The Arcade Theater was a great experience. We saw Robert Cray there on March 1st. Good location, good dinning options. Can't say enough good things. A+

The theater is very cool- however, the area/hall where the bar and bathrooms are is very tight and since the concert was sold out, it was very difficult to get through the crowd to the bathroom.
Nice place to see a concert, can be very loud! St Charles downtown is charming.
We are regulars. Fantastic place to see live bands. The speakeasy on the 3rd floor is a step back in time. You have to see it.
Just a great place to see a Concert. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
We are considered regulars,5 or more shows a year.always have an awesome experience, everything is EASY.eating, parking, security, fun!!
Great nostalgic venue. Unfortunately the hot dogs tasted liked they cooked them in 1926. Come for the show, not the food, and you'll be in good shape.
Great bands....awesome, intimate venue, and ownership that is committed to legacy acts from the 80s
Nice venue. Intimate. They have the acts I wanna see.
A nice, if elderly venue. I can't imagine there's a bad seat in the house. PA system not spectacular, but perfectly adaquate. Great sight lines, and 3 video screens.
This is simply one of the most iconic venues for concerts in Illinois. Cool place with great sound if the band puts in the time getting ready. Ron brings in great artists!
A spectacular small venue, ate in the speakeasy before the show, good meal, and great atmosphere!! We've traveled from Indiana for 5 shows in the last year!! Tonight the Buckinghams let it all out for a steady 90 minutes. Followed by Chicago and a combo of the two near the end!! Total 4 hours of first class entertainment. Thank you Ron Onesti!!
The place is falling apart and no air conditioning. Do not attend anything at this venue unless you like sweating and not actually being able to see anything.
Interior Is amazing the show we attended was great however the sound quality at times was a challenge at times
Great little venue. Drove from Cleveland to see Chicago tribute band, Leonid and Friends
Cool location. Would not have thought that a concert with only seats can also be so fun.
I was present Saturday night August 30th to see Johnny Rivers. I made myself a promise that if he ever toured close to home, I would go see him. This is by far not my first experience at the Arcada Theatre but by far the worst. The house was packed. I really felt sorry for Johnny and his band.not to leave out the warm up band. Johnny Rivers kept giving hints to Ron Onesti like "throw another log on the air conditioner". A lot of other people around us were loudly commenting on the temperature as well. It was a smelly steam box in the balcony as well as the temperature was very warm with hardly any air movement. If the air conditioner has problems keeping up on a warm day, upgrade it rent some big fans, but for all our sakes, don't expect your band and audience to suffer as we did on Saturday night!
I really like some of the bands you are bringing in to our area and I have tickets to see Lou Gramm. I pray that it will not be a warm day.
Food entertainment was good.
But the drinks there suck and it tasted like they added to much water to the drinks.
The Arcada Theatre cafe is a very authentic place, including choice of music, decorations up to the waitress's clothing: everything is dedicated to famous Prohibition time.
There is no doubt that this place is a landmark of Saint Charles.
Great theatre! The people in St. Charles are a bit weird. Not super friendly folks...very, very white suburb.
The best for a night out with friends and family for food, music and relax with your favaorite drink.
Omgoodness! This place is awesome! I have been telling everyone about it! My experience was an incredible moment in my life!! Thank you all so much, to the security guard that gave my other and I backstage passes to meet Neil Sedaka...i forever thank you for picking us!!
Cool old time venue. Saw Buckethead. Fashionably late but tore it up when he played. Definitely a must, especially with the speakeasy upstairs. Check the site periodically to check out upcoming shows. It makes a nice night out. Ron does it best, loves music and tries to ensure you get the best experience. Plenty of free parking too! Not many intimate venues around, so support live music. Highly recommended!
The theater is old and is restored very well. It is cozy and a really good venue for this area. Free parking nearby, a restaurant in the building and an awesome bar with specialty drinks makes for a nice evening.
I had a great time.. I also like the. Way the help was dressed.. The clothes they were wearing..
Loved it. The attendants were wonderful, courteous and polite. The show was awesome and the after party was a lot of fun.
Great experience.
Go there all the time and absolutely love it every time you'd have to see it for yourself from the great bands of my generation to the speakeasy upstairs the place is phenomenal a hidden treasure truly.
Historic theater... intimate proximity to any performance from any seat. Located near the Fox River in beautiful St. Charles. Club Arcadia Speakeasy, located on the third floor in full of nostalgia. A show paired with a nice dinner makes great night!
Friendly staff.. Dominick, the bartender was excellent!
Beautiful old school theater with a variety of events every weekend! Love this place
Great venue...friendly staff ...not a bad seat in the house..saw A.P. Live Project last year...going again this year...I can't give 5 stars...bath room facilities lacking ...they are not good!! Otherwise everything else is great....
Always a pleasant experience! Ate at Club Arcada after Laurel & Hardy films. Food & service were great!
Great venue to see numerous major names and performances.
Nice venue, needs updating, restrooms a little cramped. Any seat in the house you are close enough. Not like a typical concert venue.
Loyal Visitor Of The Arcada Theater...not anymore!
