I can't speak more highly of my experience getting top surgery here. Dr. Sherie and the other staff are simply lovely and made me feel completely safe and prepared the entire time. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. And my results are fantastic!

Everything about this place is amazing! Everyone there is so nice and they all know exactly what they're doing, which makes it easier to relax before getting a major procedure. It's also definitely the best decorated doctor's office that I've ever seen. Most importantly, I am very pleased with my results! It looks great, and I am so glad I chose to go here. Just went for a consultation and I was overwhelmed with how welcome I felt. Before my appointment I was given detailed directions on where to park, how to find the elevator, where the office was and instructions on how to get there. They answered all my questions and kept an open line of communication leading up to my appointment, assisting me with the portal and walking me through any issues. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by name, offered a beverage, and even had the choice to watch netflix or play music on the TV while I waited. They were kind, attentive and incredibly thorough. They answered any and all questions I had. They printed out all of my information and put it into a folder for me to take home. As a trans person, I can t recommend this place enough. I literally cried in the parking lot because of how safe and welcomed I felt at this place. I can t wait to schedule my surgery.
My partner got an FtM chest reconstruction at the cosmetic concierge and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone. What we thought was good:
- Because of her Buttonhole procedure much higher chance nipple sensation is saved.
- Fewer incisions than with inverted t method
- The results look great, even already, just a week after surgery
- Dr. Sherie seemed flexible and able to adjust to individual cases, working out which procedure would be best for people s situation and preferences
- The atmosphere was both professional and relaxed/calming
- Everybody was nice, calm and took time to answer any question we had
- Questions were answered well. Options, risks, pros and cons were clearly explained. Helpful information was readily provided
- They listened carefully to our considerations and thought along with us
- Proper pronoun usage
- They helped us greatly with practical matters, for instance by being flexible with appointment dates and using Skype (we are from Europe so this was really helpful)
- Quick response to e-mails

You don't know how much I appreciate what you all have done for me. You can't possibly imagine what it feels like to wake up and see myself in the mirror, or having the sun shine on my chest. It is almost as if I have been wearing this horrible costume since I hit puberty. You have changed my life forever. I am, and will forever be grateful.
This facility and the people inside come highly recommended. They all seem personally invested in your goals and your outcome . Dr. Sherie's work is highly skilled and I have never been happier in my own skin than I am right now thanks to the Doctor and her amazing staff.
Gosh, where do I start! I first contacted The Cosmetic Concierge way back in January 2020 when I began my investigation for a top surgeon. Of course, I was immediately impressed to learn the background and innovations Hope Sherie offered to transgender folks for top surgery. They offer other operations as well but this review will be oriented to my experience. I first tried to go the route of my insurance and primary doctor. While they were educated in Trans matters, the surgery was a monster they refused to mess with. The entire experience was humiliating and horrible. I called the Concierge after this, just feeling hopeless. Kevin, the incredible receptionist there who I imagine also manages many other roles for the company, is a professional and exceptionally kind person. From the start of the conversation to the last wave goodbye, I felt comfort and family with the entire staff there.
I wish I could name every staff member but suffice it to say that the amount of respect and professionalism they offer is unlike any other business I have ever been to. The lack of insurance and having to take out a loan was a pretty big process. They are private so I don t think they take any insurance. Don t quote me on that though!
Going from trying to get it done cheap to paying for surgery from such a knowledgeable and incredible surgeon was worth EVERY penny. I got exactly what I paid for every step of the way. They don t just take care of you, they take all the stress out of the process at the first phone call. My emails were never unanswered. My questions were never ignored. My concerns were addressed and handled immediately. I drove three hours both ways for the operation and follow up and would do it again in a second.
Kevin told me that people fly in from all over the country for an operation with this surgeon and I absolutely believe it. From the start of my trans journey, I can confidently say this was the least stressful, scary, and daunting step thanks to every single person there. Even if you can t pay for it or are contemplating multiple places, at least give them a call and chat with Kevin or Max. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Loving that there's a female surgeon with an all female staff in the Charlotte area! Dr. Sherie's work speaks for itself! She also has a way of making you feel so comfortable and at ease, that you don't even feel nervous about getting surgery or an injection.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Sherie is a detail focused, patient concerned surgeon. She makes sure that you know that no question is stupid and that you understand everything about the procedure and how it works.
The staff is outstanding! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, and if they don't know, they don't hesitate to direct you to the person who does. They are super friendly and treat everyone with the utmost respect - preferred name and pronouns - while remaining personable.
The environment they give makes you feel like you're at home. It's a quaint, cozy office and the staff enjoy making conversation whenever available. The office is extremely clean and neat and it doesn't feel like a doctor's office.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. Sherie. She and her entire team were warm and friendly, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and were extremely professional. I needed some very intense chest surgery and reconstruction and they were wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable about what I had to have done. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Sherie's experience and her expertise in her field, and also by the fact that she and everyone there were completely upfront about their policies and procedures, no fine print, no secrets, they were entirely transparent. As a student with less than stellar income they worked out a financing plan with me that was reasonable and convenient. Two weeks before surgery they gave me copies of pre-surgery instructions as well as all of their consent forms to take home so I could take my time reading them and ask any questions I needed. Day of surgery, I did not feel any hesitation or second guessing about my decision to go with her as everything up until then impressed me. The surgery went extremely well. Compared to other people who had similar surgeries with other surgeons, I was struck by the fact that I had very little swelling or bruising, and it was very clear that she had done an extraordinary job, very precise and with a keen eye to detail. Their bedside manners were excellent. They kept me until they were sure I was lucid, and gave me some ginger ale and a cracker to make sure I could hold down food and liquid, and then after I was driven home by my caretakers Dr. Sherie called them in the evening to ask how I was doing and if they had questions or concerns. She had given them very clear aftercare instructions as well. The follow-up appointments were also very thorough and I am pleased beyond words with how Dr. Sherie and her team handled this procedure. When I saw my results I was speechless because it was better than anything I imagined. I am truly, deeply grateful for Dr. Sherie and her team and will gladly recommend them to anyone. As far as I am concerned she is the best in the business and I am very glad I chose her to be my surgeon.

