Gosh, where do I start! I first contacted The Cosmetic Concierge way back in January 2020 when I began my investigation for a top surgeon. Of course, I was immediately impressed to learn the background and innovations Hope Sherie offered to transgender folks for top surgery. They offer other operations as well but this review will be oriented to my experience. I first tried to go the route of my insurance and primary doctor. While they were educated in Trans matters, the surgery was a monster they refused to mess with. The entire experience was humiliating and horrible. I called the Concierge after this, just feeling hopeless. Kevin, the incredible receptionist there who I imagine also manages many other roles for the company, is a professional and exceptionally kind person. From the start of the conversation to the last wave goodbye, I felt comfort and family with the entire staff there.

I wish I could name every staff member but suffice it to say that the amount of respect and professionalism they offer is unlike any other business I have ever been to. The lack of insurance and having to take out a loan was a pretty big process. They are private so I don t think they take any insurance. Don t quote me on that though!

Going from trying to get it done cheap to paying for surgery from such a knowledgeable and incredible surgeon was worth EVERY penny. I got exactly what I paid for every step of the way. They don t just take care of you, they take all the stress out of the process at the first phone call. My emails were never unanswered. My questions were never ignored. My concerns were addressed and handled immediately. I drove three hours both ways for the operation and follow up and would do it again in a second.

Kevin told me that people fly in from all over the country for an operation with this surgeon and I absolutely believe it. From the start of my trans journey, I can confidently say this was the least stressful, scary, and daunting step thanks to every single person there. Even if you can t pay for it or are contemplating multiple places, at least give them a call and chat with Kevin or Max. I promise you will not be disappointed.
