Waited over and hour to take a pic with Santa, then at 6:15 the line paused until he would return again at 7:15. come up with a better system! Wow.

Nice variety of stores, diversified food court. Overall pleasant experience.

Nice place to walk around - browsing was easy. Food easily accessible in all areas of the mall!

Wide variety of stores. Parking can be tedious during peak hours on weekends.

If you like lotion or overpriced clothes....that's it.

I dropped my car for service. Than I want to part section because I was planning to buy some stuff. I waited there for 3 minutes and no one show up than finally someone came and he asked me if I need some help. I replied yes he asked me to give the part numbers I did what he told me and he started yelled at me. ( since when we yelled at customers Jeep fair oaks )
WOW I wonder why this location has 2 stars rated on Yelp. And this is the last I will come to this location this is the rest Jeep Dealer ever

We just went to on the boarder, which was great. Idk about the mall though.

It's a mall, so treat it as such. However there are a good selection of shops and more importantly (to me at least) a halfway decent selection of nicer chain type restaurants like cheesecake factory, and they seem to be getting new interesting places somewhat regularly.

Super nice mall! Don't forget where you park your vehicle though lol

Nice selection of stores not overly crowded and very nice people.

I like coming to this mall every now and then. It doesn't get as crowded and so I'm able to stroll around with my 1 year old in his stroller without having to maneuver around people all the time just to get around.

Went to jj jewelry. They are nice and do a great job.

Good sized mall outside the beltway. Apple store and many other active shops. Parking is good except between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I visited this mall the other day. I noticed that some stores have been closed down while there were others that had just opened. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they now have a Dave & Busters. The mall offers many options 4 great restaurants, plenty of shopping, and now new entertainment options. I would absolutely recommend the mall.

Typical NOVA mall. Not as high end as Tysons in general, but still upper crusty. Comparable to Dulles Town Center, providing a little smaller.

It's a good mall. There's a good variety of stores. Can be busy but it's a good place to shop.

Has a good kids play place to have them let off some steam. Also good selection of stores. Lively and thriving mall, good selection of food, shopping, and fun.

I like shopping here. Even if I only go to the same 4 stores. Still a great experience!

Not as big a selection as you'd expect for a mall that big

Parking can be tough with no crosswalk at the far end of the parking where you have to cross the road. Not safe.

Nice 80's vintage indoor mall. Difficult to get into and out of, like most indoor malls. Lots of stores and restaurants. Not real high-end like Tysons, but not low-budget like Springfield Mall. Decent selection of stores. Probably getting killed by the internet, like most malls these days.

Very nice mall... 2 starbucks 1 outside and 1 inside... differents stores and brands.. 2 macys.. jcpenney.. small area for food.. it is a nice mall

Love this mall. It has most of the shopping needs l need in one. Fun place for kids as well

Where is the Nordstrom? No need for 2 Macy's, absolutely ridiculous.
They need a Crate & Barrel too!

Still the best mall around. They should bring back Sunshine House and Sam Goody.

Calm and relaxing, it has everything you may need.

Great shopping, can't get a wheelchair without giving up your driver's license. They do not have other accessibility options like other malls in the area.

If you're honestly looking to improve this establishment start with making consumers feel welcomed, improve customer service.There's nothing like being anywhere and the environment makes you feel not welcome. Just saying....

Nice mall to visit covers most major outlets and has a few good rest like cheesecake factory, brio and on the border(Mex cusine)

Good parking, good access, all the shops you would expect. Terrible layout as all the department stores are off of these sort-of spokes.

I came for tobacco, and the outlet is gone.
Don't loose the Cantina, that all that serves good beer.

Nice and clean. Two floors. Escalators and elevators. They also have an fye and that's a plus.

I loved the complementary gift wrapping. So helpful!

I like this shopping mall, it has most of all the clothing and shoes brands and also sometime I found good deals here.

Went to the mall looking for a Brookstone. Was closed for relocating. A bummer

Large mall with many stores. I was surprised it wasn't crowded the week before Christmas.

Security Team is to much rude . No body can take a picture his slef inside the mall .

The mall looks nice and has a great selection of stores, but don't have the selection and quality of merchandise that locations closer to DC offer. Great for a quick impulse buy or targeted shopping!

Many stores like JCpenney, macys etc but there is no Food Court. Limited options for food..otherwise its a great place to hangout...

The people of Fairfax that I've spoken to speak very highly about this mall. I personally didn't like it because the stores aren't very great. There doesn't seem to be a lot of selection and I'd label it as a "teen mall." It's okay for walking but not my first thought on great malls.

I love it for no reason. Specious, modern and have a lot of variety. When you are there. Go and eat at on the border restaurant.

They have two Macys here but less selection and worse pricing than Tyson's Macy. Apparently, Macy's hq don't let them carry a lot of premium brands at this location according to the sales reps.

Lots of good sit down restaurants to choose from as well as a few food court type items. Elevation Burger, Kona Grill, Texas de Brazil, Cheesecake, Brio, etc. Large two story mall with plenty of stores for your needs.

Visit with Santa. Very well organized. Lots of entertainment tonkeep the kids occupied and distracted before the big moment of meeting Santa.

Mall is ok. Got a problem with the security patrolling the empty parking lot harassing me. Been staying at the Marriott next door for few weeks and even though nowhere close to the mall building, keep getting harassed just for walking in the parking lot. Next time this happens, I will be taking names and pressing charges for discrimination.

I like this mall it has a lot stores, I like to walk around