The moment I received a call from Kevin in response to filling out the online request for a consult over a year ago "THE Experience" began. Everyone on staff plays a vital role in maintaining the CC culture. Kevin makes the initial and ongoing phone calls & visits VERY hospitable. It is true that front desk staff can make or break a business. He did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable with process. Also, the initial consult with Dr. Hope made me feel at ease. She was very down to earth and up honest when what I wanted contrasted what I needed to get the desired results. The surgical staff you don't meet until you decide to move forward. Yet, Bryn and Vera made me feel calm and relaxed as they prepped me for surgery. Finally, Max became my guide and biggest support post OP. He set the tone of my 2 follow-up appointments. I looked forward to each visit. THE experience has been amazing and I can't wait for my 3 month follow up!!
I had FtM top surgery by Dr. Sherie in July of 2016, the entire experience was phenomenal. Dr. Sherie and her staff are amazing and I have never lovedy body as much as I do now.
I don t have enough words to express my gratitude to the Cosmetic Concierge. Every single step of this process, up to my surgery and after, have been absolutely amazing. About six months ago I finally made the call and began working on my top surgery and lipo with them and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Kevin was incredible with keeping me up to date with the information I needed and keeping me calm during the process. When I got there the day of surgery (travel weary and exhausted) the facility was beautiful and luxurious and had such a calm atmosphere you wouldn t even know it was a clinic. Max did my intake and pictures and it was such a comfortable experience for something that could have been really uncomfortable. Dr. Sherie met with me beforehand and introduced herself and talked with me as well as their anesthesiologist. Everything went so smoothly that I almost don t even remember it - I went to the OR completely calm and prepared knowing exactly what was going to happen, and they made sure my exit was as comfortable as possible. This does not feel sterile or like a hospital or anything of the nature - it s comfortable and relaxed and exactly the kind of place you d want to be in to get something done. The follow ups were just as informative. My surgery had no complications and was even finished earlier than they expected - and the healing process has been just as amazing. They couldn t have done a better job, and neither could anyone else. No matter the distance you travel (mine was 500 miles!) and no matter who has a better quote, THIS is where you want to go. I am a real person who was really afraid of this process, like anyone would be, and if I did it again I d pick the Cosmetic Concierge every time over. Amazing staff and doctor. Amazing facility. Amazing results.
I had ftm top surgery in mid October 2016 and I had the most wonderful experience I could have ever hoped for! Dr. Sherie had excellent bedside manner, was very professional, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Her staff were all the most polite, knowledgeable, understanding people I've ever encountered and everyone made me feel human and heard, which can oftentimes be hard to find in healthcare. As a trans person I felt safe and cared for and there was never any feeling of judgement. The months and weeks leading up to my surgery I had many questions and kept in close contact with Brynn, Allyson, and Noelle who were all so very pleasant, patient, and answered all my questions.
My partner, who has experienced the awful things I've gone through with other surgeons, said that she was updated often and given very clear aftercare instructions.
If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change anything except for my timing. I should have had surgery earlier last year instead of waiting until October. I'm very happy with my results and feel much more confident, comfortable, and at home in my body.
I had a wonderful experience! Informative, friendly from the first phone call, Dr. Hope and her staff are excellent, professional and awesome people. The clinic is easy to get to and surrounded by a pretty city with pleasant residents. If you are able to travel, it is well worth the trip. The clinic is beautiful, warm and clean with updated equipment in a glass pink building. It's hard to miss and hard not to feel like a rockstar while you are there.
Dr. Sherie is a true pro. Got a free consultation and then she took a small mole off my stomach. It was a quick, inexpensive visit, but she treated me as if I was shelling out thousands for a more serious procedure. Thanks!

The entire team from the second we first made contact, right through the planning and preparation, to the day of surgery, and the follow up appointments. I can say I have never been treated by kinder, more genuine, and most importantly highly skilled team of medical professionals.
We spent 3 months researching 47 options for this surgery, shortlisted 3, and chose Cosmetic Consierge. We travelled 4000 miles for this procedure and can honestly say I am so glad we did.
The only negative point at all was having to say goodbye today to people who I feel more of as friends, and to be honest feel closer to than many family!
