It is not badly located, but the service leaves something to be desired, it is a kind of neglect or low level typical of SP. breakfast very good. Rooms at a good level but could be more spacious. Improved bathroom maintenance, somewhat small towels.

Great location in a very busy street, great staff specially the receptionist Valeria. 7/10 breakfast. Executive Lounge wasn t bad.

Excellent hotel. Always enjoy staying at Corinthia hotels and this is no exception. I'd recommend a club executive room.

It looks like a big hotel, but incapable staff, very bad organization
Thirty minutes at the reception to verify my reservation, with breakfast, but they demanded payment for it separately.
Rooms dislocated without a sense: numbers not in sequence, corridors without even directions, no one who takes the suitcase and accompanies me to the room, which I reach alone after twenty minutes of walking through the endless corridors and after asking for help from the cleaners !!!!

What an amazing hotel - I can highly recommend this hotel for location, caliber of finish, executive lounge but what were truly outstanding were the staff - each & everyone could not do more to make our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Darya- customer relations liaison - she truly went above & beyond her duties to help. She was so helpful, calm & friendly - this hotel & it s hospitality is a true gem.

The hotel is not bad, well located. There are different categories of rooms. Beautifully decorated for the New Year. There are various places where you can eat. Not for the second year in a row a problem with staff cleaning the rooms. Now it s 14-30, a weekday, and no one has removed the number. Oops. Tours have already ended, I want to relax. I had to call.

Very nice stay at the corinthia for new year day. Situation is perfect, and the team very friend y and helpful. Arsen and Varvara at the conciergerie were our shining stars. They save our day because of unfriendly taxi driver and found for us very last minute tickets for the theater. Big thanks again. Will be back !

Nice hotel in the center of St. Petersburg on Nevsky Prospekt. A lot of staff, all very friendly, ready to help in any situation. The room is excellent, spacious enough, a small living room and bedroom, 2 toilets, one combined with a bath-shower. Everything is clear. The view from the room to the courtyard is quiet. There is a lounge area where you can eat, drink coffee with delicious pastries, and drink wine. There are various snacks, salads, nuts and dried fruits. Fruits and tea. All liked it. There is also a fitness room, but unfortunately it was under repair if the review was helpful or liked the photos, put I will be sooooo nice

The hotel is really beautiful and the people are very professional, it is a bit expensive but in any case the room is comfortable.

The location of the hotel is good. The staff are courteous and ready to help. It's a huge property and the rooms are great.
The reception area is huge and very neat. We had separate arrangement for our food so I can't tell you about the food there. But I enjoyed the fruits a lot.

Excellent and unobtrusive service. Everything is great. The restaurant uses simple products, but cooks delicious.

The location of the hotel is a plus point , rooms are spacious and nice . Breakfast spread is good nothing extraordinary. Located on the Main Street very well connected to all the sights and nice cafes and bars around . Now the down side , the reception is I think has a lot of responsibilities so not very effective .. sometimes they don't pick up the phone only , I called 8-10 times as there was a issue in the room .. but no .. if u ask for a coffee / tea refill in the in room service no response again I called 3 times in a span of one hour ..but nobody helped .so they need to work on their promptness and refrain from giving excuses like shortage of staff.

This enormous hotel is located perfectly in St. Petersburg. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very nice. Loved it here.

After spending one night at this hotel, I didn t find any reason to be predisposed. Except, however, the bathroom. There cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Center, the streets are lively, despite the late hours. Beautiful architecture, a lot of shops, groups of familiar songs are singing in the streets. Cheer up. The hotel is top class. Beautiful, elegant, suites.

Good and pleasant hotel situated in Nevsky Avenue in central district of St Petersburg. Location is very convenient to major attractions in St Petersburg. Walking distance to Moscow railway station, Galleria Mall, Catherine monument and Many more theatres.
Rooms were spic and span with decent comforts and breakfast had good varieties of food.
Bathroom could have been little bigger and shower could have been placed at a bath station.

Great location, nice rooms, helpful staff and good restaurant. Would recommend staying here. If you are here during white nights as for a mosquito repellent plug and keep the windows closed.

Elegant hotel, fairly central, near the metro, comfortable rooms. The highlights of the stay were:
1) the staff, especially Eugeny and Nicolaj at the reception and Eugenia at the concierge, but all very helpful to our requests
2) breakfast: wide choice of quality and alternatives for those with food intolerances.
3) wide choice of channels also Italian in the room.

It meets the expectations of a five star. Highlight the attention of all the staff, the comfort and size of the bed and breakfast. Located on the large Nevsky Avenue with many entertainment venues and restaurants nearby. Close to all the monuments. A walk to the Hermitage

One of the best and most spectacular hotels in Russia!

I come here sometimes. Today I will put 4 stars. Skilled staff disappears. I also had a chance to dine at the restaurant on the ground floor for the elevators, totally I appreciate the food by 4 points, I think it is not enough for such a stated level of the hotel.

Expensive place, but the quality of service is super. Breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Nice location. Property is located bang in the middle of the heritage town. Food was great and staff was friendly. The Starbucks and cafes around provided ideal chill out space.

Sucks in the center of Nevsky! A disgrace to St. Petersburg. The bed is not solid. The shower is not comfortable: if you want it or not, you will wet your hair. And I'm not talking about the toilet at all! Rate it yourself in the photo.

The exterior is a historical building, so you can forget the present era. Inside the hotel, the room is clean and you can stay without any complaints
Even if there is a large variety of delicious breakfast buffets, you will want to eat them too.
I recommend going hungry from morning.
Is the card key of the room easy to fly? It may be better to keep away from electronic devices etc.
The shower in the room is fixed and the water pressure is weak, but please get in attentive.

Perfect location in Saint Petersburg. Lovely room, overlooking courtyard, so quiet. Lobby large, with pianist and bar, large area and relaxing.
Our bathroom was a good size. Hotel very warm... Quite cold out.
