Stayed in March when the heating in my room was not adequate. It was later addressed by the staff. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel too big for my taste.
The claustrophobic I am not at all appreciated the 2 breakdowns of elevator (a few minutes certainly).

I remember the thoughtful decor of the executive room, the attentive attitude of the staff from the first minutes, the cozy club lounge. Perfect comfort for both work and leisure.

It is a decent hotel with nice Interieur - absolutely nothing to complain about; it's a clear recommendation. Rooms are clean, mattresses of good quality, breakfast is well presented with attentive staff - just for my German taste, the selection of sausages, cheese and fish is too limited.

However, what I don't understand and what annoys me is each time, that many hotels in St Petersburg independent from ranking and pricing surprisingly charge extra for "registration" with sometimes helpless, even ridiculous argumentations.

Even if the 250 are minor and are of course out of any proportion compared with the room rate it leaves a shadow on an otherwise pleasant stay.

Very nice facilities and staff. The entrance hall was a bit too over scented thought. Lobby bar was really nice.

The male staff in the restaurant is very disrespectful. There is no honor for the guest. It is not a five-star hotel. The hotel should be trained and not worth the price.

A wonderful holiday. The location is perfect you can reach on foot in all the places of interest. Hotel beautiful, perfect reception we arrived at midnight and were greeted courteously helping and funding also what we needed. Impeccable staff. Good food. Beautiful hotel right on the main street of St. Petersburg. Great hospitality. Staff is very good, comforting and courteous. I remember I was duped by a taxi driver for alot of money but the staff cooperated and not only they helped me but also reimbursed me in many ways. 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

Excellent service, the staff is passionate about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice, big rooms, but for some reason a small bathroom. No air conditioning control in the room, it was a bit chilly.

Superb hotel in the centre of Saint Petersburg. Very nice touch marking our visit (wedding anniversary). Awesome breakfast option. Lives up to its 5-star hotel rating.

I have stayed at Dec / 2017 continuously. This historic building is a very quiet hotel in the city center. The rooms are relatively large and can be used slowly. Amenity was prepared, too, and water circulation was also good. There are also a large number of breakfast buffet items. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
The illumination of the mainist in front of the hotel is also beautiful. The illumination is on until 9:00 am because the night is long.
There are several luxury hotels on the Nevsky street, with the Hotel Europe at the top, but this is also a nice and calm hotel.

It was a hotel with a profound feeling full of history.
Two kinds of Russian beers in the Executive Club Lounge were delicious with a rich beer that would fit Japanese taste.
The staff was very friendly except for some of the hotels that I wanted to stay again.

I was in this hotel in July 2018, they turned out to be not very serious when I contracted with them a Russian Folkloric show. The hiring included show, lunch and dinner, dinner did not exist, at least for our group and, the result of everything was that the hotel charged a 40% commission! and he did not give us the service. I would not go back to said hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is really nice, rooms are big enough, clean and comfy. Services are great and staff is helpful and nice. Location is good with easy access to the centre by foot. A lot of shops and stores around. Would recommend.

This is a great hotel. It is centrally located and most of the sightseeing places are walking distance from here. Rooms are large and spacious. Staff was extremely courteous.

Used the executive lounge which was good place to have a short brake, taste somthing good and have great all kinds of coffee, great service and attitude all over from reception to room service.
Enjoyed a 4 night stay , all was very good.
You are in the middle of the main street full if shops and resturants.

I didn t live at the hotel; I was here at exhibitions. From the useful - there is a through passage: you can go from the Nevsky through the hall and exit onto Stremyannaya. And vice versa.

It appeared to be a great hotel in reviews and on the website , actually it's a mid range hotel with not much to boast about . I would choose a better hotel next time.

The hotel , the rooms , the breakfast , the room service are all 6* ..but the staff are 10*..they simply cannot do enough to make your stay perfect..best hotel I have ever stayed at...superb does not do it justice

It s a nice hotel with a great location but in first day they seprate us from other guests for breakfast,at first we thought it was because we are muslim but next day we ate our breakfast in main restaraunt with other guests however I think isolating us is kind of racist ,alltogether we have good residence.

It is inconvenient to drive up - I was standing on the bus lane and felt uncomfortable. To drop a person off quickly is no problem, but waiting for the child to come down and sit in a chair is not at ease.

Very convenient hotel for all activities to do in St. Petersburg. Nice rooms, very good international breakfast.
They don't speak Italian but the people at the reception are very nice and try to help you in case of problems.

I am writing to tell a VERY NEGATIVE experience by booking the taxi directly from the hotel.
We booked the taxi for about 10 km for the (medium-high) price of 25 for 1pm on Sunday.
We were accompanied directly by the receptionist to take the taxi and we entered thinking of leaving.
A person (not from the hotel staff) spoke to the driver in Russian and from there the driver told us that we were not the customers and unkindly invited us to get out of the car (you are not my client, I have another one).
At the reception they told us about a double check but strangely it was we who suffered all the inconvenience and the following delay.

Moral:
Excellent hotel but I highly recommend NOT TO BOOK THE TAXI DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL (especially if you don't speak Russian) because the drivers are not reliable.

I highly recommend the hotel manager to check the reliability of his taxi drivers given the price of the service which is not cheap.