Not sure if this is the right place to rant, but...I have no other way to contact Ron Onesti & Staff. I tried calling and emailing. Emails resulted in a response or two, and then completely stopped for a couple of months now. I have been requesting a refund for PostModern Jukebox since the cancelation. I totally understand things change with CV19, but not receiving a simple response is unacceptable and unprofessional. Granted, it is only $180...I can easily live without that.

Such An Amazing, Unique, Thrilling Experience In Our Own Backyard!!!
We had a great time here at the Uriah Heep concert. We drove from deep Southern Illinois close to Kentucky to be there and to see them. It's a beautiful theater!
Great venue, acoustics. David Crosby still has the pipes at 77!
Went to see Tony Danza perform at the Arcada. Excellent performance. Theatre is beautiful. Historic. Good view of the stage from all seats. Have seen a few shows at this venue and always had an enjoyable time. Promoter gets some great talent booked. He should be commended.
The staff people were very friendly, polite, and helpful.
Great venue. Small (900 seats), intimate (performers are in front of you) and great acoustics (sound quality is outstanding). I don't think I can go to a big concert venue again after my experience at Arcada.
I love this place. The President of the organization is always making changes and improvements for the better and has very high quality people work for him!
So very sad that you pay for open bar and stand in line for an hour on your New Year's Eve and recommended how fun of a place this is as we frequent quite often for concerts! If you know you are going to have a ton of people, prepare better for the evening! New years Eve and you cannot even get a drink! And you paid for it! Guess, that's how you make you're money ! Such a disappointment and it's our friends first time here too!
A great place for any concert or event. No a bad seat in the place. Up close and personal. It's like being on stage with the artist. Absolutely loved it.
Facility is great, Everyone in the venue from the bar, restaurant, and theater area treated us very well. We highly recommend this venue. We will be back.
Club Arcade, awesome. What a great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Beautiful venue... Staff and service is excellent. Food too!
Great place to watch bands!! Great lineup of talent...good prices
The Arcada always have good lineups. Only problems are: don't expect a lot of comfortable seating and because it's an old and tiny venue, you're waiting for the bathroom and to get through crowded hallways and lines during admission.
love the venue. great access. been to 9 shows.great cover bands. some of the band sound engineers have dropped the ball.Three dog nite and coolrockin daddies had terrible sound levels. thats my only complaint. Mr. Onesti has done a superb job to bring quality acts to the area.I love this place!!!
HORRIBLE!!! October 1st show Beatles White Album. 87 degrees and humid out. No air conditioning in the theater whatsoever! I left the show it was so miserable. And as I was hearing from more and more people, this issue existed alot over the summer. Seems that Ron is pocketing his cash instead of fixing issues. Been going to this theater for years and it's looking run down and dirty as well. Sad because it really used to be a nice venue for a show. Don't waste your money here! Watch for what the Paramount in Aurora or Rialto in Joliet have coming up. Lovely venues!
Went to the"Battle of the Bands" and had a great time. Was not a packed house so seating was good. Sound and acustics was great. No entry fee and free parking. Quaint venue. I'll be back.
Saw the beautiful iconic Gladys Knight. Fantastic entertainer, great venue!
This historic theater is awesome, not a bad seat. Sound has been good, easy in and out, full bar and free parking.
Working in concert production and playing many theaters as a touring musician, this theater is good for what it does. A little run down with lots of wear, understandable for it s age. Great for cover, tribute and once were acts . Not a place for up and coming and current national touring acts. Seating at concerts throws it all off
Good concert hall, excellent acoustics and plenty of parking nearby . Ron Onesti adds a personal touch by saying a few words during all concerts.
Very nice place. Martin Barre and Morris Day and the time in the same weekend. Good times.
The Sunday Italian dinner was absolutely delicious. Service was outstanding. The customer drinks were very good. Do not miss this experience.
Just saw The Orchestra starring former members of ELO for the 4th time here. Each show sounds better & the crowds appreciate it. What a night last night! Classical Blast was a cool opening group. The ELO guys did like 20 hits & sounded great at this venue. Fun, raucous crowd w tons of energy & appreciation. Great, friendly service, too!
Good place to see a live band. Even in the balcony.
Very nice place to sit outside and have drinks and snacks. There was a good singer doing a show but she was competing with other music that was playing on the sound system. Then she went on a break and they turned off the music. So The management of the music was not good. Service was also a little slow.
Outstanding performers, in a old time feeling venue. Like a step back in time.
It was a good venue, but it is way too tired now. The seats are very hard and uncomfortable, and the restroom is a joke.
Great, friendly atmosphere. The sound is awesome, and the line up of shows is amazing, has quickly become one of my favorite venues.
Nice small venue makes for a very personal feel. Sound was good. Nice size drinks. I'd def go back & want to ck out the speak easy upstairs. For those complaining about small bathrooms, yes the womans upstairs balcony only has 2 stalls. Knowing this ahead of time, don't wait till the the minute to go. I've been to large venues with more bathroom stalls & waited longer during intermission to use the bathroom. The owner did state their remodeling & will have more bathroom stalls.
Fun night at the purple experience! Right in the suburbs, cant beat it!
Minimal bathrooms, but a nice little place to see a show.
