sorts of pastries, as well. But when you savor the aroma and the taste of whatever coffee you order, you will come back for more. Two thumbs up, says my palate!

Great seating downstairs, good ambience and usual quality fayre.

Had a nice drink and warmed up and used the toilet facilities.

I liked this Costa Coffee with friendly staff plenty of seating and also the usual selection of Coffee, drinks and food. Service is fast and efficient without feeling rushed and you can enjoy some time sitting and relaxing whilst watching the hustle and bustle of London.
Spent an enjoyable hour or more there without any problems. They have the usual costa wifi too so you will be connected wherever you are.

Your standard Costa but only one toilet. In a busy place like this expect to queue and queue and queue just for the loo.

Most of the seating is downstairs which is dark and pretty dreary, standard Costa offerings.

Small cafe in the center of Saint James park. When it rains heavily or it is cold, this place is really nice, comfortable and well in its place. The prices are a bit expensive but it's good. They offer tea, cupcakes, salty .... It is open in the morning, it is practical.

Took ages to get served and the bathroom doesn't work!

Extremely rude staff. I was meeting my friend there for a coffee, I walked in looking to see if my friend had arrived. Immediately stopped by the staff, treated me like some homeless person looking for a free bathroom.

Love Costa, my favourite Chai Latte! Delicious! The toilets bad, long cues and no really tidy.

Good downstairs area with plug sockets and comfy chairs. Could do with having the toilets open for all without needing to run upstairs and ask for the code...

Coffee was really good. I love the test. Whenever i will visit to the London i will definitely visit here the Costa Coffee. Because I Love only Filter Coffee and this is the only one place i found which on provide me filter coffee. Before to reach here i went to 4-5 coffee shops but they don't have filter coffee. But i am so lucky, that i found this cafe. Thank you Costa Coffee for my Filter Coffee.

Usual coffee shop , a bit cramped chairs. Coffee was warm, not hot

Very rude staff. More interested in talking amongst themselves rather than the customer...avoid at all costs especially when there's a much better branch next to Waterstones on Piccadilly

A somewhat small but quite cosy Costa Coffee close to Picadilly Circus. Additional seating in the basement. Bustling with activity.

Its so cold in the second floor. They have the air conditioner so strong.

PLEASE LEARN that when you make a MACHIATTO YOU NEED HOT MILK !!! Not warm milk !!!! Not nice drinking a warm machiatto ! Also smile and be happy it goes a long way to the guy with a beard ! And say thank you !

My coffee was served in cracked cup... Even it does not affect drink itself, still quite bad experience...

A good Costa with seating at ground floor level and basement. Two WC cubicles in the basement, BT you'll often need to cue to use them.

Nice little Costa for a quick lunch, quite a few business type of people with laptops tapping away but still rather quite and clean. Most of the seating is downstairs so no Windows to look out of. Our service was not quite what we are used to in Costa, forgot to give us a cookie we had paid for, one of the drinks was wrong, the hot chocolate was only half full with the other half being just creamamd the staff overall just didn't seem to really care about what they were doing. Oh and the range of sandwiches on offer were nothing compared to other Costa coffees I have visited. All in all a pleasant place but the staff are not all that.

It is the usual coffee I guess, I am a big fan of coffee but slow coffee when I have a meeting? No thank you!

When you want to sit in you only get to go cups and not normal coffee mugs. The coffee was quite nice tho

Good place to meet up before meetings or a bit of calm just down from the shops. Go down stairs for extra space. Busy upstairs.

I always love the coffee, but the toilets are horrible, and the seating is very limited.
