Just went for a consultation and I was overwhelmed with how welcome I felt. Before my appointment I was given detailed directions on where to park, how to find the elevator, where the office was and instructions on how to get there. They answered all my questions and kept an open line of communication leading up to my appointment, assisting me with the portal and walking me through any issues. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by name, offered a beverage, and even had the choice to watch netflix or play music on the TV while I waited. They were kind, attentive and incredibly thorough. They answered any and all questions I had. They printed out all of my information and put it into a folder for me to take home. As a trans person, I can t recommend this place enough. I literally cried in the parking lot because of how safe and welcomed I felt at this place. I can t wait to schedule my surgery.
