Corinthia Nevskij Palace Saint-Petersburg 5* Review

Corinthia Hotel is great.The room is very clean and comfortable,the staff are all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious.I would surely be back.

My stay and room here was great! However the reservation and conceige team needs to be more professional. They can't find my booking thus the checking in took around 30 mins. The conceige losted my tour attraction tickets and caused a delay to my itinerary.

Otherwise everything else was great!

Well deserving of its 5 star rating. The hotel is well located on Nevsky Prospekt. The room is clean and comfortable. You get a welcome drink which is a really nice touch. On leaving they were only too happy to order a taxi and let me know when it arrived.
Breakfast was too expensive for me, but there are lots of options on nevsky, this is no reason to knock the hotel!

There was no Russian nichrome in Russia under Putin.

The place is magnificent and the staff extremely friendly. We had a problem with no water in the room,and they directly changed us for a better room. Breakfast is great. Location is perfect,on the main Street of saint Petersburg

Great hotel, loved the executive rooms. breakfast is good. lobby and hall are so amazing. friendly staff, dressed nicely. luxurious experience. a bit on the expensive side. location is great and close to metro. Restaurants and fast food a cross the hotel. will visit again in the summer. choose the executive rooms, as it has more modern and new furniture.

This is not the first time I've been visiting this hotel. Surprising is the lack of a wardrobe on the ground floor of a hotel with 5 stars. The staff is friendly, speaks languages. The interior is quite pleasant, but somewhat dark and shabby. It would not hurt to make repairs.

As a guest, I did not rest in Corinthia, but I met tourists. Friendly staff. The location is convenient - on Nevsky Prospect.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are lovely at the reception as well as at the buffet breakfast, which is gargantuan and excellent. The music is a bit strong though. The rooms are large and very comfortable.

Most of the staff were nice, but not too many speak English and it is a hastle to order food or ask for any assistance especially when you try to order breakfast in the morning. One word of advice, keep your cool and be patiant.

The best hotel I've stayed in, without a doubt, with an excellent breakfast, room service, exemplary service and friendliness of the staff. I recommend it!

Rooms are cosy, the breakfast is good and the staff is friendly (Champagne at our arrival). However we were at the 7th floor and there was a bad smell in the doorway during the whole weekend.

Beautiful interior! Remained only to spend the night. Therefore, I can not evaluate the service.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of historical Saint Petersburg

Perfect location. Polite stuff. Good breakfast. Great room. Waiting for visiting it again.

Pros:
1) The hotel is very convenient for all types of transport and tourist and business activities. (very important on New Year's holidays due to traffic jams and road closures in St. Petersburg).
2) Chic nutcrackers and other decorations in the lobby.
3) Live music in the lobby.
4) There are no complaints about the staff.

Notes:
1) The lighting was rather weak and was not suitable for working with documents and was simply not enough.
2) There was also constant noise at night from the ventilation grill.
3) During check-in, the most popular hours (12: 30-14: 00) there was no doorman or luggage trolleys at the door. (Fortunately, the front desk has already done everything and helped with this.)
4) Sometimes the sound on the TV hung, later this problem disappeared.
5) The sockets are inconveniently located.

There is no shower head in the bathroom, not critical, but strange, either the water is from above or from below, you don't get used to it right away.

Excellent Location on Nevsky Prospect. Awesome Food , Very supportive & Attentive Staff.Must try " Cafe Vienna " no matter whether you are staying or not but i will recommend that you should stay at Corinthia SPB if you can afford.

Had a great experience in the hotel. Staff are very cordial with international travellers. Service was excellent

Corinthia is cheaper than many other hotels of the same category in Saint-Petersburg, but it has too many other positive sides.
First, is the bar, which is quite nice and has enough space for not feeling yourself surrounded.
Second, it's quite close to Rubinstein street which makes you close to the nicest bars in Saint-Petersburg.
The worst part of the hotel is connected also with the location. The rooms which look to Nevsky are quite "noisy". You can't open the window for fresh air, as there is no fresh air.

The most excellent hotel..everything perfect..brilliant staff..nothing too much trouble...just brilliant..

The Hotel is superbly located in St Petersberg. Access to mainstreet and lot of activities

This is on the main Street in saint Petersburg. The argintine football team was stayi ng in this hotel so it's got class. A great place to grab a bite or eat breakfast.

It's Russian oppulance at it's best. Don't get confused because there are several Corinthia hotels in the city.

5-star hotel that more than meets its category! Breakfast is spectacular like the whole hotel! As a curiosity that day I went for my birthday and without saying anything they made me this surprise! Details like this are what make the difference!

Excellent five-star hotel in the center of St. Petersburg, located on Nevsky Prospect. Great service, great breakfasts and cozy rooms.

Good service, great design, but in the lobby of the hotel it smells too much toilet.

What can I say, pathetic new lobby, two doormen in hats at the entrance, two guards in the lobby. Mass conference rooms. Wonderful breakfast in the spacious species "Imperiale", Small fitness with a sauna and a viewport on the 8th floor, which is included in the room rate. The luxurious restaurant Landskrona, also with a terrace overhanging Nevsky. Handsomely. 2 reception: one for groups, one for individuals, which completely excludes the crowd to settle. There is also a separate reception for guests of executive class rooms. But the rooms are ordinary, standard and small. In the improved coffee machines and tea stations, in standard only tea stations. Iron on request. Free water 0.33 in the rooms. And, honestly, dirty. Something like this. In short, on a solid 4 points. "Solid" mostly for a great location!

Great location in St. Petersburg. New and modern, like a true 5 star. Close to the high speed train station. Good coffee, but not very Western, more suitable for oriental people. Chic restaurant but with a restricted and expensive menu. Very attentive staff.

I wouldn't rate it as a five star hotel honestly, but who am i to say such things

Great resort with all amenities, and greta location.

This time it was not so hot. 4 put out of old merit. The water in the room is no longer brought, the tea set is not replenished. There was a queue at the check-out - at the peak time one girl worked.

Excellent service! The only complex where they called me in 20 minutes after settling in, clarified whether the settlement had passed normally and offered a set for teeth care, to which I was very happy!
