The moment I received a call from Kevin in response to filling out the online request for a consult over a year ago "THE Experience" began. Everyone on staff plays a vital role in maintaining the CC culture. Kevin makes the initial and ongoing phone calls & visits VERY hospitable. It is true that front desk staff can make or break a business. He did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable with process. Also, the initial consult with Dr. Hope made me feel at ease. She was very down to earth and up honest when what I wanted contrasted what I needed to get the desired results. The surgical staff you don't meet until you decide to move forward. Yet, Bryn and Vera made me feel calm and relaxed as they prepped me for surgery. Finally, Max became my guide and biggest support post OP. He set the tone of my 2 follow-up appointments. I looked forward to each visit. THE experience has been amazing and I can't wait for my 3 month follow up!!
