Great shopping experience always clean stores are stocked with inventory. Luxury mall shopping.

Close to the Hyatt hotel, which is close to a while bunch of restaurants and stores. They are all on a stri. It's like a typical mall.

Lovely shopping center with the stores I like to shop at with my daughter.

Nice shopping mall, has a playground for little tikes.

Why would they not update their website with the right Thanksgiving hours? Marketing department pls do something with the social media .

Been going to this mall for almost twenty years, its changed a lot but always has good restaurants.

Nice clean mall with Cheesecake Factory and other restaurants inside. Doesn't include some stores that I was hoping to visit, but the overall experience was nice.

I would NEVER call this best mall in the area. It s always jammed packed and never any parking in the front of the mall. To make things worse Lord and taylor closes stupid early now. Strange what kind of store closes at 8:00 pm? They have been doing this since January. Lord&Taylor you are becoming useless. Lord&Taylor should be a store on its own since it has it s own secret hours. Lord&taylor needs to leave this mall! Or update the public with their REAL HOURS! Because everyday by 7 or 7:30 Lord& Taylor is closed! This mall is annoying. Its gone downhill, full of useless stores like JC penny and 2 Macys why? This mall is also very tiny, yet I always get lost. I hate this mall its like a corn maze. The layout of this store is for a hamster.

Went to the Lord & Taylor and found what I needed for my wedding along with a 30% off because their family and friends weekend was going on.

I don't like malls, but this one has so many entrances it makes it easier to get in and out fast, if that's what you want.

Find everything and So nice even for a casual stroll

It definitely lacks the movie theatre. Other than that, same mall as others, just quiet, which might be a good thing for people who don t like crowds.

Tons of shops in this mall. A great place to spend a Saturday. There are numerous options for food as well, not just the typical fast food court. The mall does get quite a bit of foot traffic, however it is never too crowded.

Semi good selection of stores. Definitely upgraded with the addition of the new rolled ice cream place. I feel they need a few new stores to shake up the shopping preferences.

Other than the new play place, I love this mall! It has a Hot Topic and Spencer's, which are basically the only places I shop at.

After searching multiple stores in Fair City Mall & nearby stores &not finding what I needed...headed to Fair Oaks Mall & found the perfect night dress for the same night at Forever 21.

This is my favorite mall in the entire DMV area. Plenty of parking and a lot of good restaurants. JCPenny is where you'll' find me most times.

Great Mall! And there is Walk-in Medical Care close by........

The mall is tiny, but there is a Whole Foods store on it.

Shopping is great, you can always find something you want to buy .

Dosent have many of the stores that I prefer to shop. Over all large clean mall. Not ever too crowded inside. Parking can be a major pain. Needs another guradge built.

This mall is very clean we enjoy going here because there are places for big kids to play and places for little kids to play. There s plenty of options for eating and shopping.

This mall keeps getting better and is very convenient. Ten years ago it was kind of a dump and showing its age. However, as the population and income level in the surrounding area has grown so has the quality of this mall. It is 10X more convenient than Tysons Corner which I will never go to because of the traffic. Fair Oaks has plenty of parking, all the major stores including *Macy's, Sears, Lord & Taylor, etc. It also has most of the smaller stores you would expect to find in most other malls. It has a large Starbucks right in the middle of the mall next to an Apple Store. It also has a mega Cheesecake Factory.

One downside is although they have a large number of restaurants most of them are sit down style and scattered throughout the mall. It would be nice if they had a centralized fast food court.

Another thing that would improve Fair Oaks would be to get rid of one of the Macy's and the JC Penney and bring in two new anchors like Nordstrom or Nieman Marcus. JC Penney is such a dead brand and the store is lame. (There are two Macy's because one was a Hecht's which Macy's bought out and they were locked into a long term lease. Once the lease is up they will close one of them.)

Great selection of stores including of but not limited to : express, h&m, forever 21, jos a banks. The only down side is that there is a lot of high school kids that loiter often.

All the stores were great, but there was trash on the ground outside.

Came here to grab dinner with friends. It's a great mall with a good variety of stores and great food. Finding a parking spot wasn't too difficult either despite the weekend.

Been going to this mall since I was a kid. It has been getting better year after year. One thing I am not a fan of the they oblong splits between the gaps on the upper level. If you choose the wrong side you could be walking a distance.

Nice mall. Great stores. Restrooms needed cleaning and management of traffic (uncontrolled teens almost got into a fight with an adult). Good mix of customers.

Such a great place with lots of variety, best place is Helzberg Diamonds. The customer service from Noel is on point along with the manager Craig. Totally awesome and gave me the works with the breakdown on everything about diamonds. Looking forward to an amazing day soon when I give my love of a lifetime this ring. Pretty nice Mall, has everything you need all pack in a smooth ambient and very convenient, just off of route 50 and route 66. Will recommend it.
