Decent mall, better than Manassas, but not as nice as Tyson's.

This Mall is very clean and more stores for us to come. It is very nice environment and good for your social activities.

I visit this Mall regularly as it seems like a nice place to shop. But the last time I visited I was forbidden to take photos. In the Mall I have never seen a sign that says you can't take photos. So what happened? Why didn't they let me take pictures? If photos cannot be taken, everyone who visits the Mall should take the phone.

I visited him again, and many people used their cameras freely and in front of security.

Don't eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Bad management.

Easy to find , I had traveled from Falld church city to visit Journey located inside the mall. Plenty of parking, clean from the inside and out side. I passes by the food court , the restaurants looked busy and the food smelled good , unfortunately I didn t have enough time to grab some food. However definitely I will return to visit again. Oh and Journey store visit was AWSOME ! -thank you Kelsey and Rosie

Seems like they used to have more shops, but I love it...

Large collection of stores! Nice place for leisure.

Classic mall. It is a staple of Fairfax, VA.

Ample parking. Great variety. Good food. Large 2 stories of shops.

Would definitely go again.

Overall This shopping center is good they need to open on the side where there used to be Sears store.

Fair Oaks Mall is a good shopping mall with a nice mix of stores, covering almost everything you could need or want. It's only moderately fancy, so it feels nice but casual. They have good security and police officers on site all the time to help when needed.

Love this mall. Lots of selection and high quality brands. Usually the bathrooms are well kept too. Wish they had more stuff for kids and more restaurants though.

Easy access and nice alternative option to dulls town center. A lot of fast casual dining options as well, ie cheesecake factory, and the likes. Parking is easy and its right off of rt 50 and 66 which is convenient if you want to take. Break from traffic. Also nice option when you're sequestered at the Marriott across the parking lot for business!

Ample but busy parking lot. Lots of great stores but expect to do a lot of walking to cover all the stores, shops and eateries.

The only mall in the local area that has stores that interest me. Well laid out, plenty of directional maps. 2 Macy's, which is odd, but due to the company's purchase of another retailer. Parking can be a real pain, but being that close to Fairfax proper I wouldn't expect any different.

Redskins store had friendly staff that were willing to help and answer questions regarding to items in the store and the area. A++ for the Redskins store!!

Sears staff did not speak English very well! She was not able to understand the question we had regarding the item or where it may be located in the store. She actually told us that Sears did not carry jackets or ponchos because she was unable to understand us!! I understand there are people from many different countries that live in the USA; however, it may be wise not to hire them as cashier/ customer service if they cannot speak English!!

Next, we stopped at Elevation Burgers. When our order can out it was wrong. A sandwich that had been ordered without tomatoes had tomatoes on it. The sandwiches were sent back. They brought the same sandwiches backs and said We just took the tomatoes off that sandwich. We could have done that ourselves, but I cannot eat tomatoes because they make me sick. Just taking the tomatoes off does remove all the juice and guts of the tomatoes left on the sandwich.

We will not be returning to this mall.

Great mall, very upper middle class and expensive but not heinously so.

It's a mall with many good places worth checking out. It also has many awesome places to eat.

Well looked after mall with a good variety of stores and restaurants.

Nice mall with very nice brands and stores. Best part is not too crowded like Tysons corner. Kids play zone is smaller...could have been bit larger. Rest everything is absolutely best. Parking is not an issue as there is lot of space on the back side too. Like going here as I usually get everything I want to shop

Great mall with free wifi and plenty of USB ports for charging. I only wish there is a Disney store

Great selection of stores but extremely confusing design. The mall is mirrored on either end and is easy to get lost in, considering there are two Macy's stores on either side of the mall. Great mall, just make sure you remembered where you parked and keep a map with you to avoid wasting time trying to figure out where you are. Some stores that lead into the mall from the outside, let you out on the top level of the mall which also adds to the confusion

Nice mall with good chain stores from Payless to Williams-Sonoma.

My favorite mall I go all the way over there from alexandria.

This place rocks ...I enjoy coming here every month .

This is one of the better shopping malls in the area, with just about every shop one could want.

The shopping here was good, we visited a store called 8.99 and there where some great finds in there .Also visited the backstage Macy's good finds in there too. We will be back

Old Sears space is now Dave & Busters and there are lots of interesting shops and restaurants. Just went to Cheesecake Factory, which serves huge portions great for sharing, plus many types of cheesecake! Just tried the new brick chicken and it was delicious.

It would be nice if they have some more stores in sales

turns out not ideal to buy toys. There were couple shops but I did not find anything for my son. Changed rating to 4 stars as there was nothing wrong with the mall in general. Not as busy as other malls

Better mall shopping experience than Tyson's in my opinion as not so very crowded. Cheesecake Factory is also a fantastic eating choice!

Good, clean, cool excellent for walking. Has a DMV, CVS but shopping limited to high end crap that's overpriced.

This mall is hurting. It's losing two major anchor tenants

Great place for shopping. Especially pottery barn kids, great kids stuff
